Located in the middle of high brow area of Kigali called Kyovu with access to virtually all the places you went to visit in Kigali.A well maintained swimming pool, restaurant and room service.Thanks to Mr Emmanuel working in the bar and Restaurant, he deserves to be awarded as the best service guy in that hotel.

Really spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The hotel has been there for some time and you can tell by the quality of service and reception you get when you get there. Also in a very central place in town so really good for quick meetings and all. Highly recommend.

The walk to the restaurant is filled with beautiful artifacts, with a warm ambience. The rooms are ok, but could do with a face-lift. There was only football showing on TV, though the WiFi was quite ok.

Stayed with my girlfriend for the mandatory quarantine. We really liked the staff so we came back a week later to visit Kigali before our return. Staff is great, food is good, rooms are spacious and with AC. Dont hesitate to ask the staff for anything, they were always a great help for us. Location is near downtown Kigali.

We stayed here for a few days due to the mandatory wait for our covid PCR tests.Our stay here was excellent!Food was brought to the rooms so that we didn’t come in contact with the other guests.Afterwards when the results are in, you get to freely roam the hotel.It has a pool, restaurant, balcony etc.The hotel itself isn’t the most modern one but it makes up for that by the service provided by the hotel crew!I don’t like to stay at hotels where they treat people like numbers and this is definitely not one of those.Whatever you ask, they will find a way to make it happen. The food was good, hygiene was on par, airco in rooms etc.Highly recommended

We stayed at Galaxy hotel while waiting for our covid results. We had a great stay there, great service, very good food. The room was spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view on the city. Very clean and the bed sooooo comfortable! We recommand it :)

The room is a very nice and have big space. The breakfast you can have in the restaurant which is at the pool side. Friendly staff and good foods you can find here.
