Very good!! Fresh meats and veggies to choose from! Great staff!!! They are very professional and work very hard!!

Great service, great food. My only complaint is I think there mold in there somewhere because every time I go in I start sneezing and having to blow my nose.

Had the steak, salmon, and shrimp with mixed peppers & onions and other veggies , fried egg, melted cheese, fried rice, thick noodles, G Sauce....

This was our first time at Genghis Grill in Tulsa , We were just as pleased as we were in Dallas . This is really good food .

Follow up 10/12/22Management contacted us and offered a refund. We appreciated that, thank you.just a terrible experience from unwilling to move our group to a table of proper size to a horrid odor aroun the section of meats to the point of unsanitary. 2 of our 4 in the party experienced pain aching and diarrhea the following morning. the other 2 didnt eat their bowls after they were brought to the table. How this place is staying open is beyond me. Never again, $60+ and just embarrassed that we brought out of town family to this.

Could be a little cleaner but food was cooked well and tasted good. Plenty of seats so we werent mashed up beside the other customers! Victoria was a great waitress! 😊 Thanks for being a sweet and knowledgeable employee Victoria!

If I could give a lower review I would!!! We went for our 18 year old grandsons Birthday( he lives 3 hours awayfrom the wait service to the uncleanliness,the election of what they called food!!! It was disgusting!!! We should have left when we had rude wait staff.Then....the smell,appearance,and quality of the food was such that health dept should be called!NEVER AGAIN!!!Our grandson said he hoped he never experienced a place like that in his life.Neither of us could take but one bite of it!!! Waisted our time and $$$!!!! HORRIBLE!!! The waiter just ignored our complaints!!! I am calling a manager today!!!!!

I went to the Genghis Grill in Bixby today and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing and my server Victoria was the best! My favorite part was getting to watch them cook my food. All around great experience. We will definitely be back.

First time here and was very impressed. Great flavor options and so many vegetables you just dont see that often anymore. Many meat options and lets you go toward BBQ style or Thai or Chinese varieties.At first your not sure it is worth the price but after you see everything it is about, it is well priced and the bowls are large portions in the end. Regular size is a full meal. Ive always scrounge up every bit of Chinese food, but I know that I could not of done the Large!

With a light day , there was no communication between staff that left us waiting. The interior need heavy cleaning neelar food area as is it looked very ruined and unmaintained.

Love this restaurant but was disappointed in this visit and the manager wasnt helpful either. Went in kids ordered there meal and put our order in to cook everyone got there meal except my lady we watch her order cam up to be served we saw other meals tables were served while hers sat there our waiter walk saw I needed a refill waited forever to get that walk pass her meal sitting I finally get a refill my lady asked for her meal put to go because everyone was finished with there meal she after 5min brought back her drink to go no meal finally another waiter pick up her meal brought it to our table the food came worse than a door dash delivery temp you think sitting in the restaurant you get a hot meal nope we didnt then the manager try to say I will look into it not once really apologize for service wasnt the best. But all in all they expect when its not busy if you get your food same temp like its been door dash sitting out 15-20 min before it is served thats perfectly fine.

Just ate here with my family. There was 5 of us total and everyone got their food by me. My bowl sat for 15 minutes before it was sent to me. The one time our waitress checked on us was because she saw my husband needed a refill. I told her I wanted my food to go because it had been sitting for 15 minutes, she brought me a Togo drink. They werent busy either. Tried explaining this to the manager, she didnt want to hear anything we had to say. Not a good experience.

Great fast food type Hibachi. Once you learn the correct way to pack your bowl for the create your own bowl the price is not to bad as you can usually get a couple meals out of it. Love that the ingredients are always so fresh. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Must try the strawberry mango lemonade for sure!

I know a lot of people like this place. I feel like its just average though. Not bad but also not great. I always feel like I spent way more than the quantity and quality of the food I get.

As the prices are sky rocketing everywhere well, so has ghengis but! The food hasnt changed a bit. Its most excellent hand picked food youll find all around astounding.

Found my combination! I love their rice noodles with teriyaki and dragon sauce. Little bit of a kick and Im actually eating my veggies! I love the choices of fresh veggies to go in and all the different meat options. The waiter was a sweetheart and got everything for us with a smile.

Got to know Genghis Grill from a friend and now I need one in Alabama so bad. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere and Amazing food. If your looking for a great date night or a wonderful night out with your family you have found it. LOVED IT!

Ordered to takeout. The young lady at the bar was very polite and attentive. Love great customer serve. Food was excellent as always.

Good food. I would suggest making your own bowl because the bowls from the menu seem to have less protein than if you would get it yourself. Otherwise, Ill keep coming back.

The service was spectacular, as was the food. You may be accustomed to similar places being all you can eat, whereas this location is not. However, three portions are very generous, so most will not leave hungry!

This is a neat, novelty idea. Variety of meat and vegetables was great. Wait staff was excellent. For the cost, I expected the food to be better. The food was good, but not GREAT. 2 people, almost $50 with water to drink.

It was okay, staff could have been more friendly. Variety of food choices was good. The amount of food for the money was excellent.

Definitely has went down hill the last few years. Server seemed uninterested in work. More interested in talking with the help. Food was not as good as I remember either. And the price has definitely gone up. Ill pass on this ace next time.

Was disappointed at how Genghis Grill goes to great lengths to minimize how much food you can gather for the grill. They give you a very tiny bowl for your toppings and meat and prohibit you from gathering your own base.A traditional Mongolian Grill gives you a full sized bowl or plate and lets you stack extra meat, and gather less base. If Ghengis Grill is trying to limit its costs by forcing you to take more base, then it should raise its prices, and not handcuff its customers.I wont be returning to Genghis Grill because of their stingy food policy.Our server was horrible too. He must have been new. I asked for Sriracha, he never brought it, forcing me to get it myself. He never came back to refill our drinks. He also brought my wifes food first, and had me wait another 10 minutes for mine... he should have waited to bring both out together, thats just basic etiquette all waiters should know.Overall, it was still delicious, and cooked well. The service was bad, and the restaurants policies are ridiculous.

The food was very good. However, the service was terrible. When my wife and I got there we ordered drinks which never came. Even after I asked the waitress and then later went to the bar to ask about our drinks. The bartender said she was busy. No one said Im sorry, Ill get them as soon as I can. In fact it was obvious she didnt care. I spoke to our waitress, the bartender, and the woman that seated us and no one seamed to care. Needless to say my wife and I never got our drinks. But thats okay because they wont get our business anymore. The food is good but not worth putting up with the service you get.

Its been a few years since I had visited Genghis Grill and to be honest, I thought all of them in our area had closed down. We were seated after just a momentary wait. From that point, the service dropped off drastically. We waited 5 to 7 mins before we even had a server approach our table. Once we finally ordered, it took another 3 to 5 mins for them to bring us our bowls. Once we returned to our seats, the service never got any better. Had to wave down a different server just to get some salt and soy sauce. Now, the good things! The choice of ingredients on the food bar were endless. Numerous meats, veggies, sauces and condiments. The cooks did a great job preparing the food and it tasted AMAZING! Looking past the poor service, it was a good experience with great food.

This place is amazing! You get to build your own bowl and put as much protein and veggies as you can pile onto your metal cooking bowl. The chefs will then stir fry your ingredients and serve you a fresh hot bowl of stir-fry. It is very tasty and filling. Very good price. I am definitely coming back. It was also a great dinner date for my husband and I.Thank you for the great service.

My first time there as we were traveling to Texas. Our waitress didnt speak English well which made it tough to understand her. I had a bowl off the menu and my husband and son had a pick your own...my food, eh, theirs was So much better! Overall, a good experience!

Really its a 3.5 wide variety of meats and veggies. Customers have access to the ingredients to make their own bowls. It can get messy and there is a risk of cross contamination. Staff were friendly and seemed attentive to customers needs.

Was the “WORST SERVICE EVER” came in and sat down we waited 38mins before waiter had gotten to us.Got our order wrong and became argumentative…Terrible service at its finest.Thumbs down!

I used to really love this place when it was on Cherry Street. But unless you like having the air conditioner drip condensation in your hair, on your clothes and in your bowl of food I would suggest you stay away from the one in Bixby Oklahoma. When I asked to move to another booth or table bc it was dripping on my head and on my back and in the floor beside me and then in my food the answer I received was since there were only two of us we would not be able to move bc the other tables were for bigger parties. EVEN THOUGH THE RESTAURANT IS PRETTY MUCH EMPTY. When my husband spoke to the manager about it he basically told him that he told the waitress we could move to the next table though she never came and moved us. Basically not his problem and it obviously wasnt the waitress problem either bc neither of them were getting dripped on. Honestly we should have just walked out. Hands down the worst service ever. And I paid $52 for it. Will definitely not ever be back.

Create your dish and they grill it for you! You can order to go or eat in. I ate in. Depending on the bowl size that will decide how many side add ins the griller will add before serving your dish. You go to the food select your meats( pork, beef, fish, seafood, etcveggies...seasonings and sauces. Pile it on and being to the griller. I watched both cooks with large wooden sticks moving the food around. They worked in unison going around the circle shaped grill. I enjoyed the food. I would have given 5 stars but the service to refill our drinks was s lp own and bathroom floor was sticky to step on.

Awesome place. Great service, very friendly staff!!!! Little Pricey, but soooo worth it!!!!! You can create your own bowl or get a specialty meal, either way you cant go wrong. The pork potsticks were really good with the dipping sauce!! And the drink was perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Just enjoyed a meal that was definitely worth the price and the service provided by Caleb was some of the best customer service we have had in a while.

The covid setup here is ridiculous and makes the normal quick experience take over an hour. I understand they are trying to be safe but the other restaurant that is the same concept as this is rocking along. The staff all seems depressed and just kills the vibe, so I really do not want to eat here now that Ive been waiting so longWill not be back until after covid.

We came 30 minutes to closing. All the workers were superb. They were helpful since it’s our first time there. A must try for food lovers!

i liked the place. i recommend that you make sure that your spices are just the right amount or youll end up eating very spicy/salty food. but overall, food is good and the price is reasonable.

We had to wait 15 minutes to sit down (not a bad wait). However, the waitress was very inattentive and didnt seem like she wanted to be there. We had not been before and she didnt explain the process and we learned on our own what to do. The price (for the amount you getis definitely on the high side.

Food is always amazing, service is always hit or miss. Get some good servers and itll be 5 stars.

Really tasty and generous servings. Great service. Either create your own bowl, use one of their recipes, or try a mix of both. They stir fry it up and bring it to your table. Delicious!

Prices are a bit high but food is good. The best part of this restaurant is that you can select exactly what goes into your food. You first got to select the meat, then the spices, then the vegetables and last but not the least the sauces. Then you get two sides which they feel it all together for you. Finally the dessert was irrestable. I had the hazelnut wanton and icecream.

The food was good and fresh, the food bar where you prepare your food was a little on the dirty side as other reviewers mentioned. Like sample spoons all over and spilled things in a lot of different places, however, I can see how this could be a challenge. Our server did an excellent job and communicated well. Overall a good experience.
