Food was good server was poor he could not refill my drink and even added other people stuff to my ticket

My husband and I ate there Sunday at the Hibachi and it was so yummy!! We had the Hibachi vegetables along with soup. We also had the avocado roll and asparagus roll. The waiter was great along with the meal!! We left as a very full and happy customer 😀

Service is ok and the food was plentiful. Good college town good.

Always great. Hibachi grill is Not as fun as it used to be

They only have one bar tender but they only need one shes the absolute best . . . I loved sitting at the bar the drinks were delicious and shes so funny . .. . . Highly recommend sitting at the bar .

The chef was funny, professional and the food was great. We got a "Flaming Volcano" drink for two that was almost too big for us to drink! LOL!

Server/Hibachi cook was excellent!! But the owner charged us extra with no warning. Then when the owner took my payment she didnt bring me back the coin change and when I asked they said they dont give back the coin change to the customers. How is keeping my money without asking good business? The owner was unapologetic and unfriendly.

Yesterday I had the hibachi steak and shrimp, and two rolls. The rolls were good, but the hibachi was horrible. It was way over cooked (mostly burnt)very messy, not much food, and a lot of liquid that spilled out all in the bag. I was very disappointed because this is where I have always gone to and bragged about how good it was. Sorry just being honest.

It was just ok. It was not up to the previous visits. Fish was cut very thick. Definitely got my moneys worth on the fish.Had Tempura Veggies to share and the serving was very small.I was given a plastic to go cup for the soy instead of little ceramic dish. Felt cheap.Unfortunately this was one of my favorite places to get sush.

We had a poor experience with the service and quality of the chef the last two times we have visited Fuji. Today’s visit we experienced a chef that was either intoxicated or under the influence of a narcotic. He was out of his mind and, sloppy, careless and reckless with his knife, couldn’t remember anything, and all around disoriented. We informed management but not sure if they did anything. We won’t be going back.

The food we order in was not hot and very oily swimming in the grease.So if youre to eat there the hibachi tables would guarantee foods served the way it suppose be!

The chef we had was fun and interacted well. It was a wait to be seated due to being fathers day. The wait staff did not appear to be trained properly. Food items were not on the cart for the chef to cook. The food was delicious.

Food isnt terrible, service was prompt and friendly. Quality has gone down over the last couple of years (sadly).

I am the type of person to give a restaurant multiple chances before writing them off. A few months ago, I went to Fujis and members of our party became I’ll after eating there. We agreed it could have been something else. Then, we went again and a friend’s steak was rotten. I went today and my chicken was spoiled. Three strikes and I’m done. I would NOT recommend Fujis to ANYONE. I will not be back.

It was a really great experience sharing the table with people we didnt know. Everyone got acquainted. The food and the experience was really nice.

Food is decent and we get take-out here pretty often but check your food before you leave. Just spent over $50 for our anniversary dinner and only one of the meals was correct.

Great food, service was a little slow but not the worst. Friendly staff except for the bartender who seemed to be aggravated that we asked to watch the Hogs game, but overall a great experience. I recommend the Wildfire Roll for sushi lovers, its dinner and a show all in one. Enjoy!

I never leave reviews so that’s how you know it’s disappointing. I’ve heard that this restaurant used to be nice, but clearly it’s gone downhill. Expect to eat your $70+ meal with plastic utensils. My fiancé was served an $11 sake in a styrofoam cup. The portions are mediocre in comparison to other hibachi restaurants I’ve been to. Save yourself the waste of time and money and go to Sumo’s in Russellville.

My family ate at the Hibachi Grill. Most of the food was decent. My salmon was overcooked. The sauce that the chef put on it did no good either. Salmon has enough flavor where salt is the only seasoning needed. The worst part of the meal was that "tired" iceberg lettuce salad. Nothing but iceberg lettuce. No other fruit or vegetable. The clear soup wasnt very tastful either. Why serve these two low budget items?

For starters the food was OK not great. The chef was in and out as fast as possible w/o a show to speak of. We are WAY too far along in the scam-demic to be using plastic utensils. We couldn’t even have a regular soup spoon. 30$-ish per person is too much for this dining situation.

Walked into a practically empty place and waited to be seated for 10 minutes to no avail. The employees just stared at us and kept looking. No one even said it’ll be a minute or anything. Just stared. We got way better service at Umami Sushi right up the road and they were packed.

The price range is definitely on the high end. This is more of a special occasion place to go. Unless youre a fan of sushi, because theres not many sushi options in Conway. I noticed they have a sushi lunch special for a good price. I havent had that specific deal yet though. I have had their sushi and hibachi, and we enjoy them both! The food is always delicious, and I usually go overboard with it lol. The onion soup didnt have enough ingredients compared to the broth. I love the fried onions, and mushrooms, so it was disappointing. Also we had to send the rice back, because it was cold. The service was nice and attentive though! We will always frequent Fujis!

The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because we had a sweet waitress named Celeste. Our food was prepared extremely fast. The steak was tasteless and the shrimp tasted old. Yuck! Also for the prices there should be real silverware and plates.

Our very favorite hibachi restaurant! We like some of their sushi too. Dine in is the best at the hibachi table where they cool & entertain! My 7 year old loves this place too!

The food was outstanding as always the waitress was super but the hostess, she has a personality of a Gnat, put off an aura like she did not want to be there. only time she said anything is when she asked how many. followed her to the table she dropped the menu and then just kept on walking, no eye contact no have a nice dinner or anything

Food and atmosphere = mediocre. We had a large party of 30. Double hibachi. Grilled and served only one side at a time (different servers). Half were finished eating as the other half were being served. Looked to be 40-50% full house capacity. Two adults, two grade schoolers, no alcohol, no appetizers = $80.

I love hibachi and have eaten at many hibachi places over the years, including this one on multiple occasions. So this time was devastatingly disappointing. First off, being served on paper plates with plastic utensils at a restaurant that you know you are going to spend over $100s to eat at is just plain disrespectful. Covid guidelines do not mean that real dishes are suddenly evil.Next, the chef sucked. He hardly spoke to us and there was no show. He behaved more like a grill cook at McDonald. Cook the food and get it out as fast as possible. Considering we had waited almost an hour for a table and service, this was also extremely disappointing. The food also sucked. It was clear that they are skimping on ingredients and the portion sizes have really shrunk. The sushi was the only quality items we were served. The rest was very bland.As soon as the chef had finished cooking, we were handed to go boxes. We had just begun eating! And now they were half a**ed rushing us out the door. The restaurant was NOT busy and we had intended to order desert due to it being my sons birthday. No birthday song, no desert. But I say half a**ed rushed because the server took another 25 minutes to bring us our check, right before she lost my credit card. Thank God the person who found my card was honest and returned it.If this is the way this once classy dining experience wants to go, they need to just put in a drive through window and start wearing visors and little plastic name tags. The next time I want to celebrate a special occasion with my family, it will not be at an over priced fast food joint like Fujis in Conway, Ar.

Maybe we picked this place on a bad night. The calamari was gross and all the appetizers were served on old browning lettuce. The salad was more like a soup, the dressing was really watered down and the lettuce was swimming in it. We ordered the hibachi and it was full of butter and salt, so much my tongue was burning and I couldnt eat it. The waiter gave us our drinks and appetizers and never came back to refill our drinks (at the entire table)! The only reason I give 2 stars is because the Rainbow roll was actually pretty good...I wish we had only ordered sushi, probably would have been a much different review if I had.

AWESOME experience and GREAT food! We enjoyed ourselves SO much. WONDERFUL attentive waiter and EXCELLENT hibachi chef. Definitely will be back when I return to Conway. My brother and his wife live there and made the suggestion. SO much food and worth the money spent. Thank you for making our evening so special. ❤️

Sushi was really good and the hibachi (was entertaininghowever, the food was mediocre. It was very chaotic and we had several people wait on us so never knew who our server was. We felt like we were being rushed and as if it was an inconvenience when we ordered dessert.

This place has awesome sushi 🍣 and the hibachi is great. Its both of my sons favorite restaurants to eat at. It is a bit pricy 100$ bill for 4 ppl but the food is worth it!

I had a great experience. We had a group and the server was right on top of everything. I ordered the Firecracker sushi roll which has crayfish and crab and it was amazing. I also ate the hibachi filet & scallops, the steak was perfect but the scallops werent cleaned completely of sand. Everything tasted so great.

My children love the hibachi show. The chef always interacts with them making it a very enjoyable experience. The food is delicious!

My first experience here and it was horrible! I placed a TO GO order. The reason it was horrible is because they FRAUDULENTLY tipped themselves on my card. I did not tip on my card as the young lady checking me out wasn’t very pleasant! My total was 7.55 and I was charged 9.06 which would be the 20% gratuity! When ever I called, the manager said the banks will hold more on your card! That has never happened in any other restaurants including the mom and pop shops in town! The most frustrating part is the time stamp of my card being swiped for 1:06pm and the text confirmation of the purchase showing 1:18pm. I’m furious and reporting them to the Attorney’s General Office first thing Monday! Had the young lady been pleasant I would have left more than the gratuity amount but that wasn’t the case!

$25 for 2 acres of hibatchi vegetables, 6 scallops, 8 pcs of steak, soup, and lettuce (supposed to be salad). Not worth it imo. I checked my food because they had my order wrong with extra rice no veggies when it was supposed to be the opposite. I was also missing a soup that I had to wait for as well. I thought maybe there was more meat under the veggies but when I got home there wasnt. Steak was overcooked. This is not a $25 meal and Im really disappointed with this being my first time trying this place.

My sushi was FIRE🔥 (pun intended). They literally lit my roll on fire! It was either called firecracker or wildfire. I was insanely hungry coming in and I thought one roll couldnt make me full but the hostess assured me it would. And sure enough she was right. ONE is all you need (at least the one I ordered). Super delicious. My friend loved hers too. The whole experience was great. Staff there are the sweetest people.

My family LOVES Fugi! No complaints at all. Food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere cna be how you want it. Formal or not. It can definitely go from casual to formal with little effort. Definitely recommend.

Hit or miss. Been here about 6 different times and the first was the best and recently it hasnt lived up to a 5 star review.Heavy handed with salt on the hibachi. There is no difference between lunch and dinner portions so if at lunch, save the money and order from that menu.Family friendly. Special occasion. The sushi was good, however, there are other favorites around town if you are looking for a stellar experience.The waiters are attentive and kind.

Destiny is an excellent server that was working her tail off to ensure that all her tables received great service for great food. Even though I reside in the NW part of the state, Ill make it an effort to visit here more often.

Fuji is my favorite hibachi steakhouse. Ive eaten at a few different Fuji locations; all very good. There is just a different flavor about their hibachi than all of the other hibachi restaurants. Very good sushi and THE BEST yum-yum sauce. I LOVE the little crispy shrimp- flavored appetizers that they bring while youre waiting on your food. Sooooo yummy. We love this place and visit often.

Oooook theres a lot to cover. Atmosphere was good. I sat at a booth and it was peaceful and relatively quiet for all the people there. My entree(steak and shrimp hibachicame with a few appetizers - namely an onion soup(broth, mushrooms and onion curlsthat was uninspiring but still tastey. Shrimp-flavored rice crisps that I enjoyed but couldnt help but assume they came out of a snack sized bag somewhere. And what I find absolutely queer because so many chinese-themed restaurants serve it. A "side salad" that is literally ONLY a bowl of iceberg lettuce and what ever dressing packet you want. Why? Anyways. On to drinks. They dont offer drafts on tap and their bottle selection that was decent. But a place that has the word bar in the name should have a varied selection. Not just a decent one. And definitely not one that is wildly overpriced at almost five dollars per bottle regardless of origin point. My server(Alexisat least was a treat. Friendly and all smiles who got what I needed for me with prompt service. Should I ever come back Id ask for her again.Lastly the entree itself. I ordered from the hibachi despite wanting to sit at a booth(as I am antisocial and would rather not sit at a table full of strangersand by the time the food got to me it was already luke-warm. Id like to assume this was because it got made fresh over at the hibachi stations and nobody told my server the food was ready. But somehow I dont think this was the case as I didnt really see the signs on any of the food that it was tossed around on the flat tops. More than likely was prepared in the back. Not hot but still rather tastey with generous portions. But not 20+ dollars a plate good.

I just love this place greatest sushi Ive had around the Conway area. Usually when my wife and I go we ring up a good little bill but definitely worth the money, and we always have leftovers. Just a FYI, the picture with the rice is a Thai pineapple shrimp fried rice... It is served inside of a pineapple and is very delicious!!!
