Over-priced. We usually came here for the abundance of side dishes, but the prices for the meat are not justified anymore. Almost 100K KRW for small piece of Hanu short rib, which was chewy, the marinated beef also disappointing. We had better quality for a fraction of this price in other Korean BBQ places.Wont come again.

Galbi (Short Ribis the main dish at this restaurant, and they are dang good at this.Try the raw and/or marinated Galbi. They will never disappoint you. Some of the side dishes offer varies depending on season, but the quality is top notch vs. other similar restaurants.

This place is LEGIT!! Although it is about an hour drive from downtown Seoul, it is located in the heart of Suwon city and has the best Korean Galbi in town. You can taste the full flavor of meat and side dishes were awesome!! Reservation is the must. Opens at 11:30 am but worth the drive. Highly recommended.

Yummy Korean bbq (also has raw beef tartar and a lunch menu that runs out fastwith lots of side dishes that you can ask for refills on (most of them--they wont do it for the fries pumpkin cakes or tomatoes with Chinese yams). Free dessert at the end.On the pricier side if you stick with Korean beef but definitely affordable if youre going with the American ones. I usually order unwarranted Korean beef and marinated American beef. You can order 1 of each and that will be enough for 2 people. Unique korean alcoholic beverages are offered as well.If you make an appointment in advance, you can ask for a private room!Definitely optional, but PRE-tip the server (￦10,000-￦20,000 depending on the size of your party and the amount of food you orderwho will be tending to your grill--she/he will definitely come by more often and be much faster on those refills if you do so. Tipping is not customary in Korean restaurants.For some of the seats and the bathroom you need to take your shoes off and the staff will put them away for you in shoe racks so no need to panic if you dont see your shoes right away when youre trying to leave! Just look for them in the wooden shelves on the sides or they can also retrieve them for you as well.

The staff was very unfriendly and rude. My family was not even finished with our meal and the staff started to take the dishes away. When we first got there, we did not even get our side dishes or rice and the staff hurriedly started to grill the meat. It felt like they were rushing us. When we also asked for a refill on a specific side dish, it took way too long. The experience was unpleasant. Not too sure how they have much business with this kind of service… The service is too disappointing for the expensive price, would not recommend.

All staffs are kind and well trained. You can take the big bones to home.

This restaurant is well known as one of the best galbi restaurants in Suwon. Its so popular that it has 3 buildings at one intersection to serve all the customer demand. I came in on a Thursday for lunch and ordered the American beef (marinated and unmarinatedand the meat was well flavored and juicy. It was cooked over charcoal briquettes by the server and came with many side dishes. The quality was excellent and one serving was sufficiently sized for a big eater like me. For parking, I parked out on the street in front and paid 1,500 won cash to a parking attendant for an hours worth of parking.

Great galbi and atmosphere. The meat is very high quality and tender. We ordered 4 orders of the marinated galbi and there was no leftovers. Price can be a little high but definitely worth every cent.

Previously it was good. But last week the ribs spice were weak and the side dishes so too.

역대급 최악의 서비스였네요. 맛은 평범. It was the terribly worst service ever. Staffs of parking building were the first terrible service experience. They have no idea how to solve the filled building space problems. They just took all the cars who wanted to get in the building. And they just stack the car one by one as a block. After the terrible parking time, a waitress working for our room was roughly took the dishes whole time. While we were eating inside the room, she suddenly and roughly open the door and get in quickly. And then, she hurried to roast our meats like we were beggars. 거지들 고기 구워주고 빨리 방에서 나가라는 수준의 서비스. 주차요원은 아무생각없이 일단 빌딩으로 다 받아서 맨 위층에 더블파킹. The price was over 400$ but service was worse the 4$ McDonald staff. 그 가격이면 집에서 구워드세요

Crowded and popular. The restaurant is made up of 3 buildings, all serving the same menu. The galbi is very delicious and good quality meat. Side dishes themselves are also very tasty. Very impressed with Suwon Galbi.

Probably one of the most well known rib restaurant in Suwon. It is usually the place to go for special occasions or just a night out with family or friends. Side dishes are plentiful and delicious, and bottomless refill on all side-dishes. We have been patronizing this establishment for over 20 years, and for good reason.

One of the signature restaurants. Good quality but Id expect a bit better for the reputation. But overall, good side dishes and pleasant experience.

Very big place with its own multi storie parking lot. Food is good and will be grilled at your table by an employee but it doesnt warant the existing hype about this place. Selection of side dishes is ok, although a bit more on the sweet side then I think is best for this type of meat. Employees are very accommodating. Was a very nice experience, but not something I absolutely have to do again.

Probably the biggest restaurant in Korea. Gabojeong, meaning beautiful big house, is famous for its beef ribs. There are 3 buildings right next to each other. 600 seats in building 1, 550 seats in building 2, and 250 seats in building 3. Each building has its own parkinglot. You can either sit in chair or sit on floor. They serve course meal and galbi tang during lunch hours, however they only serve beef ribs during dinner hours. The ribs taste amazing. The sweet sauce on the ribs and charcoals scent makes splendid harmony.

Great place for fancy beef galbi (갈비), a bit on the pricier end, tho. Pro tip: unlike most Korean restaurants, tipping the server (about $10BEFORE service could go a long way (in terms of extra sides etc).

Tasty Beef BBQ restaurant . Good but the price is kind of expensive.

The hanu was ok but a bit pricey. The doenjangguk was some of the best Ive ever had. But Im giving it 1 star because I got food poisoning... pretty sure from the ssam (lettucewhich I ate but my partner didnt. (And I have a strong stomach usually.Reminded me of the maxim the bigger and more expensive the restaurant the more people have touched your food. And this place was huge.

One of the three most renowned Korean grilled beef rib restaurants in Suwon City. Their FOUR collective buildings are crowded with bunch of people everyday though, I had a quite disappointing experience when I had a dinner in there. Its rather normal level regarding other bunch of Korean grill restaurants, but it is way TOO EXPENSIVE.

It is the best Galbi(ribsever. I love this food and place very much. A little expensive but delicious so much. There are three buildings and many peoples and cars in there, it is difficult to park a car at dinner time.

Really big and famous restaurant in Suwon. Main menu is Korea beef BBQ. The taste is good but so many people and be crowded.

The lunch special is very generous. I rolled out of the restaurant. Meat was tender, sweet and flavoursome, all the side dishes were very traditional. I havent seen the raw crab outside of Korea. Also comes with rice and hot pot soup.

One of the most famous grilled beef restaurant. They have multiple outlets at one area and normally get crowded at 8 ish. Definitely a must if visiting Suwon.

One of the most famous grill-beef restaurants in Suwon. The food is great, the quality of service staff is also great. I would recommend Saeng-galbi "생갈비" instead of Yangnyum-galbi "양념갈비" because you could actually taste the tender meat.
