Poor service. The cashier was a bad listener. Got my order wrong plz fire her. My chicken was burnt. Poor workers. I highly dont recommend

Tuesdays are the worst days to visit this place. The prices are quite high compared to the medium-quality meals they offer. They increased their prices but reduced the quality of their food. Not worth your coins.

It was all the others....good fast food joint

Pathetic!! Cashier by name ALICE ,doesnt knw what she is doing,insisting i ordered different food from what i ordered. Then ended up packing lesser than what i had paid for..

Terrible. I made an order at 13.44pm. I was promised it will be delivered in 90 minutes. At 4.25pm the order had not been delivered despite my various calls. I am so disappointed. Never ever again. Back to KFC.

I made an order yesterday 29/06/21. After getting an email that the order was recieved i got a call from the shop and was promised that the order will be delivered at 7pm. I call at 0730pm was told that my order is on the way. I called again at 8pm was told the order was delayed but it is on the way. I called for the 3rd time and was to be called back but never recieved any call or my order.Am disappointed. This was very unprofessional people who dont know how to work.

Fantastic and cool place to be with favorable food so delicious , waaaaaaaauh I cant wait to go to that place for really .

VERY BAD SERVICE!! A specific employee is very rude and arrogant. Went with my mother and sister and were forced to sit in separate tables due to "covid-19" regulations and mind you we came in the same vehicle and were sanitized and wore masks. They need to go for training on customer care and on top of that they always get my order wrong when I order from home giving me non spicy when I specifically ordered for spicyI DO NOT RECOMMEND,save your precious money!

Liked the chicken. Suggestion-give 2 ketchup sachets. One is not enough. Its also tricky to get service 1ce u sit. Maybe generally restaurants should get small bells for their customers. Coz u call they dont hear. Will u start saying ksss ksss or something?!

Not very orderly service but on a positive note the food is delicious. This is common during their discounted pizzas; terrific Tuesdays. Please improve.

Delicious chicken wings at an affordable price

Very popular in TRM. Good chicken dishes and fairly priced, hamburgers are also available. They allow take away. Recommended.

The Worst dial a delivery service in town .placed my order and it never got delivered yet the customer care kept assuring me the rider was on his way ! 3 hours later still no delivery. Never ordering from Galitos TRM again .such a joke in the name of a restaurant !

Good food and quick service

The place is good with very nice fries and chicken. Also their services are very good and there is an area kids can play after they have finished eating just next to Chicken Inn as you eat and relax.

I once ordered for non-spicy take-home chicken and had a box of spicy chicken packed for me. The attendant was impolite too. For two days, they snubbed my calls. Not sure Im going back there ever again.

STAY AWAY! Slow service. They forgot to include my coleslaw, which I had paid for. I was served chicken which had turned black & had obviously gone bad. Efforts to have them replace it for me were futile..never going back.

I was there yesterday and I ordered to buckets of normal chicken instead they gave me chilli/spicy because apparently thats all they had left disregarding my order. Very poor service

A good place to hangout with Friends on a less busy day. Its often crowded on weekends and holidays. Their customer service here at the store is decent. Their burgers arent as good though. I liked the feel at night.

Very slow service, cashiers so 🐌 took a very long time to place an order. Tried to change a few items on our order to make it larger but was denied! Imagine wanting to spend more on order and was told no once order is placed cant/wont touch it. There needs to be flexibility and better customer service.
