No ambiance...have tvs on the wall but not placed so you can view them easily. Need bigger bowls so you can get more veggies

They have a variety of different bowls that you can have. So you order which size you want and they have 3 different kinds. Small, medium and all-you-can-eat. The prices vary from $10.99, $13.49, to 15.49 per bowl. (The smallest bowl is a decent sized portion You order and then you go to a bar and pick out your meats, your spices, your veggies, and your sauce. Then they take to the grill and cook it for you. This is a perfect place to come and sit and have dinner with friends, and have a good meal. The service was decent, the waitresses and cooks were friendly. On average for a party of four it was a little under $78. They also offer $5 Alcoholic drinks. It was relatively quiet here, so a good place to eat and relax.

This place could definitely make some serious money if they care. We arrived around 7pm and they were heavily short staff. 5 employees running the place and everyone pretty much burnt out. Wait was long, line was long, place was trashed and employees were too tired to even care. Stop running numbers and customers would return.

Love this place! Yummy to my Tummy and yours too if you go there! Try it at least once I highly recommend create your own bowl. I dont care for the created ones. I havent found a good one yet. Oh btw, They give soy sauce to go so dont accidently pour it all over your food thinking its terriyaki, like I did.

Food was ok but expected much better for the price. The cook was very obnoxious and should have been wearing a covering over his longer beard. The mens bathroom was an absolute wreck with graffiti etched in the wood all over the walls. This was a one time deal for me and will definitely not be back.

Food was barely edible. All the food was incredibly smoky like burnt steak flavor. I thought it was their suace but tried my daughters fried rice and the rice was stale and smoky. Dont think there will be a second stop here. Sadly.

Ate here with my buddy after a competition I had. What I put into my body after a tournament is crucial in terms of I need the taste to SLAP and the food to be very filling. This place did both for me. I will definitely recommend and be back next time in vegas

Decent quality proteins. The big issue is the price. Paid 50$ for two medium bowls and honestly it was not worth coming back because of the cost. I witnessed them puring "Sweet baby rays" bbq sauce from a gallon jug into one of the sauces.. its just embarrassing that they think they are worth that much.

This place has totally went downThe people that work at this place are rude. It took forever for someone to seat me. Then when it was time for me to select my options from the bar no one waited on me .I had to ask the guys at the grill was someone coming to assist me? Then a young guy popped up slammed down the tray very unprofessional. After I received my food a party of six stood in.front of my table watching the cooks prepare their food. Management did not say anything to them so I moved to another table. A horrible dining experience. Next time I will go to PF Chang. I wouldnt eat here if it was free.

Staff were nice, never really had Mongolian bbq before. Was a nice treat in my opinion.

My first time here and I really did not know what to expect, but I was expecting more food. I ordered the Chef Bowl of Mongolian "steak" only because I really wasnt explained the whole build your bowl thing properly... I got tiny bits and pieces of meat in my bowl, soggy noodle,no crunchy wonton like I saw in the picture. It lacked Mongolian flavor and wish I would have ordered something else. My order of 5 potstickers were the only thing that did not taste frozen to me. Not fresh. This was my 1st and my last time ever eating here. On a good note, the restaurant is clean inside.

Very good food but sometimes they over cook a bit plus had to wait a long time to be seated. Update as of 08/07/2022 The wait time to be seated was a while this time also as they looked like they were short staffed. Food was still very good however they are really skimpy on some of the bowls now so this place is still a 3 star.

Been coming here for years now. Their bowls are Amazing! They have an assortment of proteins to choose from such as chicken,beef, crab, shrimp, etc. Appreciate the Free Regular Bowl for being a member of their rewards program. I will definitely return.

First off, if you do not like preparing your own food this is not the place for you. But if you are like me where you can pick your own protein, veggies, starch, and add your own quantity of sauces (and there are lot of really good saucesthen try this place out. You can pile your bowl as high as you want, bring it to the "chefs" and in a few minutes you will have a great meal. If you dont then dont blame the chefs. They cook what you give them.The place itself is a little "dark" in terms of wall color and booth furniture but that is a small thing. The service is GREAT and they do a good job of letting you know they like working there. The only reason I only gave them 4 out of 5 is because they need to be bigger somehow. Sometimes it feels like you are sitting too close to the other table. Regardless its a good place to eat and the prices are very reasonable for this type of place.Try it out and dont forget to tip the chefs!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this facility on 550 N Stephanie St, Henderson. As we walked up to the restaurant at 7:00 pm, we noticed the glass doors were filthy with smuggled finger prints. The floor was sticky, the food bar wasn’t well stocked, and there was dropping of raw meat, vegetables, and sauce all over the counter. The sauce bar hadn’t been wiped down either, the spoons were very sticky! We had to wash our hands after using them! The bathroom wasn’t stocked with seat covers, and one stall was out of order. Bathroom door had finger prints all over it.Although, the server was excellent, kind, attentive, and very polite.Last time we were here was when it was first open. Now 12 years lasted, you can tell the establishment has gone downhill.This was a Groupon, and we got a good deal, although, we will not be revisiting your facility again.Best of luck to you…

YUM! This is somewhere you can take a group of people with all different preferences on meat and vegetables. You chose all your meals and/or veggies, seasonings, and sauce. The servers are always super friendly. Food is hot off the stone and brought over quickly because the cook yells out "HOT BOWL" 🔥 I love the udon noodles with garlic water and orange sauce. 🍊

At first, I was confused!You order the size of plate, they give you a bowl, you walk down the food bar and pick whatever you want as much as you want, (as long as it fits in the bowladd the seasoning and sauces.They put it altogether and cook it?!WHAT!I was surprised! It tasted amazing!You have to try this!!!

Full menu or create your own stir fry. We has stir fry which was delicious, except the buffet of items was messy, not filled properly and you had to wait to get a bowl. They need to organize it better and keep it topped off. Staff was great (except for lack of service at buffet). Staff wore masks, which was appreciated.

Disappointing. I was really excited as this is the first Mongolian grill style restaurant Ive been to in Vegas, I love these types of restaurants. The food was all slightly burnt. It wasnt completely inedible, we were starving and ate, but didnt finish or bring it home. We did come near closing time, so maybe it was just the grill, Im not sure. Ive never had an experience like this at any other Mongolian grill. Service was good. We will not be returning.

Prices have gone up, quality has gone down. While its still a great meal, I dont think its really its worth the price anymore.

First time trying out this spot after years of always passing by. Came in for take out. Service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately the flavor of the food I received did not justify the price I paid. I got a super fried rice and it taste bland. None of the meats in the rice had any flavor and neither did the rice itself. I am honestly not sure as to what seasoning was used, except for the soy sauce that was provided and I had to use just to give the rice some flavor.

Really awesome deals. Servers very friendly. The manager Miguel was so nice that I ordered 4 family size bowls and he said I didn’t have to even pay, it was on the house. Great establishment. Make sure your coupon code came from their website.

Had to pick a base for my bowl. I chose fried rice cuz it was sure to be cooked properly, but even after coming off their grill was still under cooked and crunchy. If they can’t cook rice then don’t trust them with the rest of your food

Just wanted to update to say that this restaurant leaves the same response to every negative complaint on here. Unfortunately when you do respond to the email they provide, you no longer hear from them from them therefore they obviously dont take it serious umand that its just for the reviews to appear that they are handling it... sad really.I almost feel bad leaving this but hoping someone in upper management will see it. I eat at this location a couple of times a week and its just getting worse every time. This was my food today...$45 later and 2 completely burnt bowls 😡 Went in the trash.. Guess I should have checked before taking it to go. They are almost always out of shrimp and crab and other ingredients. The staff they have is absolutely amazing. The poor girl that runs the front also takes orders, payments amd handles all of the tables.....does it all actually and is always there alone!! Shes obviously over worked but you would never know it as her attitude is great. Happy personality and always willing to help. I too own a business and understand stort staffing, however when the quality goes to hell, something needs to change!

Kelly is an amazing server. She gave us the best service we have had out here on the west coast. We will come back again and again. Food was great.

Decent food. Service was really good. We miss the days when they provided same recipes for making sauces. Definitely not as polished as it use to be, but it still enjoyable.

Staff are friendly and readily available to help with a take out order.Nice variety of meats to choose from. The restaurant was clean. Theres seating inside.The Udon noodles were overcooked. Thats the only thing that messed up the meal. I will try cauliflower rice next time.

I’d give it 4.3 stars if I could.Since it used to be that you could make your own bowl before. But now you grab the meatC while they put it on top of the massive bowl of carbs.But now you can order it with “no base”, too.

Was excited to try this place and my son drove us out of the way to get there. Sadly, we were disappointed with 2 of the 3 meals. Our server was attentive and friendly, although trying to cover 2 areas (bar and tablesprobably due to staff shortage. Three of us ate, ordered 2 classics and one build-your-own. Each bowl came out at a different time, so we were not eating together. My bowl was missing the egg and peanuts, so I basically received noodles with scant green onions for 15.00. My first bite was grissely and tough. Unfortunately, the rest of the beef was also tough and did not like the flavor of the beef (an overcooked boiled flavorand did not eat my meal. I should have gone with the chicken, and it would have been fine. No time for server to stop by, either. My son received our bill after asking, waited another 15 minutes at the table or so to pay with a credit card, but gave up. Left cash in the folder and left. I truly hope others have a better experience, and it was busy, so maybe it was just a bad bit of luck. Best of luck in the future, as it is tough to be in the restaurant business.

Great little place. The food was fresh and cooked and delivered to our table quick. Reasonably priced for what you get. The had one woman, Kelly, covering all the tables and she was fantastic! I dont know how she did everything, but she did and she never made you feel like she was rushing you. I will definitely go back again.

This was our first visit. Ive been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile, and Im so glad we did.Rorri was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the food options. He throughly explained the whole process and prices of each bowl. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughters bowl consisted of steak and took a little longer to cook than the rest of ours; Rorri kept checking with the cooks to give us updates on how much longer she had to wait to receive her bowl. He made our whole dining experience very pleasant.The prices of each bowl are a little pricy, but the food is healthy and very filling, so I think its worth it. We paid around $16.00 per person, this consisted of one trip to the bar and two base options (noodles or rice). The bar has a variety of protein and veggie options. At the end of the bar, there are sauces you can choose to flavor your meal to have your food cooked in. When you arrive at the bar, you are given a bowl to add all of your ingredients. Once you fill your bowl, you drop your bowl off to the cooks. Once your food is cooked, your server will bring your bowl to you.I do not eat meat, so I only had veggies in my bowl. I found out later that they do offer tofu as an alternative, you just have to ask the person behind the bar area for some. They can also add eggs to your bowl, you just have to tell the cooks how many eggs you want.I will definitely return to this location again the next time I visit Henderson or Vegas. I highly recommend asking for Rorri as your server. He will give you the star treatment!

I absolutely love Genghis grill ,its one of the better Mongolian barbecue type places to eat in town ,it has a good selection of meats and vegetables and toppings for your meals.You build your own bowl, theres a variety of meats, veggies and spices to choose from, then they grill it for you. High quality, fresh food. I love the format of choosing my own veggies and proteins.This was a very healthy, high quality lunch. Great experience ,good food and attentive staff.I highly recommend it to everybody.

Still good as always. Just expect a little delay if you have a large group. Due to the pandemic, waitress will take drink order and get ticket ready with choice of sides i.e. rice or noodles or both. Then you proceed to meat and veggie choice where someone will take order for you to the grill. Hopefully this helps someone because we didnt know what to expect during the pandemic.

When we walked in there was a weird smell, it wasn’t cleaning chemicals. Once seated we waited 14 mins for someone to take our order and get us drinks. After we got attention we then waited for someone from the back to show up and fill our bowls. All that said the food is really good, would just recommend ordering to go.

Very good food and amazingly nice staff. They were not only helpful but definitely went out of their way to assist us. Kelly, our server, was on shift for dinner, and shes amazing!!! Sesame, dragon, island, and kung pao are the family favourite flavours. I got the large bowl and definitely have leftovers. To get the most out of your bowls, fill with meat, then veggie, then meat again, then veggie again, then rinse and repeat. Dont forget there are a variety of bases--udon, white rice, brown rice, etc. You get 1 portion for the small bowl, 2 portions for regular, 3 portions for large, and you can mix n match. Ask for egg if you like--its free!!

I always get great service when I come here, usually around lunch time. It’s never exceptionally busy which is nice. Most everything is self serve as in you build and customize everything yourself at the “buffet” line. If it’s your first time definitely make sure to let them know they are more then happy to help and explain everything. The food is always hot and delicious

The staff here is always friendly and ready to help. We didnt have to flag the waitress down. She came to check on us a lot. And the food is divine.

This place was wonderful! It is quite deceiving and please read this so that you guys all know. If youre a fan of Mongolian Barbecue then you know usually when you go inside you get this big bowl that you stick everything in. This place operates a little bit different and I actually appreciate it 100% more. One youre getting actual real meat not frozen slices but actual like big chunks of meat theyve got chicken, beef, pork, sirloin steak, barbecue seasoned and many more. But the ball size is literally just for your meat and your veggies you put your sauces on the side, and when you go up to get your food cooked they have a list of three items that you can pick from whether it be noodles added rice cabbage and other things that I really dont remember because I didnt pay all that much attention to things I didnt want. Like I said this place was really deceiving at first and I thought I was going to leave hungry but just look at the pictures the big one was mine that was the leftovers of what I ate and I ate a lot of it, the other two were my two boys they got the small bowl and thats how much they have left over which was ridiculously a large amount still. Please go check them out youll see. Im definitely going to be back very soon and I had great customer service on top of it. Enjoy guys.😋😊

We both got the regular size bowl with an appetizer to share. The service was decent and the food was okay. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the choice of music coming out of the speakers. I can eat to anything, but rap is not my first choice, nor my last for that matter. Figured at 5pm dinner service they would have something nondescript playing in the background, but this manager thought otherwise. Also, I cant say much for the gong that was being struck as part of the "Genghis" atmosphere every few minutes. Food and service two stars 🌟🌟; atmosphere ZERO STARS.

Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner.Monday to Friday special offer for lunch. You can pic bowel of any size out of small, medium n large. Pile it with chicken, fish n meat with salads. Choose your sauces, rice n noodles. They will grill it and serve. Very tasty.
