Gërmia Park in Pristina

A good place for hiking. İf you are brave enough to hike top, wonderful views will be waiting for you...

The scenery is splendid. Has a park for kids to play and parents to sit and relax. The trekking route is in the woods and quite long. Wish they didnt let cars inside as they disturb the relaxing environment with noise.

A bit depressing with the water all out of the pool…

You can experience complete silence of you sadly a few kilometres uphill.

Its a nice place that you should visit while in Prishtina. Especially for families with children who wants to get away from the city for a few hours. It was hot when i was there but the trails in forest were very nice to cool down. There is at least two restaurant options. A cab to Gërmia park from city center is 8 € or bus nr 4 for 40 cent.

Very old school But very cheap and Nice to refresh during Hot summer days.

Its a nice park, broad activities from tennis to swimming, a theater, multiple restaurants, hiking, and biking.

Amazing, its a go to place to walk around and drfinately rent a scooter and go around the park. It has a couple of nice places for lunch or a drink. Greenery is amazing and it has alot of activities activities kids too

Loved this small park and the two restaurants at the end. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool near the entrance.

This place needs improvement!Its dirty, old, warn out. Nothing to buy. Neither water, drinks, food or ice cream. I give it 2 stars because it is a beautiful place and surroundings.

Germia lido is great but its uncomfortable to see women lying all over the place 98% naked. Dont know where to look or walk. Tan in your own gardens and dress a bit more modestly when at a public lido so as not to offend others.This should be a place for families to enjoy and its supposed to be a Muslim country after all. Also, the restaurants put parmesan cheese on the pasta etc, but parmesan contains pork! So if youre a Muslim, check if the food is halal and be sure not to get parmesan.

Easy way of getting out of Pristina for some fresh air in 15 minutes. The Park offers good hiking and running opportunities and a huge pool which is best visited before 14h (most people arrive after lunch). Three very decent restaurants make your visit complete. Possibility of renting some fairly run down MTBs.

I love the atmosphere here, ist was so silent and the Nature was amazing. The restaurant Gërmia was the best restaurants to stop. Ill definitely visit again, when Im in Kosovo

A wonderfully maintained park with kilometers of walking and hiking trails for all levels. The park trails are paved and relatively flat, while the hiking trails provide undulating gradations for a good hiking experience. The foliage just starting turning while I was here, and they painted a beautiful backdrop. It was a thoroughly enjoyable hike even in a light rain.

Beautiful Nature. Unfortunately very bad for parents as there are many mobile sellers on the park with toys. You wont feel comfortable with kids thou.

I had my first date here , and in was drown in her eyes , it was like ocean , so blue and so beautiful , I wanted to steel it , in was jealous of any one who staired at it before me , I could just look at her eyes and not understanding the time passing . I love here so much.

Nice size, wooded park with activities and cafes. The park contains a swimming pool, amphitheater, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, walking trails w/ benches, childrens playgrounds, and a fresh water spring you can drink from. The pool is pretty cool- designed like a lake and has a slide. There are two cafes available. Nice

Nice place to hang out there.There are 3 restaurants with happy people, relax music and excellent food.I like the frash air, it motivates me for running and enjoying the nature.There is also the Germia pool and a tennis &basketball court to play there.But I want to suggest you to dont go to the trees for running because its surrounded with snakes and its dangerous.

Probably one of the best and cleanest parks in Kosova. Very close to Prishtina. You can go with bus number 4 all the way to the entrance. If you go with a car, the entrance fee is 1€ for cars. There is a parking outside of entrance than you can enter for free. There are 10+ walking/hiking trails. There are two big and fancy restaurants inside in the park. From entrance to the first restaurant there is around 2KM. Full hiking trail is 14KM and very accessible. It can get crowded during the weekend. From here you can go and hike all the way to Lake Badovc, Butovc or Matican. All the trails are open during the 365 days of the year. You can see Sharr Mountains, Luboten Peak and many other mountains around.

Probably the one and only national park that is so close to the capital city of Prishtina. Relatively clean and nice. It would be great if the government enforced strict rules to protect the park! Nice hiking trails. Main attraction for the locals during the summer.

Germia park is the national park of the capital, Pristina. There is a giant swimming pool nearby and the scenery is awesome.

A picturesque walking/jogging area outside the centre of Pristina. It is in about 15 minutes taxi drive from the centre, depending on the traffic. The park has a nice restaurant with a few conference/seminar rooms.

A long thin park that winds up to some cafes. Go whilst its warm to enjoy a picnic and some ball games with some locals.

I liked it because it was very green and it had fresh air.I recommend it a lot.

One of the best parks in Kosovo. Especially at weekends full of people. Every morning, you see people running before they go to work. Very convenient place to go with family. The air is clean and fresh. Along the park there is also a large swimming pool where people can relax during the summer season. Inside the park are some very good restaurants where traditional Albanian cooking can be enjoyed.

This is a great place to relax and eat if you are visiting Prishtina city. The food was OK and reasonably priced. I have included some of the dishes they served and they tasted good. You could have coffee as well and cakes.The best thing to do is go for a walk in the park, one of the healthiest thing to do in this city.There are buses that take you near the park from the city center or you could take a taxi all the way to the restaurant.Your choice!

Green Place in Prshtina. Bus No 4 takes you there. Last stop of the bus. Lot of families, Lovers visit the park. There are also some street vendors selling some drinks and snacks. One of the must visit place in Pristina apart from the busy traffic and crowdy places.

Great location in the suburbs of Pristina with an extremely nice and loveable parc. Excursions by bike are possible even though the quality of the bikes could be enhanced.

Huge park in close proximity to Pristina. Lots of different hiking trails with varied lengths. Huge amount of biodiversity along the trail. Disappointing amount of garbage along the trail but that seems typical throughout the Balkans. I also noticed at the base of the park, the city had sprayed insecticide. That was not something I expected to see at a nature park. Fortunately the rest of the forest was untouched. I cannot vouch for the swimming area and I just hiked throughout the nature park.
