Without a doubt the best hotel in Mashhad. I highly recommend the restaurant in the 1st floor for persian lunch or dinner and the restaurant in the basement for breakfast buffet. Also, you can never go wrong with the massage and the Turkish bath there

I was there as a tourist and I had really high hopes for that hotel. At first sight hotel is beautiful, but as a person who doesnt speak farsi it was sad that there was only a 2-3 person who was able to speak English. How is the hotel "international" if workers there cant speak English with international people?? -3 floor there is a beauty services as a facials, massages and hairdressing services. Amazing that there is a possibility to get these services in the hotel but again... No one there spoke any English and workers knowledge of these services were bad. I asked what is the swedish massage and they didnt know what it is.The public areas of the hotel are stunning, so compared to them the hotel room was really old-fashioned and plain. It did not match the look of the rest of the hotel and I was waiting something more matching to hotel public areas.Breakfast was good and it was nice that there was a fresh fruit juice. But there was also cold fries that tasted like it was taken from the freezer.Edit. Just visited Francisco and this restaurant is the best thing in the hotel! Best customer service I have ever experienced in Iran. Thank you ❤️

Ghasr Talaee Hotel is belong to the ghasr Hotel Chain Group, which has a very long history. This five-star luxury hotel is located a 15 minute walk from Imam Reza Shrine .This is my favorite hotel in Mashhad. The staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. Qormeh Mashhadi is a unique food in turquoise restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style and acceptable quality.

This hotel is fantabulous we I meant all the family stayed in this hotel and you couldn’t believe all the things were in a way that you didn’t want to be finished .a perfect breakfast a perfect lunch and also the other things were so promoted in comparison to the other hotels in Mashhad.

I can say that was awful. I would advise to never go there. We had a terrible experience at this place. There were many miscommunications between the staff which lead to many disastrous moments for us. In particular the reception staff were very rude, impolite and not welcoming at all. I will never do this terrible mistake to stay there. They tried just to make good and luxury appearances, but their disaster services and staff were not bearable.

I traveled to Iran from the UK after a long time and I can tell my stay in Mashhad was completely ruined due to this hotel and its staff.

I was there for 5 days. Spacious rooms, great toiletries , scheduled shuttles, highly trained and professional staff, very varied breakfast, clean and relaxing poolThe only downside of the hotel was the photography department.

Very disappointing breakfast! We were 10 people and none of us was truly satisfied. Very weak design, rude staffs and weak selection of options (eg. there is no chocolate, nuts etc..It was not what you expect from a 5 starts Hotel. By far other hotels such as Darvish or Qhasr have better breakfast (quantity, quality, staffs and design). Wont come back again

Luxurious classic 5 stars hotel, needs more care to the rooms and it’s equipments. WIFI is available but not up to the standards and every time you’ll need to request the password.

Friendly and polite staff.They have nice welcoming process without wasting guests time.The hotel has free transfer from and to airport also to holy shrine every 30 minutes.good breakfast.The major problem was the curtains.Our room had 3 windows and at night all of the buildings lights were on and they didn’t turn it off also the curtains were not effective and they were short therefore inside of the room was not dark at night.another problem was the toothpaste,it was open.it was used by another person which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.

A luxury hotel in the holy city of Mashhad. Huge, well equipped room, luxury amenities, many restaurants, many workers speak Arabic and English. Rooms are big.The downside is TV, despite having English channels, the picture of all channels is not clear for some reason. The cashier is a bit weird when I had to go many times to pay for what I owe the hotel !!Overall, I will definitely keep it as an option for next trips.

Ghasre Talaee Hotel was ordered to built by Haj Sezavar in 1386 but afrer one year he died and his son, Amir, countinued his fathers work and now a days this hotel is one of the International 5 stars hotels in Mashhadwith more than 200 rooms and more than 5 different restuarants.You can find all kind of foods here and there are a lot of different delicious cuisins to test.You can enjoy your time in Torkish Bath or in Salt Room or having fun with your children in the pool.

Services are so much satisfactory. Sometime you may think there is always a servant at your service. Prices are not too high. It really worth spending a holiday with family while prying holy imam Reza.

A truely 5 star hotel, we had complaints about AC and a delay in bringing iron, but we still think of another stay there

Unfortunately, during the three days and two nights (August 27 and 28), we could not use the hotels breakfast!The hotels breakfast was only until 10am and there was no late breakfast, while Mashhads guests were the Imam of Raouf and often stayed in the shrine until dawn or until the morning prayers, and then returned to the hotel for rest and relaxation.This hour, for breakfast, means that managing the hotel in order to reduce costs and make more profit, set breakfast time so that part of the wreckage can not use breakfast!Also, its just 45 minutes to settle a bill, and its quite unusual.At the arrival, the hotel was mistaken in booking and it was about an hour for us, and after contacting the agency with Tehran and contacting the agency with hotel reservation, the hotel reservation mistake was made on our stay and we are waiting to resolve the issue!These three mistakes are very surprising for a traveler in a stay with a 5-star hotel. Especially since this expensive hotel is also hosting the Imams Eve!As a writer and journalist, who was a guest of the hotel for two nights and did not have a good hotel admission (due to hotel stars and paid fees), I announced my criticism and objection, and I wrote these in the hotels opinion form (if they were handed over to you)

Extremely bad, rude & idiot !! We went there just for having dinner tonight around 12 AM, we parked our ACURA car which is the only car from this company in IRAN, as they told us that when we entered IRAN. Anyway the idiot employee took the key of the car as we went inside to have dinner. The menu was a total mess ! Nothin’ was available except industrial cheap bugers, pizzas, & chicken ! So we didn’t stay & we went out in 15 minutes but the car wasn’t there !! The idiot employee took the car to test drive it & park it in the parking !!! & we waited for another 8 minutes for him to bring it again, & guess what?! He washed the car with water so it was in slush ! & he scarched the ring of the tire as he parked it again in front of the hotel ! WTH !! If this hotel consider themselves a 5 stars’ hotel then they don’t deserve any respect ! I wrote some comments for them on their instagram & I’m sure that they will delete them !! Shame !!

So good, staff are so welcoming, professional and friendly. Pool and Spa area was great, everywhere was so clean and tidy. Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Traditional Iranian food in Termeh restaurant were great. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

ive been to mashhad several times and stayed in several hotels but this golden paradise is so much different with so much luxury services and nice lobby design and cool rooms. everything U want is available at anytime U want

The hotel it self is one of a few GEM in Mashhad area , so I decided to go for its traditional restaurant ( terma sunayti restaurant.The decorations inside the restaurant was really fantastic, the staff is very friendly.The food is the only down side in the place , not at all delicious, not authentic, compared with other ordinary restaurant it is below expected .ExpensiveI would rather choose another restaurant to avoid the disappointment.The touch of bringing a pomegranate at the end worth a thumb up .

One of the best hotels in Mashhad and almost in Iran. Rooms were spacious and facilities were completely useful. Staff were kind and service is also good. Breakfast covers wide variety of foods and beverages. Cleanness were also fantastic. Its certainly worth the money. During my 4 days stay there, I had a pleasant experience. Dont hesitate to book this hotel if you are searching for one in Mashhad.

Their women employee barely can speak any English, if you need anything ,try to find a men employee. Shame for the International name.Good breakfast, good location. Internet free for 1Gb up+down link 3 days total. Everyday will delivery you fruit or chocolates. Free mini Bar, but only 3 kinds of soft drink available. Swimming pool is beautiful but too small, also the gym.

This is not a 5 star hotel in the first place. I wonder how they claim to be 5 star. Oh wait! here is Iran!!Overall, for the price they charge with all discounts, they under deliver services.The customer service is unbelievable. When we arrived to this hotel after travelling half of the world, the person who was attending us offered to go somewhere else because we didnt have Iran currency! Even though it is the hotel policy that guests can put deposit in dollars before they exchange money.For two of us we were given a tiny room. It was single room but they put one single bed and one double bed in it.Fake jacuzzi in bathroom!Every time having shower the bathroom floor were flooded. you needed pair of gumboots for a trip to bathroom.The towels and robes were so rough and heavy.The hot meal breakfast tastes like packaged food with lots of salts. You could tell that they were not freshly made and are leftovers from previous days. A glass cup cracked in my hand when I poured hot water in it!!The swimming pool was too small only 1.30 m at deepest. The chlorine salt solution dip used for feet disinfection, had lots of strands of hair. Pubic hair!!There were only four machine in the gym, two treadmills that one was not working, one bike that was not adjustable.When checking out, we were treated like hostages. Our luggages were taken away from us without any clear communication, when we had cleared our bills.If you still want to go to this hotel, when you check out, double triple check your bills, because the staff either dont know their maths or they want to ripe you off further which happened for us.

I stayed here for 4 nights after travelling all the way from Australia and didnt have a pleasant experience.1. always found long curly stands of hair in my bed sheet, I know it wasnt my hair because I have recently shaved my hair.2. there were one too many strands of pubic hair in the chlorine/disinfectant foot bath before entering the pool. YUCK!3. the gym is basic and the bench squeaks, the safety band of one of the treadmills are broken. the seat on one of the sitting bikes are not adjustable, and there are lacking in every way. Knowing Iran is an islamic country, Two men entered the gym and the locker room and one was constantly roaming around, so no privacy for women. I also got three rashes from using the towel in the gym.4. Staff are very hostile and intruding, one guy at the reception was threatening to exchange our dollars which we had put as deposit to exchange at the lowest rate. And finally the hotel transfer driver was constantly asking us how he can migrate to Australia, and to finally add that so many doormen congregate at the door and stare you up and down making you uncomfortable.4. Rooms are not sound proof so your conversations will be overheard.5. the view is horrible and we only had a view of the hallway. Like seriously? For the amount I was charged I had the shittiest view.6. Breakfast: The Halim/porridge was reheated for the next day, I bet so was the sausage. The cooked food for breakfast was too salty. This guy while was getting some honey dropped the knife and placed it right back on to the plate, I tried telling the waitress but Im not sure if the knife was replaced. The tea was boiled not brewed and was cold.7. the reception doesnt know their maths, so we were again about to be ripped off if we didnt calculate the fees ourself again. This girl at reception was so rude and not even one little bit sincere. The most terrible customer service experience!So much travelling to Iran hahahha. On the last note, I dont recommend this place, and enter at your own risk.8. The plates and bowls were chipped and made of melamine not china. there was a lack of cutleries and they were so old and scratched to death.9. the bath tub was made of plastic and the spa/jacuzzi holes were fake and didnt work10. the robes were so heavy and large I couldnt move.11. Personnel had entered our room in the afternoon while we werent there to leave some fruits and had closed the curtains!!!!!!!!!! We had valuables lying around, and when we contacted the reception they said its OK!12. The entire bath floor would flood when I had a shower.* This is not a 5 star hotel, dont be fooled. I dont know where they get qualifications or certification from?!so terrible!!!!!!!! like a horror movie!!!!!!!! Im glad I made it back home!ریدین ابها هم قطعه !!!!!13. breakfast is served in the basement compared to Almas 2 hotel where it is served on the 17th floor with a panoramic view.

Perfect example of how a good hotel should be!!Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldnt have been more sweet. The airport transport staff were really nice and friendly and it was also free and comfortable. You will have an individual supporter as soon as you have your room number wholl guide you to your room, show you everywhere and will give you a mobile number that you can call if you need something. Everywhere in the hotel was clean, stylish and roomy with excellent service in the lobbies, coffee shops and restaurants where we had breakfast lunch and dinner. For breakfast youll have over 200 options. Food was beyond good and service in all restaurants attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with a full free minibar. Youll be welcomed in your room with a bottle of non-alcoholic beer beside a welcome note with your name on (on your room table). Every evening they will serve you with free different evening meals consist of delicious cookies, different fruits and nuts.Compared to what you pay youll receive great service.Everything about this hotel is exceptional, I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stays (I reserve this hotel every time I travel to Mashhad.

Well... The services are perfect. They will respect you and prepare what ever you want! Its breakfast is one of the best breakfasts Ive ever eaten. This hotel has big and high quality restaurants! Of course its design and architecture is not based on Iranians style! But you will experience a good residence in this hotel!
