3:27pm Sunday August 21 2022 counter 8 are so slow cleck never inform any of us on the line that there was a problem! Very ugly and unsatisfied service she should be transfer to any department that not a lot of people lining up like the restroom or stock room!

All in. Customers prefer in here because they can buy most their needs and wants

I like this mall for the restaurants and Mr DIY. Supermarket always busy. Long wait at cashier.

Grocery Cashiers Service is Very Bad. Long line and very slow cashiers. Very Few choices of fast food and Resto.

I felt safe and secure as their staff are friendly and helpful.

Like the place, but careful with the floor, can trip easily, and sorry guys, AC needs service, maybe a comfortable place makes us want to stay longer and shop more

Discouraged with the grocery and dept store experience. Damn hot. Then too strict with baggages. Lots of rules . We are not in the 80s anymore, hello? Gaisano now is like the gaisano when i was in high school . U want comfort, better go to davao and shop at SM.

Mall is so convenient where almost everything you need is here from garments to sporting goods and the gadgets you need.you can also have the groceries and toiletries to kitchen and bathroom needs.this mall is compacted with all the major needs for everyday life.

4 stars for having a SB atm machine. The mall is spacious but its a pity not so many people are coming. Maybe due to CoVid. I havent been here before the CoVid so I cannot compare.

Ample parking, and they have everything you need.

They still require face shields. You can buy them from tricycle drivers near the entrance.

Typical Mall. Whats great is its parking area. Groceries also provides fast lane (for baskets and handcarry onlywhich is good.

Haba........ ng pila sa cashiers booth kanina. Apparently, there were closed cocs and wud have been faster if they opted to open more so the long queue wont happen and people wont be congesting on the line. Wala ng distancing na. Ahay!!!Pero ambot strat ba nila o a sign of inefficiency? People kau na bahala.

Nice little mall with several stores. The mall is clean and nice. There are plenty of underground parking spaces. So the car is not super warm after a long day of shopping. The department store is also pretty good, only thing is the lack of big sizes in clothes.

Great place to shop. Movies are cheaper than SM mall, and prices are a little better. Also, the little cake shop on bottom floor went above and beyond for our anniversary.

Of all gmall Ive visited, this ia by far the best. Air conditioning is well monitored and balance all accrooss the mall. Good ambiance. There is only 1 catering at the foodhall at unreasonable prices for its taste and menu.

This area has experienced many earthquakes lately and some have closed for repairs, but this mall is open and still the Best mall in all of Digos City.

I love the big mall that has many stalls and shops that are available. Youll definitely find something!

Its really nice to be here. Shopping is really convenient. You can bring the entire family in this excellent mall.It is located in the digos downtown and its really accesible. It has the first ever cinema here in digos. And its surrounded by a lot of great fast food chain like Jollibee and McDonalds. Digos City is on a Skyrocketting progressive city. Nice place clean .but the tricycle drivers are charging more then then the fare should be someone needs to retained them they lose many customers who just walks to the street to catch one for a lower fare home i have seen many do this included me 50 pesos to take me home is too much. Imho

This is one of the biggest shopping mall in Digos. So, theres no wonder why many people come here every day. Just like any other malls, the people were friendly, though not all. But its a good place to shop. The prices are not very expensive and there are also loyalty rewards they call GCards. Ive been here almost everyday when I was still in Digos. It is also the only place in Digos that has a cinema.

Was on holiday back in July to August time for the first time and was visiting family.This mall is pretty spacious, but feels super empty. Like you could fit a few more shops or fast food places there.I didn’t really like the clothing stores, apart from OXYGN or PennShoppe. I bought many items from there and use them here but the sizes are more small and petite. I’m considered petite where I am and I’m pretty skinny but in OXYGN the short i bought was XL which is crazy because I’m usually an XS or S.I wasn’t really I to the jeans they sold, like i tried looking for ripped jeans etc but found none compared to what I’m used to.Also the staff are a bit unprofessional, for instance I’d walk around looking for items but would be followed by employees asking my age, name and if I had a boyfriend etc. which at first was flattering but as it progressed I dreaded going shopping for essential items in fear I’d be chased. Same with the security guards at the entrance of the car park. I think the funniest part about this was that someone said i looked like Julia Barretto hahaha.I was 14 by the way, and when my mother told one employee my age he kept trying to talk to me, i mean the age of consent and cultural differences hugely shocked me so I was more understanding of these advances HOWEVER I made it clear I was not interested.My biggest problem was the department store where I purchased FAKE vans. They went for the same price as typical vans in the U.K (£60and my boyfriend noticed they were fake and pointed that out.I’m so disappointed that I paid that much for such bad quality even though I should’ve realised they were fake.As soon as I found out I purchased new genuine VANS and compared them. The black was off, there’s stitching on the exterior of my vans, the VANS logo at the back was black instead of red compared to mine. On the inside bottom it’s black with a white logo which came off. My real VANS, in the inside the opening has a leather cushion to protect your ankle and the bottom is an off-white colour with a black logo that is apart of the off-white material, not a sticker. Also the pattern of the soles on the fake on is smaller than mine.If you are looking for genuine products I’d avoid the department store but it has a lot of products. Stay away from international brands though because they are fake. Eg found fake Tommy Hilfiger shirts. Tsk tsk.All in all a very friendly welcoming place. Just a little unprofessional but it’s expected as the majority of the employees are students.I purchased Apple earphones and they were pretty good from one store. I think around 1281 pesos I’m not too sure but they were real and I was happy with that.My favourite places were the cinema, pretty cheap compared to ODEON, like 500 pesos, but my older brother got a discount.The cinema is pretty small, but worth it. Only place I don’t feel embarrassed to take my shoes off and sit cross-legged on the chair and it’s more lively for instance the audience would react loudly which was crazy to me and so fun.I recall going to the salon type place and got a manicure and pedicure done which has never happened before. The staff did a good job.

Surprised how functional this mall is. They have a cinema, premium brands you can shop from, and plenty of restaurants to pick from and other food choices, there’s also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a department store. IT HAS EVERYTHING.

Large mall, not all shops yet full. But nice place to visit. Only problem the supermarket so busy and never many cashier working, so expect very very long wait time to cashier. However having said that, the department store I must say has very very fair prices, cost less than grand mall. And an amazing range of housewares and electronics, notably the stereos and sound system equipment variety and price is among the cheapest prices for good brands in DIGOS, and I have shopped around lol.The department store staff I must say are amazing with knowledge of the area and products of the section they work in. As for the variety smaller stores in the centre they offer a wide range of products from cell phones and accessories to everything you may need around your home, the CDR king is also a well stocked store here.

Shopping or window shopping if you can, Gmall for me I call it satisfying palace because all you need was there, you can play, you can eat and etc. only money can break feeling if you think so.

Place is fine but is a bit far from the bus terminal, local tricycles may charge extra fare. Only mall in Digos to have a cinema if I recall correctly. Shoutout to the staff of the leasing office and ICT Comm! A pleasure to work with you on our project!

Not yet over crowded. Department store is fairly complete with merchandise. Grocery is complete. Comfort room is clean, although only one for entire mall. Basement parking.

The most convenient mall in Digos,the best so far!.bust I just want to suggest that in the baggage counter,all things that will be deposited must get a number for assurance purposes of the costumer..last time i went they insist that the paper bag i wanted to deposit doesnt worth the number,..its just not satisfying because we all have different value in our things..but at the end I convinced them to give me a number..some of the sales lady are not attentive to their costumers query but I commend the guard for being so strict which is good for safety 😊..God bless sir/maam

Big mall with nice garden, big parking space at the basement, clean, big grocery, but there are only few stores to visit, few choices at the food court, only 2 restroom, only 1 coffee shop, few choices at the dept store. Goods are more expensive. Staff and store personnel lack costumer relation training or poor service

Ive always wanted a mall surrounded by a mountain with a very refreshing look. The Gaisano Group did it! I have no complaints. The food was great,Grocery was good. Security wise no problems.Keep it up guys!

Good grocery choices with imported goods available. However, they have poor seafood choices. Only 50% of the stalls in the mall are open, but atleast the vital ones are operational...
