Fuddruckers in Killeen

The Killeen restaraunt is permanantly closed. I use to work here, but every time I suggest an edit to the hours it gets rejected. I was an employee here and they flat out lied about the store reopening.The owners for this store thought it would be a good idea to tell a comforting lie to us employees. We have recieved no severence and for 4 months weve waited which turned out to be a waste of our time.To existing fuddruckers employees and customers: if you ever hear about a store being temporarily closed, just assume its never going to reopen.

The staff are very rude. My grilled chicken was raw in the middle. Drive back to get it fixed and was told basically to f off, dropped my money on the ground. Like I just wanted it remade. Whatever.

Went here for lunch and enjoyed a 1/3 pound cheeseburger and fries. Burgers are cooked fresh and there is a toppings bar where you put your own items on the cooked burger. Bun options of white, wheat, and gluten free. Their soda fountain is a coke machine that you have endless possibilities to choose from. Overall, a great experience and yummy food. I will be back again!

3 stars is for the fries and the cleanliness of such an old looking establishment. Burger wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. Kudos to fresh veggie bar but the cheese (AMERICANis distasteful, I wonder if you switched brands? Staff on shift was really nice. I’ll come back if a friend invites me. However, I’ll just get fries, the cheese and fry sauce is good.

5 stars. When I need my Fudd fix I come here! I have been coming here for years. Manager Sandy and crew are always polite and friendly. Food is always good. One of my favorite spots in Killeen.

Its been years since Ive been to Fuddruckers. Passed this one yesterday and decided it is way past time to enjoy again. Kidlets and I are officially STUFFED [we only had 1/3 lb burgers and big fat fries]. Personally I think its pricey for burgers but you get what you pay for--sometimes delicioso is worth a lil more money. No wait. Plenty of seats. Staff was friendly and helped us decide what/how we wanted our food. We may not become FrequentFuddruckers but well definitely be back YAAAAAY

Good place to eat, however but theyre overpriced and only give you a handful of fries. I really like this place but I can get a better deal at Red Robin without sacrificing qualify nor taste. Plus Red Robin has unlimited fries. Cant beat that. Im really sad that Fuddruckers forced me to take my business elsewhere.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and the food is always good. I would have given it 5 stars except that with the money we spend here we deserve to get more than a handful of french fries. Other than that everything is good.

I purchased a 1/2 lbs and gave me a 1/3 lb burger. The gents that came with me agreed that was the wrong size, it was very obvious. The fries didn’t came with my meal, apparently they weren’t ready. And when they arrived were not well cooked. Fries tasted raw in the center. I spoke with the manager and didn’t even apologize. i don’t recommend this place ... no human side and no respect for the customers. I never asked for a refund, just was looking for an apology which wasn’t offer. This place is awful from the manager to the food !

I had a turkey burger today instead of buffalo. Big mistake. I recommend buffalo.Of course the skinny fries were perfect. The toppings were fresh and delicious. The fry did was a tiny bit spicy. Of course black pepper is spicy for me lol

Where to start? Well my family and I went here for burgers last night around 8 pm. First thing, there was some kind of disturbance outside with about 3 police cars and officers were walking all over looking for something.Now...the food. I had "the Works" my dad had the jalepeno burger, I believe called the "Texas", and my mom had just a standard burger with nothing special on it. I also had chili cheese fries, mom had onion rings and dad had fries. All of this was $40.00 even WITH a senior citizen discount AND a military discount. unbelievableon top of that, the onion rings were old, soggy, and chewy. Fries were basically mashed potatoes, same with the chili cheese fries. The meat on ny burger was visibly undercooked and was pink inside, after ordering a well done burger. My dads burger was the same way, asked for a medium. Medium doesnt mean pink inside, thats called "rare" but apparently not here. Here they have their own rules about burger cookedness. Of course we did find the burger cook chart on7y AFTER ordering. it was out of the way and printed in fine print. Bread was cold, condiments were old and burgers were not worth 40 bucks.So recap:1. Way too expensive2. Bad, old onion rings3. Bad fries4. Cold bread on the burgers5. Undercooked meat. I had to bring mine home to cook it more just to eat it.6. Bad, old condiments (lettuce, tomatoes, etc)Defiantly not coming back again. If you want a good burger go to Applebees or In-N-Out. Itll save your wallet as well

Everything was very good with the exception of the "half" order of onion rings. Eight small to medium sized rings for $2.25 over the regular combo with French fries was more than disappointing. Ill not be doing that, again!

Love this place like always fresh food an good attitude!!!!

My wife and I are on a mission to try every burger in Killeen. So far, we have eaten just about everywhere. Fuddruckers is by far the best burger I have had so far. Cooked perfectly. Love the toppings bar. We will be back and recommend to everyone we know.

Still awesome. And cheaper than Wendys. Went 5 times and there was never a line and not busy. If you dont like to que and love a great burger come on down. If I am in the Killeen area I will be there.

The damn best hamburger in town. Got the 16oz buger with blue cheese. Hell to the yeah. There is always to sides of the coin however. Ordered onion rings...... what the hell happened there, 5 rings not to mention very small 5 rings. Wish I had order fries instead.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Their food is really fresh and tastes delicious. They also have a vegetarian burger which my daughter is in love with. Definitely a place to be a fat kid!

Great place just took my Wife,daughter and son there for first time today great staff great food and a very enjoyable environment. Food was great we all had of course Burgers made medium rare and was right. WE WILL BE BACK

I got the Hangover and i really wanted to like it but the burger was just far too greasy. Made me feel sick. The rest of my party disagreed with the burgers as well. The workers are super sweet though!!

It is a bit more expensive than other burger places but it is well worth it. The exotics make for a nice change from the usual. This one didnt have the Boar but they did have the Elk, American Kobi, and Buffalo. Not sure about the American Kobi as in my opinion if it is comparable to the real thing it is a sin to make hamburger out of that meat, but that is just my opinion. The Elk is OK but my favorite is the Buffalo. It is very lean and has great taste. Love it. Of course that does not take away from their regular beef burgers. Not sure how they do it but those burgers are moist and full of great flavor.

We had a really good supper. My Burger was excellent. My wife was not too hot on the turkey burger. Very very good service with a kind young lady that offered to refill or drinks or condiments. Well be back again.

First visit to Fuddruckers, it will not be the last. Only visit The US and Killeen once a year but I can assure you it will be the first place to eat next time. Great service, great food and a wide selection. Cant wait to go back. This was our first experience with Fuddruckers being that there are none where we live (in Alabamathough we really wish there was. Food is AWESOME and the service is great. Jaccinda is a standout! Always friendly! A+++

This restaurant is pretty consistent in their quality and service. They have always gotten my order right. The toppings are free and always fresh.I think its time to update the restaurant as this one looks tired but they keep it clean.

Love your guys service and food. Im on a new life style called keto and you guys never give me or my family any problems when we all order our hamburgers with no buns or drinks or fries. Your staff is always nice and respectful keep up the good work! Me and my family will be coming back soon!

A-1 they have what you need ice cream, milk shakes, fresh made cookies, regular fries, potato wedges, list of all kinds of burgers, and the fixings are many you get yourself and dont forget the special french fry sauce its so good I but it on my burger as well. Staff is very accommodating. If you had a problem might be you or not Fuddruckers by the Mall.

My first time eating here. Very friendly and helpful...i got a childs size burger my husband half pound burger. Cooked how youd like and we got skinny fries. What i like alot is their fixings bar you can put whatever condiments on youd like. Id suggest this place to all.

Good fresh made to order burgers. Love the FREE cheese dip. Just wished the place was a little cleaner. Other than that we will go back.

Not sure why this place doesn’t have the best ratings, I’ve always had a great experience here. Around dinner time when all other restaurants are packed, it isn’t here. I always get my food quick and it’s fresh and delicious. My go-to is the hangover burger-so good! Whenever I had some friends visiting from out of town, I took them to fuddruckers for their first time and they all loved it. I love that the fries are wedges instead of the same old thin sliced fries.

Went to have a burger and fries today and there is one cashier with a line back to the dining area. Finally another cashier comes up and starts taking orders.I get my burger and its nice and hot. Take a bite and its fantastic and I grab a fry and its cold! WTH!Man that just ruined my entire lunch. I took a few more bites of my burger and left.

This was my first time going to a Fuddruckers. The cost was a little expensive, but the burgers were freaking amazing! The wait staff was accommodating. The atmosphere was good to have fun with friends. Will go back soon!

This Fuddruckers has had a very bad reputation in the past but they appear to have gotten much better. The food came out timely, even though there were quite a few people in the store. It was cooked properly and tasted fresh. The toppings bar was maintained and the condiments were full. The addition of the Coke Freestyle drink fountains rounded out the experience with some special Fuddruckers only flavors. In all I would recommend this place with a note of caution that this is the first time we have eaten here in 8 years.

Best dining experience around. Their customizable burgers and fresh ingredients are phenomenal. Their specialty non-alcoholic drinks are the best. Their vast variety of ice cream choice is impressive and equally delicious.

Pretty nice place no big concerns. Food was good . Facility was clean. Staff was very welcoming and respectful. Burgers are huge so if your hungry this place will satisfy that hunger. Only thing was the wait for my burger was a little long roughly 15 mins. The cheese sauce they provide free is nice and went well as a dip for my Frys. I would come back to this place for lunch again.

My SCA group has been using this location for four years for our business meeting. The staff and management are great. The food has never been bad and we will continue to use it for years to come.

The food is good. The service is friendly. Everything tastes fresh. I like having so many options for toppings. You can create your own burger exactly how you want it. My first time I made the mistake of not realizing how big the burgers can get and ordered one bigger than my head. Dont do that unless you are really hungry. Haha. I now stick with the 1/4 lb burger.

Theyve always had great fries. I would recommend the Worlds Greatest Offer which is a 1/3 lb burger, fries and cookie. Drink is extra. The cookies are great. They are known for their shakes as well. Great staff. All food is cooked to order. They even have a station with loads of condiments. It sits beside Chuck E Cheese right outside the Killeen Mall.

Fuddruckers is a hamburger place and more. They offer so much from huge 1lb hamburgers to beautifully made chicken salads. The staff is amazing and they work so well together pushing out orders fast. They keep the open topping bar clean and stocked. With so many options to choose from what more can you ask for.This place has plenty of seating (great for big partiesPlus is clean and well maintained. I would suggest this place to anyone.

Fuddruckers is one of those under promoted gems in the food industry. Their burgers are fantastic, and they have one of the best soda mixers around. They have 2 stand alone machines that are capable of mixing popular sodas like Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola with vanilla, cherry, and strawberry flavors.This is one of the few burger places where their advertising actually shows the exact burger youll be getting. If you buy a burger, compare it to their pictures on the wall. They look identically scrumptious, as opposed to McDonalds squished burger experience.Their meat selection is great, with options like bison and even vegetarian. I asked for my meat to be cooked medium rare, and it came out perfectly. They even allow you to ditch the bun, and replace it with a huge Lettuce leaf if you dont do bread. Their fries are great, offering 3 variants, skinny, wedge, and crinkle(these Im unsure of, I didnt try them). They cook them fresh for you so theyre amazing, if a little salty. They use larger chunks of salt on them.The atmosphere is great, they play 80s music and classic rock, and the servers are friendly. Parking is a bit difficult for this location, and its tucked away and small, but the food is good, the staff are skilled and friendly, and there are never very many people there. Great for family outings or just getting a bite with a friend.

Great restaurant and located well near the mall. I visited here mid-afternoon on a Sunday and the restaurant was nice and empty so we strolled right up and placed our order. The cashier was helpful and patient as well scrolled the menu. I did not feel rushed in any way. Our meal was ready within 8-12 min and was absolutely delicious. I had my young son with me and he even received a voucher for a free cookie.It was clean well stocked and the staff was professional and courteous.

Fantastic! Always good customer service, made fresh, large menu selection , REAL beef, cheese & veggies. & I love the selection of soft drinks they have.They even offer ice -cream & handmade milkshakes. The cotton candy & butterfinger milkshake is my fave. & I always get the bacon cheddar burger with the wedge fries, & on white bun & Im always very full and happy with my order.My total for myself usually comes to $14 for the smallest size single beef patty, add cheddar, add bacon w/ wedge fries & a milkshake. *Its worth the money!

Simply the best burgers Ive had so far. The food is ready fairly quickly and has never disappointed. The scratch-made milkshakes are to die for.

I have not visited this Fuddruckers store. My review is based on my recent experience with them catering to our high school band. We scheduled Fruddruckers to deliver burgers for our students yesterday. Sandy, the store manager, arrived early, set up the burgers, buns, cheese, vegetables, and condiments, served our students, and cleaned up. She did this for a very reasonable price per student--less than a box lunch at most restaurants. There were no delivery, set up, or catering fees. Sandy was so kind and helpful in her interactions with the students and the parent volunteers. The students loved the burgers! I would highly recommend this Fuddruckers location for catering! The food here is delicious. Just dont like the fact that they killed buffalo and elk for burgers. RIP animals. Overall, the service is excellent and the employees are very nice and are well trained. Thank you Fuddruckers. ☺☺😊😖😖😵😱

Sarah rocks!! Awesome customer service. Even though they were short handed she kept smiling and giving me information on some healthy choices. The staff was still pretty calm and nice considering a huge group came in. Great place and food!! It was very clean and everything was stocked up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are tables near the arcade games, tables far away from the arcade games, and a party room that works wonderfully for large groups. The food is delicious. If youve never been to a Fuddruckers before, the burgers are wonderful, the ice cream is good, and I personally love the seasoned wedge fries and fry sauce. They also have one of the new machines that does flavor combinations (like vanilla orange Fanta).

Classic delicious burgers and fries. The location is clean and the staff is generally pleasant. You get a good amount of food for your money and they have one of those cool, self serve, thousands of options drink machines. I love how you can load up your burger with all the condiments you want and that they are usually quite fresh.

I have been eating here for about two years now...well since 2012...maybe a little longer.I will never abandon this fuddruckers. Its us by far the best out of any in central AND west Texas. The orders cone out super fast, always exactly what I order, and always fresh ! The toppings bar is always kept clean, well stocked, and fresh. 10/10 I recommend to my friends to eat here. We make it a habit to eat at least once a week.~Batman
