Vegetarian food could be more tasty, but for the dog it was ok.

Had a nice chicken sallad and rice with salmon. Tasted very nice. Although they were both very oily, not sure how healthy it actually is. Prices are maybe a little bit high. Free water refills, appreciated and sadly quite uncommon

Re-defining fast food in the best possible way

Vegan plate tasted boring, just veggies basically, soup was cold, way too expensive. Disappointing and not worth it!!

Obviously very popular restaurant in Trieste. At lunchtime there were long queues. However, waiting time was not long as they work very fast. The food was good, especially if you are vegetarian this place is to be recommended. What we didnt understand is why a restaurant that calls itself natural and ecological uses plastic cutlery and cups and cartons to serve the food in. In my opinion thats a complete no go, it didnt seem to bother the many customers, however.

Great food and very friendly staff

Great menu, many vegetarian and vegan options. Everything we tried tasted great and seemed really healthy as well. The staff was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was all the plastic cutlery and cups.

It will be an naturalistic restaurant and they have no real cutlerey and glasses!! You eat from carton! You must drink the vine from plastic glasses!!!! Very boring taste (vegan plate).

Lives up to the cliche of health food implying tastelessness

I had the vegan piatto which seemed too expensive at around €10. Everything here is a bit expensive but the quality of the food makes up for it.

Good, delicious and healthy alternative to Italian cuisine in the city centre. Fast service, kind&lovely people and prices are really ok. The Wine could be better. Highly recommended!!

Quaintly set at the end of a nook off Piazza Utica d’Italia. Fast, yummy, simple fare prepared with fresh ingredients. Place your order at the counter with the friendly staff, then choose a table inside or outside at which to enjoy your meal. Good for vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike. So easy and relaxing!

I quite enjoyed this chicken rice, which was just under €9 and plenty for a dinner portion. The place has a chill vibe, and the quality is very good. A nice and affordable break from the heavy pasta and pizza.

Tasty and healthy if you want something different. Fast food but without the guilt afterwards. Not only vegan and vegetarian there’s a few tasty meat options. Average sized portions. Good for a quick lunch.

Great little restaurant near the Roman Theater in Trieste. Vegetarian and vegan options. I had the Vegan piatto but there is also vegan burger. Really tasty, fresh and healthy. Its a bit pricey but if you are vegetarian /vegan traveling on a low budget this is definitely the place to treat yourself! 💚

I was looking forward to writing a review for this cute spot. I really like the menu and the style of the restaurant. The quality is good especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. The place is stylish and clean and the staff are mostly friendly. The only reason why I personally give it a 3 star is because I was a bit shocked that they serve everything in plastic, plastic cups and plastic cutlery. The environment does not need more plastic. I would suggest revising. Otherwise really nice place.
