This is a very nice outside mall. Good variety of stores with very good parking

Mainly restaurants and other eateries, but there are some stores too. There is a Rami Levi downstairs and a new pharmacy that is quite nice.

Decent enough mall, with a supermarket, toy shop, homeware, food etc.

Outdoor boardwalk style mall. Banks, eateries (all kosherfrom pizza to full meals, toy stores, bakeries, Rami Levy supermarket, pet store and much more. Bowling alley, trampoline park and arcade also on boardwalk.

My children enjoyed the little trip.

Amateurs with no clue how to run a parking garage. Often the gate is stuck and staff have no idea or procedure for what to do thus creating huge jams and time waste.

Good selection of eateries but nothing interesting shopping-wise.

The place is fine, however the exit from the parking lot is pretty bad: it connects to a big traffic circle. Especially during rush hours leaving the lot might take a while and be dangerous as well.

Uncreative horrible idea for a mall. Exposed to the weather and costant traffic. Nightmare

Decent selection of a variety of stores. Parking is easy, but exiting the parking lot at rush hour can be difficult.

Sad to see an empty mall...cant wait until it opens.

A different selection of stores than the Big shopping center nearby. It includes a large Rami Levy below, health food store, and a ketter plastics store. A selection of eateries from Thai which is quite good to bakeries. There ia bowling alley and a large toy store. The mall is open to the air it has a covering and a nice indoor/outdoor feeling.

Awesome place to do shopping plus you can get a good meal Chinese or a burger even Thai food toys for your kids or enjoy an evening in the bowling alley and then take your kids to the kids action center!! All in all a great place to spend with family and you will always find good deals here.

Nice place, there are many shops and a mall across the street. There are restaurants around with vegan options (some have very little options). There is a big parking lot.

Cool place. Many different stores. Public restrooms.

Strip mall, has some eateries, toy shop, bowling and a few shops, good if you have something specific in mind to do there (knowing what it offers). Not interesting for just walking around.

Spacy and Plenty of free parking. Wide choice of eateries. Easy access from main roads. Had a light snack at Bleakers Bakery. Attentive and prompt service. Tasty food.

Really nice development in this key area of Beit Shemesh. Two of our favorite restaurants are here: Kapao (wonderful, authentic Thai food that activates my salivary glands just thinking about it), and Angus (a nice steak joint where the appetizers are the size of a small meal! Now thats how to do it!!). After eating, its fun to stroll around by all the stores and window shop too. Overall fun place. Very convenient underground parking garage too!

Good restaurants - among them Bleecker Bakery where you can get a fantastic coffee, great breakfast or meal, Waffle Bar for a fun treat or a nice meal, Katzefet ice cream, pizza, Thai food, falafel and more. Somewhat disappointed with the quality of the restaurants, and Rami Levis prices are meh.

A beautiful mall with restaurants, shopping, and bowling, with parking relatively empty and cheap, I enjoy the place alot and its fun to come with your family and friends, I like the area its nice a quiet, I would recommend people with kids to go visit the bowling alley, and maybe after go to burger 110,Hope you enjoy the place.

Wide open clean walkways, covered parking, elevators, escalators, lots of varied shopping and eating choices. A really enjoyable place.

Probably Beit Shemeshs best place to go out for a fun evening. Full of cafes and restaurants including Kapao, Bleecker Bakery, and Waffle Bar. In addition, there is a good range of store to browse through in a chill environment.Parking is free for up to 3 hours!Holidays usually have activities for kids.

The best place to eat there is the waffle bar.

Very nice small mall with a good bunch of stores

A promising new centre in Beit Shemesh, the gates of the City Mall is not yet fully occupied although signs of store openings are very evident. For now, there are a number of casual eateries including several cafes, a shwarma place and a falafel joint. A new childrens centre is very impressive and competitively priced featuring10 lanes of ten-pin bowling, childrens climbing and play area (0-8 yeras), many arcade games and even an electric driving course for all ages.

Great eateries, gymboree plus bowling!!

Brand new mall in the heart of Bet Shemesh. A lot of parking (but difficult to get out of). There is a supermarket (Rami Levyand many new restaurants. Plus bowling. Very clean bathrooms.
