Best hotel I stayed in the whole Kyrgyzstan. Everything is clean, modern, comfortable, good looking. Staff is professional and speaks English. Western standard with no limits.

What a fantastic hotel. The room isnt the biggest one but the cleaning are excellent and it have all facilities needed for a pleasant stay. This hotel is a great starting point for your vacation. The hotel is a little bit outside of Bishkek centre and that make it even better. Much less traffic noise and less pollution. The breakfast on the hotel is a good starter for the day with a mix of everything from sausages to fruit and cakes or you can have a omelet if you feel for it. The staff is unique, very polite and helpful in all ways. The hotel dont have so many rooms so its not a huge tourist machine and the staff notice every guest. They do whatever they can to make your stay so pleasant as possible. If you have kids that must have special dietary or you have a special request for food you can ask for it and the cook will try his best to fulfill your request. Why pay a lot of money for a big fancy hotel to get a chocolate on the pillow when you have the possibility to rent a room at Futuro where you meet fantastic, helpful staff, have good food, good cleaning and a good room. Futuro gives you a lot of value for your money.

Best hotel in city

This is my favorite place to stay in Bishkek. Ive stayed here many times, and there is little turnover in the staff. They are so kind, thoughtful and attentive. The room is comfy and has everything I need. The breakfast is beyond excellent. On my last night of the most recent stay, it rained and the staff provided umbrellas for our use in case we needed one, which is just an excellent example of what they are like. I highly recommend them and will stay there again the next time Im in the city.

I am from Kyrgyzstan and it was my first visit to Futuro Hotel. Must admit it is a very nice place where price matches good service, room is neat and clean, bed is comfortable to sleep, stuff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast included in price is tasty, has a big variety such as fresh vegetables, dairy products, bakery, chicken and other. There is also a nice small terrace outside, that is an advantage in warm seasons. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Bishkek.

We were delighted to stay in this hotel. All other recommendations turned out to be true, the breakfasts were delicious and varied significantly throughout our stay (very important when booking more than 1-2 nights), we got a clean and cozy room in European standards, not to mention the friendly staff and the airport transfer option. I will surely recommend Futuro to anyone.

It was early morning when we arrived, the guy who picked us up from the airport was really nice, he patiently waited for us and carry our luggages while we were sorting our currencies coz we forgot to bring dollars! When we reached the hotel I was surprised! The hotel is very homey, very cozy, Minimalistic but very modern, well- designed! We did not call ahead but then, still, they manage to get us a very nice room! The outside seating is very romantic should i say ! Staffs are good looking, drop- dead gorgeous, they have a very good english command, they were really really nice! Foods in the kitchen were delicious and with so much options surprisingly! I wanna commend the handsome guy in the reception who talked and dealt with the taxi driver who tried to overcharge us with the fare, he was indeed admirable, ive forgot to ask him name tho.Our departure was 2 in the morning and their chef made us some very good bfast! and that other pretty receptionist even suggested to take out some food to the airport! which hotel does that???! Amazing place, amazing people! Would love to be back soon! Thank you so much Futuro Hotel! We had a great time!

From the moment you checkin till you check out....! Everything was amazing they pamper you like anything. Very relaxing and cozy stay.

I always stay in this place in Bishkek. Staff does everything to make the traveller feeling like at home. Special thanks to the lady who let me check in at 9 am free of charge!!!Rich and tasty breakfast, free of charge coffee and snacks 24/7, free city centre transfer, reasonable price. International community does always stay there.Recommended!!!

Friendly & helpful staff, clean room, tasty breakfast. Not exactly in the centre but hotel provides a shuttle service or taxi to the centre is less than 1€.

This was a great little hotel. Not fancy but convenient and clean. Sleek, modern look and feel. Efficient use of space. Loved the cook. The complementary snacks were awesome, tasty, and plentiful. Front desk highly accommodating, spoke good English. Taxi drivers do not seem to know this end of the road where the hotel is located, so keep your eyes open for the signs in the median.

I love this hotel. Very clean. All details are thought. Comfort room. Breakfast is extra ordinary. Only negative is the location a bit far from center. Otherwise everything perfect.

The hotel is new and small. However the staff makes you feel you are visiting Family. Before you even arrive they are looking for ways to make your stay as pleasant as can be. They will provide transportation to and from the Airport or the center of the city. The food is some of the best I have had world wide. The cost of booking is very low compared to most places. I have stayed there twice. I will be going again very soon.

Very nicely received by staff. They had kindly prepared a room for us extra early so we could freshen up and take a nap after our flight. They even offered us to still make use of the breakfast buffet.
