Full House Restaurant in Mount Pearl

I just stopped going there. Food has gone downhill and the service was never very good. Third rate at best

Did a pick up/take out order. Waiting time was minimal and quality/quantity was great! Would definitely eat here again.

There food is delicious but trying to communicate with them is very difficult. I have placed order over phone and twice it was wrong glad i checked before i brougbt the second one home.

Picked up a Dinner for 6 for a birthday celebration and it was great. It was hot and there was lots of food. Lots of different combinations to choose from as well. With so many restaurants closing due to lack of customers, there were a few others picking up orders as well; Im glad to see Full House is still busy. 😊

They are doing delivery during pandemic..food is always hot and fresh and never an issue with the order. Large takeout portions. Very tasty and good prices!

The restaurant was cold and by the time you got half your food eat than the food was cold. My beer was warm.

The food was far from being tasty and was cold as well. Seems this place has focused much more on its takeout business than its buffet. Almost $25 a head for cold rubber. Wont happen again anytime soon.

Really friendly staff, good service, but mediocre food and pricing is a bit out to lunch for the quality, there was no difference in pricing for kids buffet vs adults which is odd.

Great place to getting Canadian Chinese food. Theres a lot of fried foods so not great of you want somewhere healthy to eat.The staff was very friendly and got our drinks quickly.The buffet means you get what you want quickly which is great if youre going for lunch during a work day.

Used to visit here monthly until taken over a few years ago. The quality of the products and selection changed so we stopped going.

Full House is a Chinese buffet. The wait staff are friendly, if not tremendously attentive. The food, unfortunately, I have two issues with. The first is that it often tastes as if it has been sitting in the warming dishes for quite a while. The second is that there is not much selection for the price you pay. There are other Chinese buffets in the city with much better selection. They may be a little more expensive, but the food is better and there is a lot more selection. Ultimately, its fine, but there are better options in my opinion.

Good selection but some food wasnt hot. Some dessert cookies were not as crisp as they should have been.

Very disappointed with the service New Years Eve . ordered over 100.00 worth of food around 2 pm and was assured it would be ready by 7:30 . when we arrived at 7:30 and paid for our order The place was busy and they told us the order would be another 1/2 hr . an hour later we inquired again only to find out they couldnt find our order At that point we requested a refund and left . no apologies .. Several other customers were fed up as well and asked for refunds . Apparently they were more interested in filling the Till instead of filling orders . All we ask is that you at least be honest up front If you cant handle the volume of business , hire more staff or at the very least , tell people the truth , re delivery timelines

Only had the buffet so cant judge fairly, but i left happy and full, your typical chinese food spot.

Good Chinese Buffet. The service is always good and the food is great quality (most of the timethe only problem is as this location is not as busy as some others places, there might be one or two items in the buffet that isnt being picked and might be stale. But for the most part this is a good buffet and not too busy. It is always our choice when going for chinese food.

A number of times now we went there for lunch and the food was cold. Wont be going again.

A great buffet. Good selection of Chinese and Canadian items, served hot. Its a good place in mount pearl to get a quick lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and the price is good for the quality of food provided.

was expecting golden phoenix..but got a pleasant surprise ..the rice is awesome,cherry sauce is a lil different than most local place same with the honey garlic ribs there are really good and the chicken balls seem different as well,all in a good way,really fresh as well if ur in mt pearl call them up

The food is really cold and never hot. If you love cold food that is supposed to be hot go there. But the people are amazing

Food was horrible!!! It was cold the bins never had any fresh food in it and most were empty. We were there an hour and never once were we asked did we want a refill on our drinks. It cost 89.00 for 4 people and the most we had was 1 plate. For desert they had some jello a cookie and ice cream. Worst restaurant ever!!!

The staff are very friendly, the restaurant is beautiful and clean and the food is delicious.

My girlfriend and I just finished eating at this location. We had the buffet and hour and a half before close.The selection was fine, and the food was all hot. They put out fresh food while we were here, and it all tasted alright.The atmosphere is nice, and the staff were very friendly and quick with their service.The food is the only reason its not a higher rating. It was just standard fair mediocre Canadian Chinese food. I might come back some time, but for $17.99 per meal, Im pretty sure it wont be soon.Nice quiet spot, though.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever had in my life. Food was cold! Chicken wings were only partially cooked, chicken balls were just batter, no chicken to be found! Would definitely not return or recommend. Poor failing grade!

Nice atmosphere and clean. We had buffet. The food was absolutely delicious but it could have been a little warmer. Ino their defence, It was lunchtime with few patrons around, so I guess it was hard to keep all of the food hot.

Food was ok they we not putting any food while I was there. I was there for 2 hours and no new food and all of the food was cold. The next day me and the other person that went was sick the ice cream was like water. Only one person serving everyone and getting them setted and cleaning up not the best place to go. When we got our bill they also charged us wrong will not go there again
