Favourite restaurant with such good food! Amazing chicken curry which was absolutely delicious. Very good service and excellent hygiene. 100% recommend to visit
Experience with a pinch of salt. One wud feel happy to see an Indian restaurant ofcourse when craving for the cuisine. Ambience colorful, compact and ethnic.Food taste :Chicken Karahi: 4/5Naans: 1.5/5Tandoori chicken : 0.5/5We weren’t informed that rice is served accompanied with main curry, as we were new to the town ofcourse we ordered extra.HYGIENE .. 0/5Hair on table. Hair in the chicken curry , when showed to the manager, they immediately took the plate, whipped off the hair n said off its a spice.PatheticWould I recommend: NO
The food and service was wonderful, would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely visit again. The. staff were really friendly and the food was delicious.
Best Indian restaurant in Germany. Helpful Staffs. I would recommend this restaurant 👍🏾
I was their today and I want to tell all the people that is a very good and fantastic resturant ….. The food is super and delicious, The persons that they work their very cute.My advice is to go and try that restaurant.
this restaurant with a fake review. you should be ashamed of deceiving people. Terrible restaurant with terrible staff.
Its the best restaurant for indian food
hands down the best food . they have some delicious and savory food! i tryed and eat all of the curry. everyone and they were all amazing person including kindly very well.. their soups are amazing. I think this is a good restaurant always in this city..
Best place to go for Indian delicious food. Staffs are amazing, they are very kind and helpful. They take time to explain the menu with every details. Freshly prepared food. Restaurant itself very hygienic. I would recommend this restaurant and I am looking forward to visit again. Danke!
this is the worst place ever. the room is very dirty. the order is taken by a girl in black clothes and smells very terrible. We did not want to eat there what they brought us. the worms were inside the food. we complained and in order to be listened to we almost got into a fight. I do not recommend to be there. you will spoil both appetite and mood.
Food was delicious but service was too slow. May be because it was Sunday night, but other than that its a nice restaurant.
The food was excellent. Even if we cannot taste like this in Chennai India.
Amazing team! It was quite late on a sunday night, we were looking for some good vegetarian Indian food options around. We called them 10 minutes before they were closing down, and they still took the order and delivered it to us in less than 30 mins! The food was really tasty, hot and neatly packed.
Hi to allNice experience...we are 3 person went to restaurant...by walking 2kms from Stuttgart Main station...when entering the restaurant feels beautiful. We ordered Mutton biryani,Chicken biriyani,Raita, curd chutney,Chicken Tandoori....Biriyani tastes like real Indian South Indian dish....massive taste. ..and tandoori chicken has placed in Hot plate ..which is heavy hot ...chicken taste also good. Finally we ordered Mutton Kothu parotta....Equal to Chennai style taste. Really appreciate the Serving Person. Finally Bill value also reasonable.....Very good never miss the restaurant...when your in Stuttgart...
Waiter was kind enough change the order even after delivery the food to table, food was delicious as well
My wife and I have eaten dinner at Ganesha a couple of times now. The wait staff is VERY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are new to Germany, and we don’t speak German yet, but the wait staff speaks perfect English (and of course German), and were accommodating to everyone we saw walk through the door. The restaurant is nicely decorated with traditional Indian art and details that makes the experience even better. Not to mention: the food is delicious! They make a wide variety of dishes that can be prepared with very mild spice (my wife doesn’t do well with spicy foodsor up to traditional Indian food spice, which was very spicy and full of flavor. If you like Indian food, I could not recommend a better restaurant than Ganesha in Stuttgart!
Nice staff, food is not bad, but one of the dishes was a little more sour than I like it, and the second dish had too much onion. It’s nice inside.
Delicious Indian food!!!Dine-in is not really comfortable with kids due to lack of space. But the food is great!! I would recommend this place for Indian food.
Got the chicken tandoori, butter chicken, and chili Naan. All of which were absolutely fantastic very well seasoned
I would say must try lassi. The wheat roti is not worth it. Dal chicken is something you should try because you dont get it in another Indian restaurant. It was worth the price.
One of the best Kotthu Paratha and Mutton I have had in a long long time. Surely try other dishes as well.
Excellent service! Smiling faces, friendly too. We tried kottu parotta(roti), and it was delicious!! Thanks!
The quality of food was pathetic . Felt very uncomfortable in the stomach after our dinner.
Best. Good hospitality. Just quote how you need your food they will deliver with 100 percent perfection. Only the hurdle is parking. Finding a parking spot is difficult other than that for food 100/100
We had chilli chicken,Naan and madras curry chicken, the curries were good compared to other indian restaurants in Germany... Chillie chicken was a bit spicy but had taste.Naan was also good. Quantity was bit less but two curries were sufficient for 5 of us....
This was our first meal in Stuttgart and it was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the Rasam Soup, Samosa, Prawn Korma, Piswari Naan, and Kännchen Gewürz-Chai (an entire pot). The staff was very friendly and spoke English (were learning German but its very broken right now). Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
Great staff and nice indian food with perfect indian taste! Looking forward to visiting the same place again!!
Very nice ambiance and great food… service is good.
It was not a very good experience while eating here. The food wasnt good. Ordered naan and chicken tikka masala. The naan was very very bloaty. Chicken tikka masala was sweet and not tasty at all.
Very nice atmosphere. Lovely staff and tasteful food. Also lots of vegan dishes separately listed on the menu. Would 100% recommend.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Stuttgart. As a South Indian, I was very much happy to see and taste good authentic South Indian food like vadai, gravy with coconut and tamarind and ofcourse Kothu roti. The staffs and the owner were very friendly and they served the food quick and hot. The ambience with good Tamil instrumental melodies was very calming and made the food experience more special. Prices were also reasonable.
Loved the food, ambiance is a bit dingy but overall a nice place for some tasty food.I liked it so much that I went back two days in a row and ordered same food both days 😅My only small gripe was that the omelette was quite 💲💲💲 and samosas were a miss.I will visit them once again given a chance. 👍
I loved it very much. Good Indian food. Good service. But make sure u always reserve before going.
Tasty food.. Very nice behaviour of the people. One of the best south Indian foods in all over the Europe.. I like the Mutton koththu parotta..👍😊😊
I like it very much. I have never eaten the best South Indian food in Europe. And also the staff behavior is excellent.
Horrible experience. Unfriendly staff. Not at all customer friendly. I went for Lunch today, reached there around 1:55 pm local time. First message to me was that i need to finish my food by 2:30pm. There was hardly anybody in the restaurant that time. I wonder whether they are expecting customers or not. Once the order was placed the food was served on the table and was placed on the other side of the table. No water was served, got the water after i asked for it. Then comes the billing part.. Was given the bill, when i popped up the AMEX card was told that it will not be accepted. I then gave my Visa travel card and the person out rightly rejected it saying that its a credit card and it will not be accepted. After i insisted he was ok to try and it worked. The staffs name was Darshan (something i overheard). During the time i was in the restaurant another family walked in and they were shown the door citing that they are late. If the management wants to improve then they should keep a watch on these staffs.
The food was very tasty and authentic. The quantity of each menu item (eg Briyani, Kotthu parotta, etcis way larger than other south indian restaurant in the surroundings of Stuttgart. They were kind enough and offered to parcel the rest of the food for us.The service was really good and friendly. When not sure of what to choose, ask for their recommendation and it always turns out to be surprisingly good. They were also ready to customize the levels of spice and chili in each item. This place is highly recommended for authentic Indian food and Srilankan food lovers.
Perfect India food. Spicy means extra spicy, so just go with normal and you will love it.
I remember dining at this restaurant few years ago when I visited Stuttgart. I remembered the food as pretty good, so decided to pay a visit when I was in Stuttgart again. And by God are they good! This is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants you can eat in. Back in Munich, where there are plenty of Indian restaurants, the quality is below par in close to atleast 60-70% of them. So Ganesh Restaurant definitely surprised me, in a good way. Keep making them delicious as always!Visiting them might probably become a habit for me whenever I go to Stuttgart.
One of the best places to order Indian food in Stuttgart. It doesnt matter if its vegetarian or non-vegetarian, the food is always good and with delivery always on time. What I like the most here is the "Kothu-roti" with eggs or mutton. Both taste very good and its now become my go-to meal on weekends.I would recommend anyone who wants to taste real south Asian food (South Indian and Sri Lankanto go here.
Great, great restaurant. Everything is absolutely great :so not to mention that the food is amazing (amazing soft, amazing tasty and amazing amountbut also the whole Ganesha-Team is amazing and attentive. All in all great. See you soon
Excellent service, fresh and super tasty food, lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes, reasonable price. Bonus points for strictly following Corona regulations. Im looking forward to my next visit!
I love it there. 🤩🤩🤩Its literally the best. The ambiance and service are high quality and the food is just delicious💋.You can really feel the time, afford and love they put into their work, to make you feel good and welcomedI defently recommend going there and trying it out yourself❤
A very cozy place, my first impression was of comfort. The staff is really very friendly. They are particularly strict about the COVID guidelines and thats a good point. The food was freshly cooked unlike in some other places where pre-cooked food is heated and served. Its a must visit if youre in the vicinity.
Awesome Amazing wonderful !!!Great taste, great staff and great ambiance. If you are looking for an Indian authentic restaurant in Stuttgart and want to taste different flavors of spices with surprising dessert like Mango lassi, this is the place. One advantage is the easy parking spots available close to this location.
A little bit too far from the city center, but totally worth a visit. Mutton grill is meh, but everything else... Curry, garlic naan, curry, chicken are awesome. Oh yeah, mango lassi is a must.
Great restaurant for Ceylonese and South Indian food! The hospitality was very good and we felt like home :portions were good for the cost; Spiced chai and mango ice cream were awesome! Dont miss it.We loved it! Will always prefer going here!
Ganesha I think is the best Indian food you can get in Stuttgart, with a large array of North Indian and South Indian dishes to choose from. Everything we had was delicious and reminded me of my aunties cooking. I especially loved the wide array of vegetarian options! And my pakoras were absolute perfection. We literally stuffed ourselves. The service was very friendly and the decor is VERY Indian and also very pretty. I love eating here.
Ganesha offers a good selection of South Indian and some North Indian dishes. Although they claim to offer Sri Lankan food, its mostly ceylonized versions of South Indian food. The food is good, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The website fails to mention that the restaurant on Rötebuhlstrasse is closed. The phone number for the Rötebuhlstrasse restaurant goes to the Lembergstrasse restaurant, and the staff dont mention the changed location. This can make bookings challenging - we went to the wrong location. Thats the only reason I gave 4* instead of 5*.
