This was an amazing experience. Not only do you get a nice walking tour of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, but you also get a very in-depth lesson about Game of Thrones lore and it’s story of being filmed in and around Dubrovnik. Connecting the story of Kings Landing in Game of Thrones to the actual history of Dubrovnik itself was an added bonus that we absolutely loved. The tour guide is extremely well informed about everything to do with Dubrovnik and Kings Landing, and with a very nice personality it made it everything we had hoped for and more! 10/10 would recommend!!

This was a fantastic tour. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of Croatia as well as the Churches. He knew everything about Game of Thrones and took us to all the places in the movie. The scenery is stunning, such a beautiful place. I highly recommend!!!!

We had a great time on the Game of Thrones Dubrovnik tour. It was a great mix of history and tie-ins to the 7 Kingdoms, including comparisons between the geopolitical history of Dubrovnik and of course revisiting famous scenes from the show. Our guide came equipped with printed stills from the show so you can really imagine and recall the scenes from the show. He was also a great photographer! This is the only tour you need in old town Dubrovnik!

10/10 recommend. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable not only about Game of Thrones ties to Dubrovnik, but also the city’s history! We learned so much in the 2 hour tour, and it was worth every cent!

I was booking the tour for me, my girlfriend and our two-year-old son. We immediately got the offer to make a private tour for the same price. I guess, they did not want a kid to slow the whole group down and we could make a private tour at our own pace. Win-win! We had a very nice tour guide who was well informed about Dubrovniks actual history in addition to Game of Thrones fictitional one. He also knew a lot behind the scenes anecdotes because he was an extra on the show. He was great with our son, who ended up walking pretty much all of the 2 hour tour by himself like a champ. Although it was a very hot day, the tour was a great success for us and a highlight on our whole holiday in Dubrovnik! Long story short: big recommendation!

The tour with Vito was great exciting, informative, and worth our time and money. We contacted him around 8am for a last-minute tour and he was able to accommodate our group of 5 for 10:30am. I loved that he was able to talk about Dubrovnik’s history and compare it to GOT. The walk was fairly easy, and we stopped for various pictures. I’d recommend this tour for anyone who wants good value for their money.

Highly recommend. We booked a private tour with very small children ( 3 years and 3 months). The guide was very professional and well prepared. The meeting point was communicated in advance, clear and easy to find. The guide arrived on time, gave us a brief introduction before we started. He shared with us the famous spot points of from GoT, helped taking great pictures for us and what’s more interesting, the history of this city and his personal experience of the war period. Definitely worth the money and time. I would recommend anyone who is GoT fan visiting Dubrovnik to book this tour with them.

I would recommend this Game of Thrones tour of Dubrovnik to anyone and everyone. Our guide was incredible, he had a vast knowledge of not only the GOT events and places but also added personal stories and knowledge of Dubrovnik that you can not get anywhere else. He was very friendly and comfortable, almost like touring around with a friend. Not to mention his photography skills were excellent, I even learned a few tricks from him about my own phone lol. Weve been traveling through Europe for a while now, and have taken a number of tours.This one has been in our favourite by a long shot.Our tour guide; Vito, was absolutely fantastic.Very informative, extremely charming, and knowledgeable beyond belief.The fact that he was previously an extra spanning across four seasons gave him an amazing insite into the television series that other tour guides simply would not know.Not only did he show us around all of "Kings Landing", pointing out countless Game of Thrones references, he also weaved in Dubrovniks historical stories and connected the citys political lessons to the TV show in a way that we never expected.He even brought hundreds of full size photographs from the TV show for us to compare to the areas we visited live.This was by far our most favourite tour so far and cannot say enough positive things about Vitos approach.

Vito was an amazing tour guide! We had a lovely few hours wondering round the Old City learning about its history and visited spots where scenes were filmed for Game of Thrones, Vito had pictures from the set too so we could see them in comparison to standing there! The Lokrum Islans was also a really interesting place to visit and we got to see and sit on the Iron Throne! Thanks again to Vito for a wonderful tour!

Definitely recommend this tour. Our guide Vito was a part of the GoT filming team in Dubrovnik and shared many interesting titbits that would have otherwise gone unnoticed.

In the beginning of September I participated in the Game of Thrones Tour. The online-booking process was umcomplicated and ran smoothly. My tour guide Vito was very nice and attentive as well as relaxed. At no point did we feel any time pressure. Since he himself had played a role in some of the scenes in GoT he knew the best places to show us and was able to give us some insider information about the film scene. Fortunately, the tour was not just about the various locations which were used for GoT. He told us a lot about the Yoguslavian war, in which Dubrovnic was directly involved and knew heaps about the Dubrovnic of the Middle Ages and the 19th century.

The tour was absolutely amazing! We were shown around Fort Lovrijenac (aka Red Keep), as well as several spots around the Old Town. Our tour guide (Vitowas incredibly knowledgable and brought several pictures and screenshots from the show and showed us and described the scenes and how they were shot. Vito was warm, friendly, and very knowledgable of the shows production. Would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone interested in Game of Thrones! As a bonus, Vito gave us some insight and local knowledge of the city and Old Town in particular!

Booking this trip was super easy and something I’m so glad that we did. My friends and I had just one day in Dubrovnik so we booked this tour with Vito. Vito was beyond a great tour guide! You can tell he has a lot of passion about this and truly enjoys meeting new people and bringing them along on the journey. Our group was a mixture of GOT fans and non watchers so he did a great job of mixing in show facts with actual facts about the old town. He was really creative about recreating moments from the show so he brought along a lot of still shots and showed us what was originally used, how it was filmed, and even had us pose for instagrammable moments. Vito is also great about photos! He picks out all of the best backdrops for group shots! After the tour was over, he gave us a few recommendations for food and drinks which was very helpful. This was one of the best tours I’ve been at. We were in the old town and at Lokrum island. Our guide Vito was fantastic, funny and kept it interesting. If youre planning to do a Game of Thrones tour in Dubrovnik, you MUST use this group. Our tour guide, Vito, was absolutely incredible. A native Croatian himself, he not only told us about his firsthand experience on set while filming GOT (hes an extra in seasons 7 and 8), but he also told us about the history of his country. It was clear how passionate he was about his city of Dubrovnik, and it was so admirable. Our group size was small and intimate - Vito said he prefers small groups so that he can get to know his participants and can talk to all of them, even though that means he doesnt make as much money. What a guy!!!! Amazing experience and highly recommend it to any and all visitors of Dubrovnik. Even if youve never seen the show (which I havent, but my fiance loves it), you will get so much out of this tour. Thank you, Vito!!!
