Different to other classic restaurants...loved the BBQ

Bad food, bad service. The waiter ordered the wrong dish and insisted that I was wrong, none of the dishes had the taste they should have.

Very very good! Everything tasted amazing and I loved grilling the meat. The dessert (mochi with cinnamon teawas also delicious! However service was very slow (took almost 1hr to get our appetizersand the prices are very high, still enjoyed it though!

The portion is pretty small, and quite expensive.Service are very so so, theyre pretty busy all the time, we have to wait quite long for them to come.Dumpling are undercook, we complained about it, the water said: Everyone like it, we didnt make it by ourselves, its imported from Korea.Pancake also undercook, too soft to pick it up with chopsticks.Rice with beef also doesnt taste like Korean style.

I have to say, it is THE best Korean restaurant in Geneva. We decided to try top 2 restaurants from the reviews and this Gaya is the winner. We had their rice with spicy squid in hot stone (bibimbapand hot spicy beef soup. We were surprise at the size of the side dishes. We had a great meal and ended with shave ice as our dessert.

I wont say about the price because Asian food in Switzerland always expensive. BBQ is value of money but you need to serve side dish for free without come with the menu. Overall, everything is good.

A very rude manager who acts as if it is his job rushing people to leave the restaurant as fast as he wants.

Absolutely delicious! Ive been in Switzerland for almost a month and over there was my favorite meal (and also the spiciest)the dish was medium size but came with traditional korean salads beforehand, and each one was a delight. Korea here I come!

Korean foods 🇰🇷 🥘I was invited to a lunch at Gaya restaurant. This is the nearest Korean restaurant to the Palais des Nations. It is 3 stops far from the palais. The most common foods, BulgogiWhich is marinated meats with sweet soy sauce, and Bibimbob cost 24-26 chf and which are served with some side dish including Kimchi. I also had a korean pancake named Pajeon. All dish are very delicious and servers speak Korean, English and French. Also, you can hear Kpop during your meal. I will definitely come again and highly recommend this to my colleagues ♥️😋

I really like this place. The food is very good and the service is fast and friendly. There is only one vegetarian option as a main, although you could choose from a few different veg starters. I cant really speak for authentic or not, but as far as Korean restaurants in Geneva go, I would recommend this one.

Great food, I love the Korean BBQ there.Id recommend going with the standard beef since it has a better marinade than the special beef.I travelled 4 hours to eat here again 😋

Excellent service, which is rare in Geneva. The food is delicious. Very good place for a lunch break. However deserves to be popped in for a dinner.

I had lunch with colleagues at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food tasted very good and fresh. The staff overall were attentive and efficient. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Will be back there soon.

I would not say the food is authentic, it rather tastes like westernized Korean food, but it does its job. The portion is large and the main dish comes with Korean side dishes(banchan). I like their spicy beef soup and soybean sauce noodle.

Very good Korean food, I particularly recommend coming for lunch and ordering the daily special, as otherwise this place is a bit on the pricey side.

Service was extremely good and the appetizers excellent, but I wasnt a fan of the pork stew with kimchi. Not that the food was bad, but I didnt enjoy the dish nor did it taste Korean.

When in Geneva and craving Korean. This is where its at. Its not cheap, but neither is anything else in Geneva, right?The Korean food is pretty authentic, with the inclusion of multiple banchan small dishes that was unexpected in Geneva. Quality of the meat was good and despite not having a fume hood over the grill, we didnt all smell like smoke afterwards. Portions were good and we were stuffed by the end of the meal.I wouldnt go out of your way for it, but sometimes you just want some Korean BBQ no matter where you are.

When we were seated told us the restaurant opened at 7pm we were early, told the waiter it was alright and asked for the menu, the boss spoke in Korean to the worker to tell rudely they open at 7, we understood all that since we were korean, totally rude

It is the best Korean food outside of Korea, very authentic and carefully prepared. Many of the ingredients are specially prepared in Korea for the restaurant. Be careful, you may become addicted!
