Probably the most insensible service in the entire hospitality industry of Taipei City.Update: it’s my second time here in 3 days, they again managed to mess up our order. This is painful cause I come back for the food and something keeps going bad 😓😭 Am I just unlucky?

I came first time here. I have ordered veg pasta. They took almost an hour to serve. After all of that it was so terrible, it was too sour and no taste at all. Only vinegar and soya sauce. Not worth at all.

Try their tasting menu for choosing the best beer for yourself!! They offer 7 different beers and amazing food.. The ambience is of an upscale restaurant and bar!

Been here on several occasions and I absolutely love their Chicken Marsala and Carrot Cake.

Good food quality, service is good, size is good enough. They also servers beers from local brewery, and seasonal choice. Very good place for lunch and dinner.

Western style microbrewery type place located in the mall. Beers selection and quality was good. Ribs were pretty popular here. It’s a good place for bigger groups to meet up and hang out although they have 2 hr limit at the tables

The food is good but the fish tacos are unavailable. Especially recommend the peach ice tea for those who don’t drink alcohol, it tastes not too sweet and great!By the way, I really enjoy watching sports games at GBA!

Feels like the portions are getting smaller compared to before. The burger came without onions, very few salad and half of a small tomato. Service brought some salad and tomato but took so long that the burger was half cold by the time. The other dishes were ok

Just want to echo this comment… The same experience here, will never try to walk in again. A pity that it used to be one of my favorite restaurant…

Really good...but American price. I don’t think most Taiwanese can really afford to eat here on a weekly basis. But it’s soooo good. But just because it’s good the price isn’t good so it doesn’t get 5 stars. Campus/journey cafe more of a budget spend and acceptable/good taste

My family has been there for many times since the restaurant opened. This Mother’s Day, my family went there had a celebration meal then asked for checking on our membership when they had the bill (because we were told there was a discount for the member). But the manger was irrespective while checking for it which made my family felt uncomfortable and ruined the holiday vibes.

Good atmosphere and seatings are arranged in booths which I liked. I liked the fries and the staff were super polite and attentive.Only took a star away because I think the tacos I had could be much larger to be worth their price.

Like all GB, very good. As of 4/3, the crunchy steak tacos are not available. Their machine broke and a new one is shipping from the US.

The hamburger was incredibly good. Ive been craving a good hamburger and this definitely hit the spot! My dad came to Taiwan a few years ago and has been referring to the hamburger he had here as "the best hamburger I had in Taiwan", and it definitely lived up to the hyoe. We also tasted a couple of beers that they made in their microbrewery, both of which were excellent. If it hadnt been lunch I definitely would have tried some more of them! This restaurant is on the list for the next time Im in Taipei.

Same as TGI, Hooters and such places.The food however is good and there own brewed beer is definitely worth to try. They have a beer for every taste.The atmosphere is casual and the staff very friendly and helpful.

If youre American, this is a little slice of home. Food is overall very good, but the Southwest Egg rolls are amazing. Calamari and pizza are also wonderful. Cobb salad is also a great lunch choice.

Food is correct but not really enough. This is also a shame the amount of plastic they use when they deliver. Here is for example the amount of plastic containers for 2 meals of tacos (total of 4 tacos : 2 containers of pico meal and 2 containers of the same sauce each meal==> 8 containers when it could be half ! Ridiculous

We came really late on a Sunday night. Staff was genuinely nice. We had garlic fries, barbecue burger and California Beach tacos, everything was yummy. The beer was tasty as well. Staff were professional, Willie was.super nice, you might wanna raise his salary. Cheers.

I really like the food here. I had the black and blue burger which was great. My partner and I also share some nachos which were on the small side but delicious. The beer is pretty decent, but I’d like to see more craft beer options.

Thought about having a light salad here for week day lunch but turned out leaving here way too full haha. One of the best value set lunch here in the Xinyi district, given they are able to maintain the high quality of their dishes. No wonder the place is crowded even on week days. Recommend.

Wide American style menu, all delicious. Some vegetarian options, best veggie Taco I have ever had. Beer is also good. Had a veggie pizza and their garlic fries.

Delicious food and lovely staffs.The food is amazingly well, pretty fresh and fascinating. The avocado salad surprised me with the silky smooth avocado slices, so good.I totally recommend ordering their pasta and pizza, pasta is well seasoned side with fresh seafood, and pizza crust is such a satisfaction.You must order their desserts, they amazed me with such plain dishes. Carrot cake is stuffed with cinnamon(though the cream was kind of too sweet). Cinnamon Apple bread pudding is such a delicate dessert.The drinks are also good, love their cocktails.

Randomly stumble upon this bar restaurant beside 101 taipei. Basically its very similar to Chilis or TGI friday s concept.It has its own unique set of beer ranging from light to hoppy and dark. Conveniently it has a tryout set for all 6 types of beers (100ml eachwhich is reasonable and a great start for those who has choosing disorder. From the taste of it it seems that its direct from tap without adding any water (80% of beer in my country added water to increase volume and profit margin).Didnt really try the food as Im just here for a drink. So conclusion the drinks are okay just slightly pricey.

Everything Ive ever eaten at at Gordon Biersch is delicious. The beer on tap is pretty good, but probably not the best youve had, even in Taipei. Thats a matter of opinion, though. Its still one of my favorite places to eat.

Weekly lunch menu is quite a bargain. I like the seared ahi tuna salad and it comes with a free flow soft drink and daily soup or dessert.

American style restaurant...The beer is okay but the dishes are so salty!!!! And it is very expensive!!!! Don’t want to go there again.Don’t order pizza and garlic French fries!The service is good tho!!!!

Great services and delicious food!

I come here often to enjoy the location and food and drinks. Today I came and ordered a lot of variety of products equaling more than 3,000 nT over the course of two hours however I was still asked to relocate due to their was customers possibly wanting my seat I find this unacceptable I cannot believe someone who is spending money in the restaurant would be asked to Forfeit their good seat to something more terrible considering they are spending money and not just sitting there wasting space shame on you Gordon Biersch you should know who your real customers are, u dont think Ill be back after that.

Been here a few times, and its always been pretty decent.Service is extremely good, although it did slow down when it got busy, our waitress did apologise for the delay, which was good enough for us.Food was also pretty decent, portion sizing was fair and drinks were really good. Pricing is just about right for what we got.Nice place!

My favorite brewery restaurant in Taiwan. The beers are fantastic. Try the samplers first if you are 1 time to visit here.

Second time here in 6 weeks. Friendly staff, good beer - seasonal IPA right now is great, and food is decent too. Its not terribly upmarket being placed inside a mall - albeit a nice one - but its modern, clean and nice, it has a chain feel about it, and isnt a place to party but they has sports on TVs above the bar and is a good place to head with colleagues, friends or even solo as I am, away on business.

Great food and environment. The staff way too attentive- I arrived earlier than my date and the staff kept asking when was I gonna order. Ordered the fried calamaris, the mexican pizza (super mega recommend itand the chicken parmesan pasta (sauce was not very special but good overall).

Service was excellent, waitresses took care of us constantly refilling our drinks and keeping a positive communication channel.Food was definitely ok, pasta and salad were my favorites of the night, portions are suitable per person. I think for the price, the quality doesnt match as I think its a little overpriced.The downside, it took nearly 30 minutes for the dishes to come, again nothing special as of the dishes doesnt require major preparation to be served. I

Come here for the seafood tacos. Comes with rice and beans. The garlic fries are rich and abundant.Beers can be better.
