Cool place, not so many people. Not so many choices either. 😔

Place was clean and accessable to commuters and travellers

If your looking for grocery shopping without hassle no long lines fast cashiers then Gaisano grand is the place to be.

The place is ok for getting groceries since there is barely any customers inside due to its sister shop Gmall in a nearby vicinity.

Its a supermarket with a Dept store. Has an Ace Hardware branch, Jollibee, SSS branch, a bank.. Dunkin Donuts.

Wide range of products to choose from and wide parking and not crowded 😊

Not sooo crowded place. So you can shop and can pay much quicker

they dont allow you to pay using your card (debit/creditin some of their liquor.. very hassle.

Low prices and not too long lines in the grocery cashiers. They also give discounts for fruits and salads in the late afternoon.

Tje mall stores are good, but their floor tiles especially going to the grocery have cracks & some tile plasters are broken near atm machines & at near in front of SSS Office & sides.

Few people come to this place. Probably because jeepneys do not reach this area.This place have plenty of sale items.Its not a huge mall, they dont have a lot to choose from but I think they have enough.Grocery and food sa 1st floor, department store naman sa 2nd floor.

Supermarkets ok to shop but i hope theyll open more counters to avoid overcrowding and one more thing, i observed that the guard (entrancewas selling face shields and thats ok but thing was, he wasnt paying too much attention to the shoppers that was coming in bcoz he was too busy selling lol

This place is not so crowded like nieghboring G mall of toril.

Not so busy, maybe because of the pandemic, you have to ride twice to get the place from Ulas

The wheelchair ramp is too steep I had a hard time pushing my Aunt up the ramp then supporting the wheelchair safely down the ramp, then theres the missing tiles on the floor which from last year havent been replaced (these were in front of the SSS office)😟

Place is ok but they should fix their floorings and the escalator as well. No one likes to walking down with their shopping bags in burden

Very nice but kinda of different they search your bag when you come in and check your receipt when you leave

Easy access and quick in/out. Unfortunately the floor tiles are a big mess and dangerous to walk on, especially for the elderly and young kids.The tiles are being replaced by a professional team. Very nice. Will take some time to finish all, but its worth while. Good job Gaisano. Next thing the escalator.I shop there on a nearly daily basis and prefer this shop over Gaisano Mall Toril, coz of its accessibility and no hassle parking. Friendly staff too.I hope they will get more imported products and customers for it.The food stalls are expanding too.

Good place to shop because of lesser people but tiles all over the place are either broken or out of placement.

Very dangerous mall. Should be shut down. Tiles are 70% broken. I sat down on a chair at the food court and I fell straight down one of the legs was broken. Luckily I didnt get hurt.I would not come back to this mall. I cant believe that this mall is stil open

Tired of crowd? Go here. Recommended. However has problems with the floor, needs maintenance.

Very good price, big parking, no traffic on the way, Nice to go for shopping there.

My favorite mall in all of Toril! Its a little light on other stores and there grocery store floor needs repair.... thats the only reason for the 4. The department store has quality products at good prices. The same goes for the grocery store. The staff at fantastic at both stores as well as the couple independent stores in the mall.

Its the biggest mall in toril area.Its big but lots of stores have not been rented.Limited choices in grocery and restaurants.Friendly guards.

This mall has almost everything also n is big n spacious. Cold n not very crowded.

This place is really old. Not a place to spend your time malling with your family. Stalls and shops are empty. If you just need to pick up some grocery items, this place fits your need.

Theres a Gaisano Mall not just a kilometer away from the place... I dont really understand whats the purpose of having it in a business perspective.. But its nice to have 2 options :)
