Amazing food with huge portions: I got the golden cashew with chicken, but also tasted the toasted sesame mango chicken wraps and fresh spring rolls (appetizers), the pad Thai, the Burmese noodles, Phad woon sen, and one of their seafood dishes.None of the flavors or spices were too overpowering, and everything was nicely balanced. The vegetables and squid were perfectly cooked and not at all rubbery.Very friendly and accommodating staff, and quick service (although I did go at ~7pm on a Tuesday so we were one of the few parties in there)Definitely recommend this place

We go here so often we haven’t thought to review it, the food is amazing. A. They are very friendly and take time to get to know their customers, B. The ingredients are vv fresh, we eat from both the regular and the 30/10 menu. Shu Mai, garlic green beans, soup, fried rice, all excellent and healthy!

Did not know what to expect and was sprayed with solid Thai cuisine. Staff was very friendly, courteous and welcoming. Decorations are expectedly Thai themed.The menu has many selections to choose from all of which you can select your protein of choice ( beef, pork, tofu, chicken, shrimp). Oddly, rice is not included and is an extra option. Most meals average between $17.00-$23.00.Great overall experience and its definitely go back!

Great food and great service. Family ran business and they make you feel like you are part of the family.Pineapple fried rice with chicken is my favorite! I also love the Goyzas. They make them fresh there and you can tell.Try it. You wont be disappointed.

To say I had a wonderful experience here would be a dramatic understatement. My fiance and I came here for a little impromptu date night this evening. We were waited on by Omen (I hope Im spelling that correctlyand he was attentive and speedy. He made it a point to build rapport with every table, even recognizing a father and son who came in near the end of our meal, commenting on a conversation theyd had, and generally making everybody feel welcome! Omen was helpful and efficient but he did not at any point make us feel rushed or disregarded. The food was amazing. My partner is vegetarian and so we have to be a bit careful about where we eat. This menu had plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. I had the Honey Walnut Chicken and it was SO good.Plus the portions are large enough that we had plenty left over. The coconut ice cream is house made and amazing as heck!

My family started coming here in late 2017 and Fuzion Cafe quickly became out favorite restaurant and a go-to for takeout and dine in. The owners here are wonderful and take pride in their dishes and the restaurant.The food is quite simply - delicious. We have not found a menu item that we didnt enjoy, but our favorites are the fresh rolls and Singapore noodles.If you love SE Asian cuisine, great service, and a family friendly environment, this spot should definitely be on your list.

There were 12 of us. I was very pleased with my red curry. I heard no complaints! There was a mix up with the separate bills which caused confusion for a moment.

We visited spontaneously on a Saturday in April, with a windy/sunny day bringing a lot of folks to Fuzion Cafe. But the staff were ready for the crowd and the drinks & food arrived in great time.The Fuzion Cafes menu has about 60 items, with a good variety of vegetarian and gluten free options, noted in the menu.We enjoyed non alcoholic cranberry lemonades beautifully presented. Fuzion Cafe offers liquor and alcohol, including mixed drinks.The Coconut Prawns appetizer was perfectly tender, delicate coconut flavor very evident; a great crunchy creamy texture, and the tangy sauce balances the whole thing. A little shaved carrot & cabbage garnish, too. 6 prawns on skewers were enough for shared appetizer for the 2 of us.We werent sharing main dishes this meal. J had Cauliflower Fried Rice with Tofu. Other vegetables round out the flavor: cucumbers carrots, button mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, & onions. Pleasant cauliflower flavor, wonderful fluffy texture. It was light but filling and we couldve made two meals out of it.I had Thai Beef Salad. There were bell peppers, cucumbers, red onions, cilantro, tomato, and thin seasoned beef strip tidbits, all on a bed of cheerful leaf lettuce. The bowl of vegetables knew it was delicious & gorgeous, as well. Dig into all of it and make sure to get more of the dressing from the bottom of the dish! Light and zesty, with a mix of satisfying textures. I was full, but couldnt resist coming back to the dish 2 and 3 more times, as we had a lovely conversation. It might make two portions, or just linger over the meal at The Fuzion Cafe.Fuzion Cafe has wheelchair accessible entrance & parking, and accommodations to seat large and small parties, and other unique table options. There is a large parking lot, which may be close to full during busy times.

Just found this place, close to home. Very pleasantly surprised! Excellent flavors, very friendly, beautiful space. The wonton dumpling soup was amazing.

I love the food at Fusion. I love Thai food but I generally cant take really spicy food. When you ask for mild spice, at Fusion they get this. Nice atmosphere too.

We had drunken noodles with beef and Singaporean noodles. We didnt like Singaporean noodles however drunken noodles were good.

I had a flavorful Red curry, rice noodles, and brown rice. Ended with great homemade coconut ice cream. I also loved the environment inside!

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. They made us Swimming Rama, which wasnt even on the menu. Delicious food and generous portions! Also the atmosphere is cozy and serene, which Indochine, the owners, are so good at. The service was a bit slow, but they were busy with lots of takeout. We will definitely go back, recommend!

Incredible Thai/Asian cuisine with good portions at a fair price. The ambiance and decor are a bonus as most Asian restaurants are a little utilitarian except for a few pictures, plants and dividers. Fusion is almost plush with comfortable seating, nice intimate lighting and substantial decor pieces.Staffing is friendly, helpful and attentive.Definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive down 6th Avenue to the Narrows neighborhood.

Service was polite and prompt. The inside is beautiful. Parking was a breeze. Prices were standard for most Thai in the area. Food was good. I would bring some friends and family here confidently. They have a beautiful seating area.

We arrived at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening and there were only a few open tables. The parking lot was full. We had a short wait to be seated and then were met by a very pleasant hostess. We enjoyed delicious appetizers--wings, fried rolls, and stuffed won tons, and a very hearty and appetizing meal. The freshly made coconut ice cream was amazing. The staff were all delightful, and Ill come back as soon as I recover from overeating. Highly recommend.

By far one of the best restaurants we frequent because the service, ambience, quality and presentation of the food is so superb! It is one of our favorite, intimate, and friendly places after all these years. I can not say enough about how perfect all the expectations about dining come together under one roof are. Exotic, sublime, and delicious!

Great food!Had the Cashew Udon noodles and they were fantastic. Also the Crab wontons were the best my wife and I have ever had.Waiter was friendly and attentive.

A mix-up of Thai, Indian and Asian food that is really good, despite a slightly higher price than a traditional fast food meal. Their Penang Curry and yellow curry rice is my favorite.

Blown away by this place. My work uses Fuzion for when we do training classes or events, so Ive had their food, but this was my first dine in experience and I cant wait to come back. Kristie was PHENOMENAL!! Friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Full of flavor and piping hot! Definitely recommend!

Amazing food! Definitely the best pad thai I have had in Tacoma, and I have been to nearly every Thai restaurant here over the years.

I have dined here and had take out many times and always had delicate, flavorful, tasty delicious dishes. Tonight we enjoyed lemongrass chicken with yellow rice and phad thai with shrimp and it was wonderful!

I very much enjoy the ambiance in this place. Its got great interior design with plenty of interesting things to look at, but seems tranquil and cozy at the same time. The food is great! I generally order the green curry, spicy, but so tasty.

This place has amazing flavors. So far we have tried the Golden Cashew and the Ginger & Broccoli. These two are some of the best tasting dishes. Pair them with Mango Fried Rice and the reaction is Chefs kiss. Cant wait to try more.

We took the train from Seattle down to Tacoma on a cold rainy day. Cold, hungry and tired we went to the Fuzion Cafe on 6th ave where we were promptly served hot tea and Thai tea. I ordered SEE Ew- Chicken and my husband ordered House Rice and Walnut Chicken. The orders had the perfect blend of spices both sweet and salty causing a wonderful explosion of flavors. What I couldn,t eat I took with me in a box. I spent the next two days trying to finish it.

I absolutely love all the indochine restaurants! This whole family does Thai type food right. Our food was fantastic, spicy, flavorful, and delicious. Also they have cauliflower rice here! I love this vegetable option instead of rice. So glad to find another wonderful place!

We have been to Fuzion Cafe a few times with my in-laws, and each time has been a pleasureable experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is very good. The owner is a really nice lady, she has waited on us a couple times. The restaurant is reasonably quiet and cozy inside, with nice decor and ambiance, but take out is also an option that seemed popular at our last visit on a rainy Saturday night.

Food comes out as its ready, which affected our group quite a bit. Food was tasty. Asked for thai chilies, was brought chili sauce instead. The curry was very tasty. Price is reasonable. Four stars.

My husband and I LOVE Thai food. Its hard for us to try new restaurants when we know what we like. We finally tried this place after reading reviews and was really impressed!! Well definitely be back!!

Owner and staff are super friendly and the food is always amazing. The Coconut soup is my personal favorite – tangy and creamy and packed with flavor. Hands down the best Thai place in Tacoma in my book.

Quite the unique ambiance, with a "fusion" menu of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines. Its my first visit and the Spicy Noodle Soup was a winner. A fusion of rice noodles (Vietnameseand Tom Yum soup (Thai)😋Fast and friendly service. Good for small groups. Casual and intimate setting. Moderately priced. Free parking in private lot.

I love this place! Exceptional service and the food is fantastic. We usually go to royal Thai bistro which is also fantastic. But this place is quickly becoming my favorite in comparison.

Excellent food, beautiful venue, great customer service, cant say enough about it. The food is fresh, hot, very fragrant, great wine selection and the owners are lovely!! We eat here often and their sister restaurant on Pearl St. Indochine on Pearl...excellent!!

Fabulous food! Asian fusion food at its best. Genial staff. Their Panang curry with chicken is outstanding, and so was the mango chicken salad. Tried many dishes and all were excellent. I highly recommend this place to dine. As good as any restaurant in San Francisco that Ive been to.

Great tofu and awesome vegan options, the servers are very helpful when it comes to making these accommodations and make it very seamless. All the food Ive had here has been delicious.

I loved it, presentation was beautiful, food excellent, and the service was spot on. This is my new favorite place. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, this has made me very picky about my food. I could really find no fault here. They dont bring you a check though you go to the register to pay, I can forgive that....

We invited our friends to meet us at Fuzion for dinner. Everything was super tasty, presentation is always nice and the owners are great! I think about their food all the time!

We’ve enjoyed two meals from the Fuzion. The First surprised us with a really good wonton soup. So much that we got it as take out just a few days later! The staff were very gracious both nights. The decor is cozy and the menu has a nice balance of familiar dishes and selections we’ve never seen in our Thai/Vietnamese wonderings. Good stuff!

Yeah, just wow. WOW. Incredible service, and the food was fantastic! I had the chicken with mangos wrapped in a light almost pancake-like roll and the intricate flavors burst through in each bite. I called ahead to place a to go order but ended up asking for a table and tea. Cant wait to bring friends next time!

My work often orders with Fusion. Last time I visited my phone came out an hour late because the potatoes were not cooked. My table was done eating and I had to get my food to go. I get things happen so I thought I would try again. I ordered soup to go, there was minimal flavor and the chicken was chewy. I’m really disappointed. The staff is friendly and the cafe is cute, but food my experience has been poor.

Our family had dinner there tonight and really y enjoyed the delicious food. We had fresh and fried egg rolls, crepe, cashew chicken and pineapple curry. All dishes were excellen as was the service. The owner and staff were attentive and personable. We will definitely return and bring friends. Thank you, Fuzion!

The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Phad Thi, Fuzion noodle soup, and the crepe. The food was fresh and and full of flavor.The owner was so welcoming. She even made us a special dessert-mango sticky rice. Oh my was it delicious!I highly recommend this restaurant.

So glad that The Fuzion Cafe is open again. The fresh spring rolls are the best. Try them with the warm peanut sauce. Yum. This and Indochine on Pearl are my two favorite places to go for spring rolls. There are many favorites on the main menu. Love that they have GF, gluten free listed on the menu.

The food was decent, the service atrocious. We were in for a family meal and found the food to be fairly standard Thai. Unfortunately they ended up bringing out one order 15 minutes after the others and, to top it off, brought the wrong dish. That got sent back and remade, resulting in a completely screwed up dining experience. The staff response to this was mildly apologetic. Given that there are other options in town, Fuzion isnt on my list of places that Ill be trying again soon.

We got some pad thai and veggie fried rice to-go on a quiet Sunday evening and were blown away with the amazing flavors! We were expecting a marginal thai experience as we have yet to hear much talk about this place, but the food we tasted was top notch! Bravo Fuzion Cafe. We will be back for more yummy thai food soon!

Based on the name and the outside of the building I expected more of a casual cafe, but once inside, this is a beautiful Thai restaurant. Very inviting and warm. Weve been here many times, and the food is always amazing. Our favorite dish is the Drunken Noodles!
