Gallagher's Irish Pub in Montevideo

I come here often. They have a good selection of drinks.Tragos de autor section is very good and they have some excellent drinks.Food is also good if you are looking for a quick bite or something to have while drinking.

Very good beer, nice food, good 90-2000s rock and cozy! I went on Wednesday and there was no live music, but I guess they have it on the weekends.

Just like a pub should be. Good music and the food isn’t bad.

Quite a nice place to hang out. A little on the pricy end, but food and beer are totally worth it. Great vibes!

I had a blast at Gallagher’s. Everything was perfect... food, beer, drinks, desserts, music. The staff is also lovely... they were all very friendly, kind and patient. And we were even gifted a couple of beers at the end! I absolutely left my heart at Gallagher’s and will be back very soon!

Great standard Irish pub with Guiness on tap!

Best Irish Pub I know in town. Good and quick service. Lots of bottled beers from around the world and a good selection of local tap beers. Tasty food, the chicken wings are incredible.

Mixed emotions here. Ill start by the positive. The french fries were probably the best Ive had in Uruguay. The cheesescake dessert was great as well and second best that Ive had in Uruguay. Now the negative, the hamburgers were so dry and almost hard to swallow. The mixed drinks were made completely wrong. We ordered the Caipirinha and the Mojito. Both tasted far from what they should. On a positive note, the manager was very friendly and did try to resolve the issue, even crediting one of the drinks. Unfortunately, its not enough to get us to return here.

If you like Irish style pubs, this is where you should go. Lots of great fun and different beers and cocktails to try out. Friendly staff too!

The drinks and music were good and the place itself has a nice vibe to it. Unfortunately, the service was lacking quite a bit and the snack portions are rather sad.

You can’t call it an Irish pub if there isn’t even Guiness or anything of the sorts. More German and Belgium beers than anything else.

Cozy, interesting place to spend some time in the night. The music is a bit on the loud side, but its very well selected. The food is very good, and has options for everyone, whether youre vegan, vegetarian or whatever, for a fair price.Its usually very crowded so make some reservations or be prepared to wait outside.The drink selection is great, specifically the beer selection, theres a lot to choose from. Other drinks and cocktails are standard.Overall excellent place, Id recommend it anytime.

For having a weekend evening joint or to takr someone to date, it is a very cool place to be in. But please make sure to have a reservation or else you may have to wait in a long queue.
