I LOVE Italian ice but unfortunately I compare everything to Joes, Italian, ice in Anaheim. I think its good enough to go back and have again, but it is not an adequate substitution for Joes. Also, I think theyre trying to do too much. There were odd smells in there with the combination of sandwiches and ice cream.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The Italian Ice and Frozen Custard is so good 😋 it’s a great place to stop by especially on a date or when you’re out with friends

Staff is really friendly and give lots of free samples so that customers can know what they are ordering. This customer services is what gets us to keep coming back. The custard is delicious and creamy, and the sorbet cream is so refreshing! Best cold treat in Riverside!

If you want to be ignored by the entire staff come here. waited about 15 mins while 5 girls just stood there and didn’t even acknowledge me. terribly rude.

Great place! Went today to cool off and was greeted by Kristin who was just great at her job. She offered us samples of different flavors we had never chosen before while we were looking over the different sorbets, and we all ended up with great flavors that were from those suggestions. Knowledgeable staff made this super easy and a fun trip :)

A genuine and warm greeting at the start was a great sign, and Frostbites delivered in terms of product and service! I told Ana it was my first time there and she treated me like royalty, offering tastes of flavors and even mixing a couple of samples for me(which is rare in ice cream stores post Covid, I have found). I tried the blood orange and lemon sorbets with the vanilla ice cream, and WOW! I can’t wait to bring the family next time! This will definitely be one of our favorite places to enjoy when the weather is hot! Frostbites is to the left of the entrance of Michael’s craft store. There are a few tables and chairs for seating outside, but not enough…summer is coming and I’m guessing it will be busy, but this is where you want to get dessert! Looks like delivery services are available, though.

Best frozen treat in California! If guys are looking for a new location, Menifee, CA is a great place!

So delicious. I tried the passion fruit flavor and the cherry and they were both really good! The staff is really nice and you can tell they like their work.

My favorite icecream to get in Riverside. The sour gummy worm is so fire with vanilla cream. I always get a Large (considering I am a tiny asian person). Frostbites always has me coming back for more

I wanted to try something new, so I drove 30 minutes to have a nice experience at this location. However, I found out that ‘Frostbites CREPES’ does not have Crepes. It was so bad I wanted to give them a 0, but that’s not possible, so I’ll give them a 1. Also, it is a really messy place.

Great little treat after a good meal or just a sinful dessert. Yhey always have something new to try but I love getting the green apple and cherry mixed with the vanilla yogurt.

I ordered a crepe and a small coffee. Simple right? Well the crepe was DISGUSTING! Tasted old! like rubber, soggy and barley any strawberries in it. The coffee had a horrible taste and I thought adding creamer would help so I added 4 creamers and they were all old with clumps in it and the sugar was hard as a rock like they had previously spilled something on it and it hardened. As I was waking out I noticed just how dirty the facility was. The place where they keep the toppings was a mess and very unsanitary. Even the glass that’s protecting the toppings for the crepes was very dirty. Extremely disappointed!

Absolutely love coming here. Its so much fun. They really cater to you when you go up to the counter. If you have kids they are super patient and attentive and let them try different flavors as well as ask what they like. I have been here several times and each time they have been so kind. Theres so many flavors and all so good. You can even put sour salt or tajin on your ice cream. This is one of my favorite places for dessert.

I been going to this ovation for about 9 years after find it here on goggle search. I used to go to the one out in OC but was happy i found one closer to home. Customer service is on point and ice cream is still amazing and the crepes with bananas, strawberries, Nutella and powder sugar delicious. My favorite sorbet is the passion fruit and mango together. Go try it and enjoy. One thing I can advise on the location is to clean it lol a bit dirty.

4 gals behind counter stood deaf and dumb, not greating or acknowledgement But Ari saved the day! She offered sample and was so happy that i ordered it, service with a smile. Thanks. Combo of vanilla, 3 diff sorbet flavors, made my tongue do the happy dance. 💃

Everytime I come here they are always super nice! They give samples too, so you can try the different flavors and decide what you want. They dont require you to wear a mask either, which I like!

Ill start with the positives: the guy who helped us was really friendly and helpful. He took his time with giving samples to my friend and her family because it was their first time visiting. The gelato is always so good and I love that the workers know what flavor combos go together. Now onto the not so positive: its not the cleanest location Ive been to. The owner should consider taking time to improve on it. Second, which isnt really their fault, is the location. There are several homeless people, one who was in nothing but her underwear with a blanket wrapped around herself (dont ask me how I know. Im still trying to wipe that from my memorywho came up to me taking about her comforter. Then she cussed out the employee who told her to leave, then threatened the employee bodily harm. Yeah, we left after that. Ill stick to the Cerritos location.

The frozen custard is soooo good!!! My only complaint is that we waited a really long time in line and then for the crepes, and the crepe my niece ordered she asked for very light mayo and it had so much mayo she refused to eat it and was so upset. It’s already after 10 pm and we’re just not willing to wait any longer to get a new one made.

They let you sample the ice cream. I like that its got many types of dessert. The location is on the small side so it gets packed quickly. Also the parking situation is a bit tough but nothing thats bad. Good food though.

Frostbites offers items you cant get anywhere else. If you are thinking of getting Fro-yo this should be on your list. Sorbet creams (light flavorful Italian ice on top and sweet creamy frozen custard on the bottomare a magical combination. Always offer samples and dont rush you. You can sample til you find your perfect match. Mango, passion fruit is a favorite combo. Also really like their red raspberry! Tons of flavors like coconut, taro, PB, blue raspberry, green apple, salted caramel. No bad choices. You can also get a sweet or savory crepe. Biggest downside is the parking. Always chaotic in that shopping center.

If anyone has a family or friend with dementia, I’m here to tell you that this place is so patient with people who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, and any other memory care needs. ! Natalie delivered excellent customer service and was SO patient with my residents and even allowed them to try different flavors of ice cream without making them feel like they needed to rush because they were very busy. She and her other coworkers worked so well with us and definitely will have us back as regulars! They are so kind and I shows a lot for this company. Along with the best Ice cream in town. We can’t thank you guys enough!

I love the ice cream!!!the customer service it’s always great they take time with each group to make sure they choose the ice cream that they like my main concern and the reason of my low stars is that it’s been 3 times I been in this location and I’ve seen Roaches walking around the walls the counters and even in the sprinkles section( reason I never get sprinkles)and the first time I saw them I told one of the employees and just said thank you for letting me know. but then thinking they were going to take care of the situation next time I went I saw the same problem and was watching how one of them was crawling on the wall and a employee cleaning with a rag saw it turn around look at us and ignore it I would of prefer her smashing it with the rag then just letting it go away. It might sound weird me coming back to this place but like I said I like the ice cream here and guessing that inside the fridge where cold is this nasty critters dont stay there but who knows everytime I come here I spend 30 to 45 dollars and the punching card it’s great idea but my husband never eats from here he thinks I’m crazy for still buying from here sorry for the review but I hope you guys can take care of the problem.

First time there and everyone was super helpful, friendly and explained the different combinations. We were not rushed. We chose our flavors and we were not disappointed. Will definitely go back.

I think this place has excellent Sorbet and custard. Theres nothing like it. The facility could be a little cleaner, but its not too bad. Small inside, but at least theres no longer inside dining. Try the sorbet chill if youve never had it. Delicious.

The ice cream is absolutely delicious. I had peanut butter and another flavor I forgot “sorry”. But It was good. Not sure if it’s soft serve but it’s really good.Plus the staff there is super friendly and warming.The lady who worked there was super nice and gave my family and I some samples and I really in joyed the flavors. Overall 10/10 I will comeback soon and recommend for an ice cream place to go to.

Great place to go the ice cream there is a treat to yourself. All of the ice creams there are good but the downside is that they charge for the smallest cup around $4 dollars. All in all they do give you samples of the ones other people created or themselves. I will come here to this place on my next visit.

Yum! I checked out this place because of a knowledgeable coworker. I didn’t think I would enjoy a combination of shave ice and frozen custard. It was delicious! This is now one of my favorite places to get ice cream.Customer service was so amazing, I even left a tip in the jar. Our host was so knowledgeable and gave us three samples each. She answered our questions and was patient. She also had great suggestions.They also have a rewards punch card. Since it was a rainy day, they gave us double punches!

Man this place is awesome. It was my first time there and I was astonished, shook, and just all round in awe. The lady asked if I been there before and my friend who took me there said "its his first time". Bruh the lady gave me the run down with samples that tasted like Jolly Ranchers and cake pops, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups. I was just shocked at how they made everything taste like the actual candy. I really like this place

This place is really good. The ice cream, crepes, and more. They have a reward card to get $2.00 off next visit. You get 2x if you go when it rains. Enjoying this ice cream every time I come.

Surprisingly good! Im not really an Italian Ice fan, but they put a good size serving of soft serve vanilla custard ice cream in your bowl, then top it with various flavors of Italian ice. Its do delicious. Staff was very helpful and offered many samples to help you decide. Price was good considering all the various options to choose from.

The place is kind of small they have friendly staff. The variety of desserts on their menu is not the biggest but they do offer sample taste testings of all the sorbets. The Crepes were tasty I feel they took a little while to make one crepe. Reasonably priced and I love the fact that it is open kind of late.

Honestly by far the best frozen dessert anyone can ask for!!! The Italian ice cream goes well with the vanilla custard they have. I love getting the sorbet cream getting watermelon and passionfruit(shoutout to Drake lolor getting blue raspberry and strawberry.
