A great place to relax and have a drink or spend a few quid on the casino tables or the many gaming machines.Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very chilled.One thing tho dont go in sports shorts as you wont get in.

First visit since revamped, looks really good, restaurant fantastic for any group occasion. Plenty of slot machines loaded with games, didnt win but enjoyed visit.

I went the other night and the staff were amazing as I bought a packet of cigarettes had 1 out of the packet and the next thing the packet had disappeared the staff were looking for the missing packet and the manager replaced the packet, how nice was that, thank you so much genting

More electronic tables machine, a while since Ive been in any casino, but also surprised to see live roulette minimum bet £2. It was generally quiet but overall a nice casino, well done to the bar staff, who were kepylt very busy especially with food orders. Fair prices too for this type of venue.

Went on the 23rd December was quite a pleasent evening watching and playing roulette also used the bar area too when playing roulette I asked someone playing what the value of a pink chip was so he showed it to me its worth a 100 pounds I was then quickly and abruptly told to leave the chip alone by a snotty arrogant manager my reply was Im sorry. and that was that on returning the next evening I was told by the polite lady receptionist that Im suspended which I could not even think why. she didnt know so I asked to speak to the manager who again was very abrupt and said I told you twice. which never happened at all. I was asked to leave the premises which I did I spoke to 2 security on leaving and I said thats ridiculous to which their reply was they thought it very petty indeed so a dreadful arrogant unfriendly manager made this place a dreadful experience please beware people when attending this casino as if they suspend you for that then your not in a very friendly environment at all

Nice place to spend time with friends but dont ever come for finger food or free coffee. Its awful and tasteless coffee (latte). Limited machines and mostly reserved with no player. Not much entertainment to wish for.

Dont like the £5 tables!! No £1 play at table, on virtual tables . Enjoyed the drinks and sandwiches x

Enjoyable experience but pity the restaurant is closed......its nice to dine properly and not at machines. I prefer to leave and eat elsewhere which obviously cuts down revenue for gentings

Nicee atmosphere and staff.not good pay outs IF you get a bonus the slots seem to be on low pay bonus all the time.thinking of going back to Grovenor Casino.

Its always good higher % then any mainland casino 🎰 when I play I always break even or win ,sometimes not always. But far better then other Blackpool casinos.

I am not a gambling man by nature, however I did enjoy my last visit here, with a flutter or two. My friends did well at the roulette tables. I love the interior decor and the place was rather busy with a variety of people trying their hand with lady luck. Recommended.

A good night out,staff were brill poker was good won over £450 only started with £60 food was good as well,went in February was staying at the cliffs just down the front,there was no covid then,things change but when in Blackpool do try it you will be surprised, Derek moores 💰🤑♣️

Lovely ham and cheese toastie and came with lettuce and yummy coleslaw.Beer prices good. Very vigilant on covid and always cleaning . Disappointed they took the 10p roulette off.

Fabulous for a special occasion.The food is really good.The entertainment 1st class.The staff are exceptionally friendly and go that extra mile to make your evening memorable.

The choice of vegetarian food was very limited, I had a vegan burger on a dry bun, no onions, onion rings, mushrooms, nothing, not even a few peas, but the worst of all was the "fries" just small, dry, burnt chips, totally inedible. Disgusting

Good place for a meal or a drink you dont have to gamble but its all there if you want to. Staff are generally good and obliging facilities are ok all in all a good place to visit.

Never again, didnt feel welcome here, I wasnt shown around and I was charged for soft drinks 🤨 it also feels that youre been watched all the time that they dont trust you, feels like they just want you to spend and go. But sorry not for me Im staying with Grosvenor Casino where Im treated with respect.

Rated 4 as only used the casino side been told the food is great, will have to try. Otherwise great friendly staff and atmosphere. Definatly visit again.

Very nice atmosphere, good fun aslong as your responsible with money, fair prices drinks, free cups of tea or coffee brought to you if you are playing at a table. Very nice inside and has a back door smoking area.

Had a meal with my sister and brother in law for their wedding anniversary food was great waitress was excellent only criticism was my wife and her sister had a prawn cocktail to start and they both said it was lacking in prawns only 4 in each and a bit short on mari rose sauce other than that everything was fine

Lovely casino with a great menu and very good food at a value price, coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks at a very good bar. All the usual card games slots and roulette. Very friendly and approachable staff .Large car park with great views of the Blackpool coast line.

The food was good (as usualbut the organisation of the place was so bad it was laughable. When you try to book for a meal here during the festive period you are informed they arent doing the usual a la carte menu, and instead have a Xmas Menu and a Seasonal Menu. All fine so far. Then they send you these menus and ask for our order (several days before you dine), wanting all course choices AND payment in full before you even step through the door. When I asked why, the answer was ..."because its Christmas". Fine. Odd, but fine, I thought. They must be very busy I thought! The day after Id received the menus by email, sought all the partys food choices, phoned Genting for the second time, passed on the order and paid the bill, I received a voicemail from them asking if I could call them again and give them our order again as theyd "shredded it". Instead I emailed them the full order so they had it electronically and couldnt as easily dispose of it again. In that email I took the opportunity to request a booth and to ask if they could do cheese and biscuits for the diabetic diner in the party who hadnt ordered a sweet from the Xmas or Seasonal menu because, unlike the usual a la carte menu, they currently werent offering any diabetic friendly alternative. I sent the email on Friday lunchtime for our booking on Sunday evening. I never heard back from them. When we arrived to dine they had our order in the restaurant but apparently had no knowledge of the email Id sent two days earlier and we only managed to beg a cheese and biscuits out of the kitchen because another diner on a different table had pre-ordered some and so chef was magnanimously going to extend that kindness to us too. All of this may have made a bit more sense if the place was jam packed with diners and not the total of 12 people who are there during the entire evening. The food was good, the one waitress that was serving was good but the rest of the palaver almost made it not worth going when there are equally good food options not far away where you dont have to jump through hoops to eat! Sort yourselves out Genting management, youre organising a Xmas menu not the last supper!

Love this place ! Very relaxing atmosphere food is delicious, perfect place to come for a quiet drink with no riff raff in which you would get in town

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening playing poker at Genting. Lovely card room and friendly players and staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in . Thank you all

Not bad for my for my first casino. Staff were really helpful but were definatly overworked due to staff shortage that I could make out.Would recommend to anyone, thanks for a great couple of hours.

Good place to lose lots of money. They have a 2 for one cocktail night . Nice clean plz d with friendly staff. Not sure if you have to be a member

Went there for a friends 40th birthday with pre booked meal which was fantastic, I had a steak which was cooked to perfection. All the staff were very attentive, drinks were reasonably priced and we enjoyed having a flutter. Would definitely recommend as a good all round venue for an evenings entertainment.

Nice casino, never too crowded and space always available at the tables. Bar snacks very limited. Loads of parking and staff extra helpful. Handy to get to on the tram. Toilets always clean and fresh and staff helpful when you are leaning games.

We chose to watch the England v Sweden match here and what a great decision. To see the match in air conditioned comfort is to be recommended. Drinks and sandwiches were enjoyed at half-time, the food is excellent value here, and the final score in Englands favour was the icing on the cake. We always look forward to visiting the casino when we stay in Blackpool, free membership and you dont need to gamble although a little flutter adds to the experience.

What really nice place, even better if you win a few pounds . But could stamp down on people using 2 bandits at a time. Food and drink at a high standard. Carnt wait to go again.

Went here and had an excellent rib eye steak with hand cut skin on chips and a dressed salad. Sounds simple, but excellent ingredients, wonderfully prepared, seasoned well and cooked to perfection makes for a memorable and very enjoyable meal.

A really pleasant experience the staff are very friendly a good night was had by all the food was very good and the wine chilled to perfection ,will definitely be calling again and soon.

Very nice restaurant "Fahrenheit". A bit more expensive than local bars or pubs, but a fantastic place for special occasions. Very professional and polite service. 5 stars

It is very clean, quiet and the staff are very polite and friendly. The bar is very well set out. A nìce place to visit and gave a little bet.

Called to check about booking a table for special anniversary meal but was informed there was no need to book so arrived at 740pm on sunday to be told there was a 30/40minute wait "as we did not book" ? Girl came back 30 mins later and said they would take our order and it would be a further 25 minutes as we did not order a starter ? .food was nothing special.plates and glasses sat on table for 20 minutes without any staff approaching to clear or ask if we needed more drinks.had enough asked for bill and left.shocking service .staff to busy chatting to each other.wont return .ruined what should have been a very special night.

We had pleasant experience however as we were leaving we returned to our car and hadnt realised we required a pin, to exit the car park. I poped back in to get the pin, the young woman at reception with distinctive coloured hair, I asked for the code and said maybe its a good idea to let patrons know before they left. Her attitude immediately changed and was so nonchalant it was just rude. Hey, its costs nothing to be polite! It kind of left a bad note to the experience especially seeing as we had spent a significant amount of money gambling ate there and had drinks.
