I was very worried when there was no one there when we arrived but the food was best all around. Egg rolls are exceptional. Definitely going back its a lot of food price was more than expected but worth it!

The food is amazing and we will be back have been passing this place for years didnt know it was this delicious. The only thing is you have to keep asking for something to drink, my husband like tea and He will continue to want his cup full, if its good and he said it was good

I love this place. Nothing fancy. Just typical, good, inexpensive Chinese food. The owners are so nice, as well.

Horrible! Found a cockroach in the middle of my noodles. I showed the owner and he said he couldn’t explained it. Had to pay my full bill even though I couldn’t eat it. Disgusting place!

Always a good place to eat and nice people. The only thing the one lady that is always there she hates to refill your drink.

Delicious food and friendly people, Ive ordered food from them 3 times this week. Combination steak and chicken fried rice with veggies and its one of those meals you have to force yourself to stop eating. They even have great sweet tea! If you are looking for some hibachi style food, this is the spot for the Gadsden area.

Mushrooms where not cooked all the way, everything was super salty. Nothing but mushrooms carrots and rice, no other veggies. I witnessed a woman pouring tea from a glass that was previously served to someone poured back into a pitcher. The white sauce was watery. NOT A TRADITIONAL FUJI! They do not cook in front of you. Can definitely tell it used to be a seafood restaurant. Never refilled drinks. No spicy Mayo on the California roll and when asked about it they brought sriracha sauce. Buckets of dirty dishes left on 2 carts in the dining room. They could not figure out how to separate our ticket when we left.

Great atmosphere... Food was a little on the salty side but delicious anyway. Sat by the window with a view of the river.

Food is always good and service is always fast. Great place to eat.

The food is very bland and tasteless! The soups are watered down. I really don’t recommend this place at all.

Was hoping this was gonna be good, but turned into mediocre food. Had fried dumplings, steak and 🍤 noodles with a California roll. The dumpling were decent, the noodles were flavorless and no matter how much yum yum sauce you used didnt change that taste. The California roll I mean come on just look at the picture. No meat even though it was imitation 🦀. Whos skimping on imitation 🦀? It doesnt cost much to use in your dishes. The only thing good about this restaurant was the view and the friendly staff. Not from the area but even if I was I would not go again.

Only Asian quisine place in town that that offers dining indoors post-Covid. Nothing fancy, just good hibachi grilled Japanese food in healthy portions. The owners are very friendly and the food is good.

Terrible. Not friendly, bad service. I ordered jumbo shrimp appetizer and the shrimp were medium at best, egg drop soup which never came, Teriyaki steak with broccoli and the sauce was still jellied from not being heated through evidently not fresh. My friend ordered pot stickers it came without sauce and it had to be requested. When our food was done they did not bring it and it sat while the cook and lady stood at the counter talking, we finally just asked and went to get our plates ourselves they did not bat an eyelash. Food rating 6/10

Charged my husband card three times, with three different prices and we only order once. Don’t not eat here you will be going back and forth with them about getting your money back for something you did not order !!!

Okay people listen up this little hole in the wall is definitely worth a taste, all entrees are prepared fresh on an open style grill located front of house. Call me Petty, but this little joint would have gotten 5 stars if only theyd had lemons for my ice water. If your looking for authentic Japanese cuisine then gander no further

Worst place to eat. Was not clean food was not inviting. We left without eating but still had to pay$44. If you like this you evidently not eaten good food

The Food here is really good and I like how you can make any request to make your dish special. I always get chicken fried rice with no vegetables. It has always been great, especially with their "yum-yum" sauce. They are also very nice and helpful with the menu. The design of the inside could be really good with the "boat dock" look. It could be touched up though. The major thing that I do not like is their complimentary soup with their meals. I do not like the taste of this, it is very salty and has a gamey taste to it. I wish they could renovate and put their name out there better. This could be a really great place.

The personnel, wonderful! The food was outstanding although the rice was a bit on the dry side. Overall though, it was a nice place to eat and the food was very good.

I personally know the family that owns the restaurant, they are lovely people to be around. 4.3 stars is really making me mad.

Some of the best Japanese food youll find around! The chef is excellent and the staff is friendly. Theres also a gorgeous view of the river you can enjoy while you eat! I would highly recommend this restaurant

We live several hours away but we come here a lot, since they opened. We love the place. Great food and friendly folks.

Used to go here nearly every day back in high school (around 5 years or more ago, mind youand loved it every single time. Went back today, and was very dissatisfied with the food. My chicken was undercooked, the soup was basically just water with some flavoring, and the rice just wasnt any good. Im inclined to change my rating if things get better, but I think that Fuji has reached the end of its era.

I have been eating the fried rice here for over 15 years it is absolutely fantastic and the prices are good as well.

Always happy to see you when you come in. Great service, fast and great food. Portions are very large so we always have leftovers, and White sauce is always on the table so you get as much as you like. Couldnt be better. Oh! And cheaper than any other Japanese restaurant weve ever been to.
