Always enjoy coming here, nice variety of burgers, even have a plant burger if youre into that. Price can add up pretty quick with a family and everyone getting a combo. I feel the burgers are less greasy than some of the other burger joints and the salad bar always seems fresh. Budget meals are available that are decently priced with fries and drink included, its the other burgers with fries and a drink that jumps up there. Will definitely be back though.

Classic burger place for freshness and fun. Located next to the mall and easy to find. The food is always great and cooked to order. Plenty of napkins at the tables and the Coca-Cola machine that lets you pick the flavor.

Tried it one last time.Its been very empty lately, so empty that we have walked out without ordering for fear of the food quality. My family has enjoyed this location in years past with great food but Ive seen it go down hill.The menu has change, the quality of ingredients has change and the preparation isnt as good. Staff was mostly friendly and I dont have any complaints.Basically, this last visit I could have had better tasting burger at a fast food joint. Even the hot cheddar cheese sauce that I loved so much seems "watered down".If the owner/manager is listening, its time to invest more into the food and building. Quality Control needs a lot of improvement. If nothing changes, I fear we will lose our Ruckers

The food is always fresh and I dont mind waiting a few hours extra minutes for it. The cashier Karen is super sweet and funny AF lol the short time we had with her set the tone for our dining experience.

Hands down best burger in town at a reasonable price. Fresh ground meat, in house baked buns, unlimited salad bar for fixings and the cheese sauce pumps!!!!

My elk burger and fries were so good! Omg they are amazing nice clean place the staff was friendly and the food is bomb! Cant wait to go back soon 😊

We eat here often, however this time I had to take a defensive driving course. The class was great and the burger was good as usual. One of the better burgers in town.

We went at about 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. They werent busy and it seemed like their was more staff than customers. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It took a while to get our food which is to be expected since everything is cooked to order. The food was very good and had a great taste.The reason for the 3 stars was the cleanliness of the place. It was dirty. Not the kind of dirty like they had just been through a lunch rush. It was the kind of dirty like it looked like the place never got cleaned. The carpet was in disrepair and dirty. The paint was peeling in several different places. The drink station was horribly bad. The food was good but I dont think I would ever go back due to the cleanliness issues.

Place was mostly empty around 2 pm. Took 35 minutes after ordering to get my hamburger and the place had not been cleared I guess after the noon rush, lots of uncleared tables all over. The burger wasnt that good Daves Double blows it away. Added a star for the friendly staff.

Burger was very tasty. My boyfriends chicken didnt seem to be all the way cooked. No knives, forks or BBQ sauce 😕

Best Ribeye burger! Fries are great. Salad is a massive bowl of goodness. Small play area for kids. Drink choices are very nice. Even Vitaminwater with flavors.

Delicious burgers.. Used to love this place.. But three different times I got large pieces of bone in my burger. First time didnt really think anything of it. But the second time I was chewing and it stopped me cold, just bam..ouch! Pulled out a pea sized piece of bone. Last time I ate there, I was real hungry just munching down on a tasty burger. Same thing.. chewing fast.. blam, sound of tooth breaking! Pulled out a large piece of bone and half of a grinding 🦷. Real pain then.. and my last time to eat there.. They rucked me! So to sum it up.. Great tasting burgers, but eat slowly feeling for bone chunks..!

It wasnt packed but service was super slow. It took forever to get our food. I ordered the veggie patty. When it finally came out it was cold and squishy like it hadnt been cooked. But I didnt have time to take it back.It was hot and also had a really unpleasant smell inside . We had to shower after to get it off.

If your looking for a gluten free burger this is the go to place. We have been several times now and they are very cautious and double check with us if they have ever been in doubt about anything we have ordered.

Love eating at Fuddruckers they have a gluten free menu and are very cautious when it comes to preparing our food. They are not afraid to ask of they are unsure.

Ive always liked this place. They have great food. It could use some upkeep inside and out. I think their good cooking is the reason they stay in buisnes.

The burgers are top notch and I love the potato wedges. Drenched in cheese sauce obviously. I enjoyed the milkshakes too. The service was good! The cooks even asked how I wanted my burger cooked before I ordered in an attempt to speed up the process!

Best burgers around in my opinion. Nearest one to me is 50 miles away, my wife and I make a point to go there even if its the only stop on our trip.

Perfect as usual. 1/2 pound mushroom and swiss burger was perfectly cooked. All the sides at the bar were fresh. The inside was very clean also.

Great burger, fantastic home made onions and a hand spun shake. Cooked to order and served hot with your choice of the trimmings. The employees were courteous, friendly and seemed happy to have each and every customer. I had forgotten how good it is.

Our order took a long time to be ready then my husbands burger was over cooked. He ordered medium rare and it was very well done.

Good food, good service, and the price is right.You go in and place your order. You get your beverage. When your buzzer goes off, go get your order. Then choose what to top your burger at the condiment bar. Theres vegetables and sauces.

Food was delicious! I tried about a year ago and was not impressed! We ate there last week and everything was awesome. The manager stopped by our table to check on us and was very polite (if I remember right her name was TanekaI watched her check on other guest and clean up some tables as well. Place was clean, but the food portion to prices are way off. Prices have gone up quite a bit since the last time we were there. And ordered a shake and they dont come with extra shake stuff anymore which is a bummer.

Food was ready when I got there for carry out, just the wrong food. Did not feel like waiting another 10 mins. Took what was made. Cook told me that was what the order said, although the receipt said it was really what I ordered. I took the food any way, and it was great. Just didnt like it wasnt whay I ordered, I was craving a mushroom and swiss!!!

The Fuddruckers at this location is not the best. I asked for NO salt and the fries were covered in salt. After the cashier specifically told them not too.i asked which burger was which,and they started making fun of me and making smart alick remarks,by the time I got to mmy table I was crying and was to upset to eat

We Love it! We always look forward to eating there when we are in the area! I love the HUGE salads! And the cool.srink machine has all my favorite sugar free soda selections! My husband loves the burgers! Its got great seating and several tv screens for watching the games. The dress your own burger bar is the BEST!

Stopped by at 12:45 Sunday afternoon. Didnt have to wait long for the food. Food was good and fresh. Ordered Tex Mex burger, kids chicken strip, and regular order of chicken strip basket. Front counter staff was polite and friendly. Neg... bathroom floor was sticky when walking on it. Missing a few items on and no silverware was clean except spoons. The have a touchscreen sofa fountain and it could have used a little cleaning. Please take a second to like and rate my review. Thanks

They revamped the menu. No more Works burger. No more fry sauce. And if you want tea, its across the restaurant from the other drinks. Kinda disappointed. :( used to love this place.

Food here is always worth the trip. Always fresh to order and accurate. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are very large portions and delicious. The seasoned fries go great with fresh ranch. Ice cream counter is always fresh and this location is usually clean. Will return again, great family environment. Has some games and a playground for the kids to enjoy.

Well, 10 bucks for a small burger, fries and drink..and the fries were kept under a heat lamp and not fresh?!?! Come on Stake N Shake...nasty dill pickle slices (shouldve taken a picwilted lettuce...dissapointed!

I was a big fan but today as almost every Saturday we walked into fuddruckers and discovered they have changed there menu! And no longer had the burger Ive always had eaten.we turn and left why would you change the thing that made you so unique? I truly loved fuddruckers! But sorry to say me and my family are no longer a customer.yours truly Bobby Dies

Great food at a fair price. We always order Elk Burgers. They are amazing they’re so lean that they fill you up fast. We can’t ever eat an entire burger 🍔 & fries 🍟 or onion-rings. Love ❤️ their burgers 🍔. My daughter loves that you can get cheese sauce off the self serve fixings bar. She dips her fries in it & I actually tried it with onion rings & that was pretty good too, odd but good. Recommend y’all stop in here for your burger fix. I’m not a big fan of fast food but I sure love good food !!! 😁

The kids like it, but I think theyre a bit overpriced, especially the healthier menu items (which are extremely limited). The burgers are pretty good, but if youre trying to diet (like me), its not a good choice. My son did win two stuffed animals in the skill crane machine, and considering how many other restaurants weve been to with skill cranes that dont close or drop prizes, I have to give them one more star for not blatantly rigging a game for kids.

As always, the food is amazing. No complaints to the cooking staff at all! However the cashier, Hannah, unfortunately made our family visit an unpleasant one trying to order. Very rude and an attitude when we needed to make a change to our order. This won’t deter our business however next time we won’t hesitate to contact the manager. Sunday Oct. 8 12:10

The quality of their hamburgers is very good. Plus, you can build your hamburger with as much toppings as you like. Price-wise for what you get they are OK. Didnt have to wait long for the orders to be done. Cleaning staff were doing their part keeping the counter tops orderly. Friendly staff. Yes, all that merits 5 stars.

We had a great time and were so excited to find veggie burgers and pretzel buns! Not fancy, but a great place to the kids. Theres a playground outside, arcade games, and one of those great Coke machines. Very family friendly.

I was at the Beaumont fuddruckers and they had a problem with the carbonation in the drinks. They where not telling people at the register and they were still charging for drinks. In addition when I complained they did not even offer to refund the price of the 6 drinks of the group I was in. This is the second time in a row I was there and there was a problem with the soda machines. We also had trouble telling the burgers apart. They should make some way to tell them apart like a certain color of toothpick between the sizes.
