Just too expensive

Very delicious traditional dishes in a comfortable atmosphere. Staff is genuine, passionate and takes good care of you. Great beer selection also. We had a knowledgeable waiter that explained us so many details about the different type of beers we tried. And on top of that, he was a great singer too! We had an amazing evening! Thanks

The food is good. The chief of the restaurant (or the chief of the servor ? is a very nice person. But the servor with the white clothes made us very unconfortable (when we said that we would like water, she didnt ask us how much milliliter do we want, and she made the choice for us by giving us the bigger one, which is of course more expensive.She didnt say one word, no suggestion, no "welcome", no face expression... Well, I would never hire one person like her. But the food is good and the restaurant atmosphere/environment is good too.

Favorite bar in the whole Bregenz. I don’t know about the restaurant side but the atmosphere in the bar is really awesome. The service and the design is excellent. There are lots of different beers you can try and the prices are all ok. The worst thing about this bar is their menu. The food options coming from the Restaurant side is ok (with the quality I find it a bit priceybut they only have beers (mostly bottle, they only have local one on tap, which I find a pity in a beer bar). The menu itself is also hard to read and fully German. It’s sometimes kinda impossible to choose a thing even if you speak German. The design of the bar is like a pub in England and automatically you ask if they have any whiskey but they unfortunately don’t. They also don’t have cocktails. Just beers and limited selection of wines. If they change to be an extension of the restaurant and be a bar by it’s own it will be way better i believe.

I was in Bregenz for a school trip years ago, and was lucky enough to eat here once a day. Its been nearly ten years, but I still think of their schnitzel and their pumpkin soup-- it was literally the best soup Ive ever get in my life and nothing Ive found in America comes close. If I had the means, Id return to Bregenz for the sole purpose of eating here again.

The restaurant has not only great cook but also beautiful atmosphere. The thing is that making reservations is essential.

My local friend and his wife brought me and my wife here for lunch. Its his favourite place in town. The service was fun, the food was awesome and we had a great time. Our server even comped one of our desserts, I guess we were pretty good guests!

If you are driving from Norway to Zurich, eat your dinner here. Really good traditional food, friendly staff and fast delivery. Definitely best place to eat in Austria (given that weve been here only once).
