A Historical Musuem for those who perished in the TSUNAMI Tragedy 2004...The beach where it all started is just across the Musuem ....😎😓

Free entrance, free parking, alot of parkig space available, informative, great gallery, nice staff. Feel free to visit this place if you want to know about the history of tsunami 2004, and the impact towards this area.

Very interesting and important place for tourists to learn what happened in this small village by Tsunami in 2004.

A decently curated memorial to the 68 Malaysians who died during the 2004 tsunami.

Sad info on historical event happend in the village. If you happen to meet the survivor villagers whose running food stall, you can hear their first hand story

I never know that tsunami happened here before , so its a really good place to developed as to let young generation know some of the history that not taught in school..

Good place

A good place to visit! Its free and the staff is also nice. They even have a special parking lot for visitors. You can visit the gallery and visit the old houses before the tsunami lands and the Sampan Tower which they gather all the boats from the tsunami making it a Tower. You just need to put name and sign to enter. Really good place! 💪
