I know its expected that Tourism Office offers great customer service, but the team at Gansbaai really go the extra mile. Glenda is a peoples person of note, and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is happy, clients, guest, tourist, and the community. The office has so much to offer, as do the knowledgeable and very helpful staff.

Friendly staff but no leaflets about the local nature reserves or the numerous walks in and around Gansbaai. Nothing about Danger Point.

You can not miss the Information centre. It is next White Shark Junction Mall and clearly visible from the main road. I was surprised to find so much information. There was quite a lot of memorabilia. Books about the Overberg region, maps past and present, information regarding markets, lots of places to visit, momentous to buy, promotion material on upcoming events, a photo booth in the shape of a boat and much more. It is safe to say that the information centre is a must visit.
