County museum in a historic 1893 building featuring local & Native American artifacts & memorabilia.
Awesome bit of local history, The historian has a wealth of information , very kind and had a smile. would recommend this place.
Fantastic little museum that I was not expecting. Go see it now!
Sharing articles of local interests. With my mom Delores S, in the early 1980s .
Most of the things in the museum were pottery. Didnt tell where the pottery came from, history of the pottery or where in Benton it was made. Enjoyed seeing the Bauxite info.
Awesome! My 11 and 7 year old boys and I had a good time looking at all the cool stuff they had on display.
Loved it!! Ive live in this county for 45+ years and thought I knew all there was to know about the history, but I was wrong. There was some very nice displays and artifacts and the curator was extremely knowledgeable on the tour. Yes it is a small museum but it contains a lot of interesting and entertaining information. They also rotate displays and themes every so often so that it is not always the same thing every time you go. I am definitely taking my kids back next time.
Great collection of information and items from Benton and Saline Co. Very nice staff
Extremely friendly people and very interesting!
A very interesting little museum. The exhibits rotate, so dont expect to find whatever you read about online, but theyll have something interesting!
It may be a great museum, but I was in Benton for six months and never saw it open once. Would have loved to go though.
This is the only place like it in the world.
