If you happen to walk past, definitely stop and take in the view. But its also not really worth taking a detour to visit it. But I would recommend a ride on one of the ferries docking there. Believe me you will enjoy it.

You have to pay attention because its not big, its in the middle of a crowded crosswalk so you need to be quick if you want a picture.
