Frituur No.1 in Pokhara

Some of the best burgers in Pokhara, could compete with most burgers in the West. My Dutch friend was very happy with the Dutch-style croquettes. Great place to eat and relax, minutes from lakeside.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time, and excellent beers from Sherpa Brewing. It’s also very good value. I would highly recommend Frituur and will definitely visit often when in Pokhara.

Having read so many good things about the burgers, I ordered spicy chicken burger and chicken croquet yesterday. Huge disappointment ! Huge !The burger had no lettuce, no onions, no cheese and was completely dry without any sauce. All that I received in the name of spicy chicken burger was a non spicy chicken patty with 3 slices of tomato (wow), put between two bun halves. Is that how you even layer a burger ? Shame ! The croquet was equally disappointing. It was of deep dark brown shade - probable a tad bit away from being burnt. All that for a good 690 NPR. Absolute waste of time and money. Im never ordering from here again.Note to the person running the place - If youre not interested in cooking for paying customers, at least dont accept the orders.

Delicious and well-seasoned burger (pork/buffalo). We added cheese to ours. Fresh fries. Garlic dipping sauce was fantastic. Cost was worth an excellent burger. We also ordered a cheese croquette that was crunchy and filled with a smooth and creamy cheese blend. Sunil was attentive and friendly which added to our eating experience. Cant wait to go back and have another juicy cheese burger after the circuit!

Believe the hype- this is the best burger in Pokhara. Great fries, too. You won’t be disappointed

Meh…burger was good but they charge you for ketchup, don’t take credit cards, and the beer is overpriced. Felt like they try to nickel and dime you for every maximum bit of profit they can make.

The French Fries is astonishing good! My job is sometimes to cook them and a lot can go wrong. These are great! I tried the croquet as well, that one was okay.

Tourist trap, overpriced and fairly tasteless. The burger had no seasoning added to the meat mix, so it lacked flavour. The fries...last time I was in Belgium, the fries were soft and covered in Mayonnaise....not here !! Better and waaaaay cheaper burgers in town

Food far above average! Burger patty has an excellent, far above average taste and far above average thickness for this price. Less salty french fries are definitely above average; appearance and taste. Price is really fair and suits to the locality. Likely the best tasting burger with french fries in Pokhara. Very quick, friendly and switched on waitress.

Scrumptious burger and fries! The burger patty was incredibly juicy and savory, the topped caramelized onions were delicious - a perfect combination. The Belgian fries were perfectly seasoned. A quaint little shop at the lakeside with reasonably priced food. The server/cook was very friendly and attentive. A must visit when you are in Pokhara.

Discovered this cool place in Pokhara on my recent visit by chance. A place to go for tempting food and a good deal of Belgian and Nepali Beers are not to be missed! I still remember their Hamburger that just melts in your mouth. Fries & Whole Grilled Chicken were equally yum and I can go on! Going back there for sure!

Visited Frituur No. 1 recently and had a nice experience. I tried the vegetarian burger there, the burger itself was not to bad. I was hoping it was more crunchy or a harder patty. Toppings were alright too.The fries though at this place is genuine. Ive travelled to Belgium and Netherlands and had their fries in the country, very similar to what they have here. Definitely recommend eating them.Atmosphere is quite nice as well. The decor, organization and very modern environment is different but very laid back place to have a drink and food.

Went there because of raving reviews on TripAdvisor. The food did not disappoint. Frituur No.1 is quite famous abroad, it means fries- Belgian fries. I tried it and i liked it even though i dont eat potato. However, I love burgers, especially red meat ones. Like most of the places in Pokhara, during Dashain season, menu was limited and we had a cheese burger. The patty was a perfect blend of pork and buff meat which made it tasty and filling. Cheese croquettes were okay, most people would like it. You have to buy the different sauces separately but at 30rs per dip, i didnt mind it. I guess the best part of this place is the overall food preparation. From the patty to the cheese and buns were nicely grilled and was fresh. The patty wasnt frozen and deep fried, everything was hygienic. My recommendation is to visit the place once and try their burger.

The veggie burger was lovely! One of the best I’ve had in Nepal so far. The chips were also great. This is definitely a spot to visit if you’re staying in Pokhara. I’ll be back soon for another burger! 🍔

Wow, this was quite an experience. I enjoyed the mouth watering burgers and grilled chicken. Among all the burgers in Pokhara, I can confidently say that Frituur has been serving number one burgers.

We love this place. Awesome food. The lady who always serve us is nice and friendly. My favorite is Cheese Croquette. The burgers and sandwiches are really good. They have the menu on the wall what is available and price. Very transparent. Highly recommend it to check it out. And you will always come here. They also use leaf plate, which is good for environment 🙏🙌👍

This place officially took the spot for the top burger we have ever had in Nepal and possibly the best ever! I hate to sound like a foodie but you can really tell a good burger not only by the patty itself but also the bun, and the fact that these tasty buns held together all the way to the end of the burger was amazing! The fries were also super tasty and like what we have back home in Canada. We live a couple hours outside of Pokhara and definitely will be back. We highly recommend to check out this place!! Maybe we can convince him to add poutine to the menu....🙂

Dutch Pomme Frites in a cone and a novel Buffalo + Pork burger that is as good as a beef burger. Bottled Dutch beers too. Good vibe and sun drenched tables around lunch time

DELICIOUS!! Cheeseburger was absolutely divine and the fries were delicious. Highly recommend! The burger is a mix of buffalo and pork and now we want to try that combination at home. Great selection of Belgian beer too!
