I recently had the tyres on my Brompton ebike replaced with solid tyres.The guys here did an amazing job.Good work!

Do you value customer service, staff integrity, prompt service and most of all value for money? THEN AVOID THIS STORE!!!Purchasing my e-bike from this shop is one of the biggest regrets I have! Quite simply put; the sheer incompetence within this store and it’s warranty department is astonishing!!I can not recommend you avoid this place any more!!

Tredz/Giant aftercare is abysmal.(Giant store is owned by Tredz, who do the Giant aftercare, which is run by the same people that run Halfords)It has so far taken over 3 and a half months to sort out a frame replacement under warranty. I still dont have my bike backI would avoid using this company for anything other than low cost consumables that youd never need aftercare on.After such a long time Im willing to have the bike back in any state, but they refuse to give it back until QCd. More waiting. Their processing methodology seems to be that if something is wrong or needs to be ordered, no work is done and it goes to the back of the backlog again, so the result is exponential delays.

Great customer service. I bought a bike there last week even though I live in Bristol as they had the model/size I needed. Had a problem with the power-meter and tried to get it sorted at Giant in Bristol who wanted payment for labour. Swansea stepped in, swapped the defective part and threw in a free bike jersey. If I lived in Wales I would go there every time!

Top quality bike repairs. Only downside is they are very busy so theres often a large wait to get your bike booked in but always great service. Thanks!

Always great service from the guys. If they dont have it in stock theyll advise you to order via the Tredz website.Knowledgeable staff were very helpful in explaining the differences between similar bikes at different price points.The Giant store is part of the Tredz shop and has loos and a cafe.Good range of bike spares, accessories and bike clothing Inc shoes and helmets as well as bikes for road. Good for selling, will do anything for you. Service!!!!! even with "Covid" I was patient but not interested, courtesy costs nothing, will not acknowlegde emails. Lost a cutomer for life.

I once went in for an Allen key came out with a fully carbon road bike! I have bought two bikes from giant and have had fantastic service every time. Whenever I have had any problems giant have been quick to get them rectified. Also worth noting that giant as a company have a fair warranty process compared to other bike manufacturers. Would happily recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work.

I have had continual issues with components of my Defy bike. Even though cycle shops are meant to be open, customer service dont want to know. I have been promised return calls, but they never happen. Like the product, but bitterly disappointed. Been trying to get bike fixed for 2 weeks.

Picked up my beautiful Enviliv bike on Tuesday - really pleased with the bike and the service here. Gareth, who did my bike fitting, was friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. Riding it is a dream! Would recommend the store and Gareth to anyone.

Took my bike in for a service, they charged me £85 odd and it still has problems and the staff don’t want to know

In Dec 2018 after a lot of research we purchased x 2 giant mountain bikes to the value of £2,800. We did a lot of research and the website was very informative. We first went to the Cardiff store for a general look round and received excellent help and advice. However, I was recommended by the Cardiff store to visit the Giant store in Swansea which I did (as it much larger with bigger selections). I have to say on arriving at Swansea on my first occasion to look at the bikes the help and advice that we received was excellent and was faultless I was very impressed with the teams knowledge at Swansea and also Cardiff. Furthermore we returned to the Swansea store 22nd Dec 2018 where as I said I purchase the bikes. I received excellent service from Josh who was one of the sales advisers and also Tom from the service team both were incredibly knowledgeable very helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to help with advice etc...... it goes without saying that in this day and age we sometimes take good service for granted and, dont give the appreciated feedback that it deserves so, to this end Im thanking Josh and Tom for there help and support. The bikes that we purchased are excellent and Im looking forward to travelling back to the store to have them serviced in line with the schedule. I might add that we are not local to the store and I live approximately 120 miles away so, for me to take my bikes back to the store on a 240 mile round trip just confirms my confidence in the store and the team that assisted me (usin my (ourpurchase. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and, I have no hesitation in recommending the Giant brand that we purchased because I have a previously purchased Giant brand bike. Anyway thats enough from me and I hope you find this review useful and I hope you enjoy your visit to the store as I did. The facilities in the store also are excellent and Ive been advised that I can call make an appointment for the bikes to be serviced and theyll be done while I wait having a coffee in their cafeteria. Went in to purchase a chain on Sunday 16/12/18 , lad at the front welcomed me and was very polite and directed me to the right area.However, not one person at the till acknowledged me... stood there waiting to be served and no one had the time to talk with me.The staff seemed to be more interested talking amongst each other rather than helping customers.Took my business elsewhere and found the help I needed at a local store in the Uplands.

Hi I have been a customer with Giant for more than 2 years basically since the Franchise opened here in Swansea. Product range is one of the best for both Male and Female Cyclists. The Accessories are well appointed and meet the requirements of modern day Cycling. The Sales staff are top notch, Jo in particular. Service is second to none i must be honest. I have fantastic advice from Mark and Tom and had complete rebuilds to my Specification. The Cafe is excellent food and service as well. It to me is a Cycling destination these days. I better not forget Magic Mike, well done everyone. See you in 2018.

I received expert advice & service from Paul & Gareth in store when selecting and fitting my bike. I will definitely be using the store for all future bike purchases.

My recent treatment by Giant Cardiff and by Giant Head Office were very poor. I purchased a new bike online from Giant Cardiff and paid a £40.00 charge for the courier service. The courier split the box and lost the pedals the tool kit and pretty much all the bits you need to assemble and enjoy the bike. From here on the lack of after sales service kicked in and after two weeks of constant chasing I finally got all the parts. I was promised a call from the manager at nothing but it never came. I then took my complaint to Giants headquarters where a pleasant guy called from customer services and emailed me about the problems. When he found out that the manager at Cardiff was part of the problem he stopped communicating with me. It turns out the Cardiff manager is a friend of his. End of customer service. The moral of the story is if your bike goes wrong just take it to Halfords as Giant will not want to know. Very poor Giant ... never again !

I recently went to Giant Swansea for a bike fit on a Giant Defy Advanced I have bought. From the minute I walked in to the shop I felt welcome. Every member of staff I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I would particularly like to thank Gareth who did the fit. He made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout. The fit was a lot more thorough than I expected and Gareth explained everything clearly throughout. I will definitely return to Giant Swansea in the near future and would highly recommend their fitting service.

Very pleased with the service I received at this store. Everyone there is extremely helpful and polite which you dont get everywhere believe me!! Nothing is too much for them and they dont rush from you to the next customer just to get a sale as they are very particular about making sure you have the answer to all youre questions and I ask a lot of questions!!Cant thank Gareth enough for all the help and guidance he has given me. Very patient with me and had the answer to just about every question I threw at him regarding triathlons. And there has been a lot!!Will certainly recommend Gareth and giant to anyone wanting a bike for leisure, trying to be a triathlete (meor even a professional athlete, certainly have everything there for everyone.

Called in the Swansea store last week, started looking at the E bikes and Clothing. In the 20 minutes I spent looking in store, not once was I approached and asked if they could help me!! Staff to busy talking to one another to be bothered, not the sort of customer service I would expect. Took my business elsewhere.

Went there to size up a XTC advanced 27.5, very helpful and got the right size, nice cafe to. .

Just like to say Im Very Happy with the Service(mechanical and customeri received at Giant Store Swansea.Im no expert at cycling, but I have cycled 10,000+ miles in the last 2.5 years,cycling all year round through all weathers causes alot of problems, and if your like me useless at Bike Maintenance you need A place to go that has Quality service and also is Reliable!!most importantly to me, FAST Turn Around, I need my bike regularly so this was a major major Positive!!!And i really have to say Im Sorry I didnt go to Giant Sooner.Basically if you havent tried them before Try them.Michael Moore Thank You Very much. A store with a really nice atmosphere with its products laid out really nicely. The coffee shop is also a nice addition.

I arrived to visit the (adjoiningTredz shop, I didnt even know this Giant Bike shop existed! What a fabulous looking shop. Not crammed full of bikes, but laid out like a high class clothes shop or an art gallery. Everything you would want is here, but presented beautifully. I was simply on a browsing trip (Giant Escape 3 2016 Bike), and was left alone to study it, and the alternatives. Nice looking (cheapcoffee shop as well, for the full cultured shopping experience. I will be back!

amazing bikes and very helpful staff.

Not bad first experience - but when i took the bike in for a service, the brake pads were replaced, but not the bolt to hold them - meaning my pads dropped out coming down a pretty steep hill.Luckily managed to sort without hurting myself but could have been very nasty, and could have been avoided with a bit more attention to detailWould recommend for purchasing - maybe not so servicing
