Upgraded rooms offer city views and/or balconies; suites add living areas. There are stylish Chinese, dim sum and Japanese eateries, plus a lobby lounge serving cocktails. Other amenities include a spa, a fitness center and an outdoor rooftop pool.
Excellent hotel.Staff was friendly and very professional. Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained.Buffet breakfast was outstanding!! French toast, tasty ham, fresh eggs and plenty of choices. Waiters/waitresses and staff were very attentive and courteous.I’d definitely come back.
The service of this hotel is good and the facilities are very good
This hotel will FOREVER be my launching pad in Taipie! I am counting down for the borders to open so my mom can experience this hotel. It has amazing staff who catered to my every need. Everyone was super friendly. The room were amazing and comfy. I dont speak Taiwanese or Mandarin and was able to communicatee fine. I used ALL the amenities and felt the hotels pictures and descriptions matched what was on site. Good location and on the weekend you can visit the flower mart. The food was really good!!! The portions were way more than I was expecting for the prefix menu, but that means you get quality and quantity for you money.
Just a regular lodging place. You can also pay by the hour which is cool
Water was given whenever we needed it. They are good. They dont leave customers thirsty. No questions asked.
Room was unavailable until 5 pm. Front desk manager lady had a terrible attitude. The most unfriendly person I met in Taipei during my 3 weeks. Poorly managed, overpriced, and unorganized. Nothing spectacular about the hotel. Go to the near by smaller hotels. They are closer to MRT and much more friendly. Save your money and your time. Must avoid !!!
By far the best fine-dining experience I’ve had in Taiwan.I am used for my job to go to recognized places, and this one was a surprise, how surprisingly mastered, thoughtful, precise and soulful the dishes were. We had the chance to talk with the head chef and there is no doubt is has a love to cook and share his cuisine, and you can taste it all the way! My recommendation goes to the bao filled with duck egg, possibly one of the best I ever had in my life.Yesterday I had dinner in the Sheraton Guesthouse, and it seems a shame to me to know that this one has 2 Michelin Star while the food in here was much better, without any comparison possible. So that’s my advice : come straight to here, you won’t be disappointed.
The restuarant was lovely and the atmosphere filled with laughter as patrons; including myself and my Beautiful wife enjoyed very delicious Dim Sum. The staff were very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the food as well as our individual tastes as they suggested delectable choices for us to ponder and try. The restaurant was clean & festive and a wonderful time was had by all🤗.
Very good hotel. The room is spacious with spacious bathroom and a bathtub. Did not explore the amenities nearby. Hence giving it a four star. Leave an opportunity for upgrading in future because we will definitely be back!Service staff are friendly from the concierge to the cafe service staff
Super hotel, very good service , highly recommended .
Location is good. But breakfast is disappointing.. Probably due to low volume of customer
Pretty much everything you need at a Taiwan hotel. Unique thing about it was the yummy tea they give you near the counter. Docked it one start because I felt the room floors could be cleaner.
Great location. Perfect service. Good food. Thanks.
Good hotel, calm n quite location, need to walk around 15 mins to nice food places. Only 2 power sockets in the room, internet is flaky sometimes, try connecting to other rooms if yours dropped. He he.
Went to this hotel for dinner at the restaurant located at 2nd floor. Had buffet dinner there. I find the spread average for this price. The food all are fresh and there are different type of cuisine available. The restaurant even had a live band performing. There and many different drinks available and theres even free flow of taiwan draft beer. As for dessert they have many petite cakes available and many drinks available.
Stayed here for 5 nights. Very nice hotel, kind staffs, particularly concierge girl. Sparkling clean, delicious breakfast, good location. 3 minutes walking to Daan Park and MRT station..
Nice restaurant food, but the serving sequences are haywire. Soup being served so much later after main course.
Ive been coming to this hotel every year for the past 5 years. Good morning buffet, good location, quiet and comfortable. Recommended!BTW, try Le Blanc Taipei for dinner close by, walking distance, good steak fries.
Clean modern hotel in an excellent location. Super nice staff!!
Lovely hotel and would highly recommend. Service was outstanding and always friendly and helpful. Room was small but very modern and comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was good and location was very close to a train station. Also next to z really nice Thai restaraunt.Would def stay here again if visiting Taipei.
The best Chinese Food in Taiwan
Their Superior Room has a nice view which is Taipei 101 and services great 👌👍
Nice room and very friendly staff
Nice hotel, large clean rooms and bathroom in a fairly central location. The rooms need updating (eg no power outlets near the bedand wifi was iffy, but fine for a few days stay.
The buffet at the first floor is awful.I have dined there three times, and each time it gets worse (family dinner, I could not decide where to go)Scarce selection of food, roasted chicken with no flavor, Thai fish probably has stayed there for days: the surface has hardened, interior stale. The beef stall is largely unattended. When someone comes out, the portion served is miserable: 2 thin slices of extremely dry and stale beef.Sashimi was acceptable; that is, I did not feel ill after eating.Orange juice was practically water plus perhaps a pack of instant juice powder (if there’s such thing); it did not taste like orange juice.I didn’t pay for the meal, otherwise probably the worst meal ever, even worse than having instant noodles at home.
Nice hotel with a hot spring. Gym is a bit small though.
Nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff
Great hotel. Lovely service.
The location is great. But the building is not easy to recognise
Nice hotel spacious room close to Taipei 101
Standerd room we stayed is enough to wide and comfortable. Morning buffet is various of Taiwanese local menu, such as noodles, congee. spa is not free, its costs 300 NT$. in 10min. from station, quiet situation.
Great location, good rooms, pretty good service. Not sure Id pay full price but if you get a deal, its a very good choice of hotel in Daan.
Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast buffet. Main problem is plumbing. Drains constantly gurgling whenever someone takes a shower or flushes a toilet.
The hotspring was excellent. Rooms were spacious and price was reasonable.
Fantastic service from the staff, the room was clean and stocked with the normal items.Bathroom was clean, kept, and stocked with the normal items.Overall good place to stay.
Only came here for the buffet. Great food at a great price. A-Chi San showed up during my visit. Lucky! Their seafood was very fresh and I liked the roast beef station.
Clean and well kept hotel.
Neat hotel with good restaurant.
Nice hotel with good services ...
Review on their ground floor buffet:Pros - good coffeeCons - Cuisine variety poor compared to competitors of this price range.Lack basic dining utensils, such as spoon.Lack vegetarian options.
Nice dining environment and quality food
Great hotel and close to the train station too
Old hotel, but nice new renovated rooms.Good attitude and service from the staffs. The food of the Chinese restaurant is good.
Though theres little in the immediate location, its still very central and within 10-15 minutes walk you can get to both Zhongxiao Dunhua and Yongkang Road. Rooms were decently appointed though starting to show signs of age. Nothing special in the way of facilities. Decent value for money.
This hotel is a good value... the breakfast buffet was not very good... so we ended up going to the 7-11 right outside next to the hotel. The pool is small... but nice. Wish the hot tubs were not in the mens locked room, and outside as well.
Slightly old and outdated hotel but overall not bad
Went to a wedding reception here. The venue was nice and the food was well presented and tasted good.
This hotel has the filthiest carpet in all the hotels I have ever visited around the world!!! It was so disgusting that I really regretted booking it. Dont stay here if you like the carpet clean in your room!!!
This hotel is a little small relative to the others since its in the middle of Taipei city. Near the Daan park, going strolling is a good idea at night or in the morning!
My sister held her wedding reception here, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. They got almost everything we asked for, even more. The food on the banquet were nice, not like other restaurants serving poorly made dishes on a large banquet, they actually made the foods taste great. If you ever want to hold a wedding banquet, heres the place to go
