If you dont like heights then this has to be on your to do list. The bridge is a Bailey bridge and is the highestof its type in the world i think. That is one made out of prefabricated parts and bolted together on site, the kind of thing the army use. Except this one is nearly 500ft above the base of the gorge. The roadway is made from wooden planks with gaps between them!! So dont look down if your walking across!!!!

After a nice curvy road, weve been amazed by this huge area where you can mostly find olive tree, goats, stones, stones and stones again.

Amazing view and unique feeling while crossing the bridge. Sound of creeking wood underneath is crazy.

Make sure you do liquid bungy on the weekends if youre feeling adventurous. The experience will change your life.

An extraordinary place with a good cafenion with very clean toilet. See the bungee jump going on there!

Excellent experience. Consider 4 hours of walk if you are not experienced . There are 3 hard points one of which is a metal ladder and the use of a rope attached to a rock.

Exiting views, full of history place. Its a pity that there are no info materials even if there is a coffee shop and a bud station. Best place for bungee jumping if you love to fall from 138 m

The bridge is a must see if you are near. The gorge depth is approximately 180 meters from the bridge. Not for people afraid of high.

Very nice bridge,, a little bit scary when you drive in your car over this bridge!

We were nearby and thought wed visit the bridge, and it was definitely worth the trip. There are stunning views over the edge of the bridge into the gorge. I wouldnt recommend it for anyone who is afraid of heights, due go the height and the poor condition of the bridge, some planks of wood were rotting away. Despite of this, Id still recommend you visit if youre nearby.

The view is amazing and if you have the chance to do bungee jumping there, dont hesitate.

Im not sure I would make a special trip but if youre not far away this is worth driving a bit further to visit. The bridge itself is fun to drive over but if youre scared of the poor condition you can just walk over. Beautiful views from both sides and there is a small cafe where you can get drinks and snacks. You can also hike down into the gorge but we didnt have time.

What a beautiful place to see on crete! It is a breathtaking bridge where you can simply enjoy the view or jump from it (bungee jumping).The way to the village and the bridge respectively is one of the best on the island! At first you have to pass through sfakia and then literally climb on the mountain. Out of nowhere you arrive to the Anopolis village and the plateu where there are dense trees in comparison with the wild and completely dry nature of crete. Dont miss it!

Outstanding views in to the Aradana Gorge and close to the old donkey zig zag tracks which give access to the Gorge.The village is well worth a wander.

Quaint bridge over a stunning gorge. Worth visiting

The bridge is very interestingly designed, looks a bit fantastic. The view opens just gorgeous. Nearby there is a café and good coffee. Nearby is an abandoned village with a notorious history.

From this bridge you can see the canyon is very interesting. From this point the forest starts. If you are near you should visit.
