Un lugar demasiado agradable, José, Mónica y Sebastián muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El hostal queda muy bien ubicado.Lo único que para mí no fue bueno, fue su chef, una señora muy antipática, si sólo va a hacer los desayunos, no me explico por qué pasa todo el día en el hostal .

Pesima experiencia la que tuvimos! La organización malísima. Y nos botaron cuando ya teniamos la reserva e incluso el check in por 2 dias ( Al primer dia nos pidieron desalojar)

Très bon accueil. Lendroit est charmant avec de belle peinture sur les murs. Propre, fonctionnelle même un sèche cheveux à disposition ainsi quun coffre fort.

Cambiaron de administración y se nota el BUEN cambio. Tiene unos cuartos hermosos, muy confortables, excelente servicio del personal e higiene.

El hostal está bien, pero no excepcional. Habitaciones calurosas y sin luz del exterior. Las almohadas no son el fuerte de este hostal. Lo mejor eran los baños, pero están fuera de la habitación. El servicio del personal fue bueno porque hubo averías del agua en todo el barrio y ellos se ofrecieron a dar a los huéspedes alternativas a ese fallo de suministro.

El hostal tiene todo lo necesario, las camas son amplias, al igual que las habitaciones, los baños son externos a ellas. Tiene desayuno incluído con cereales, yogurt, leche, pan, queso, jugo de naranja y café. Muy bien ubicado

Un hostal con una ubicación inmejorable, buenos restaurantes y bares alrededor, una parte linda de Medellín con un buen ambiente, excelente atención y precios muy económicos.

DANGER DO NOT STAY HERE. FIRE HAZZARD.Toxic fumes in our room, probably an electrical fault with the overhead fan. We had to change hostel as no other room was available. They refused to refund us to cover the additional costs we incurred by booking another hostel.This was really dangerous and we both felt dizzy and sick from the fumes. The hostel lied about the source of the fumes and laughed at me when I said it was dangerous and a fire hazzard.

Me cambiaron de hostal para mi última noche diciendo que tenían que hacer un arreglo porque supuestamente había comejen, cuando en verdad le dieron la habitación a otra reserva. El hostal estaba sobre vendido y decidieron cambiar a alguien ya alojado a otro hostal.El hostal al que me pasaron no se comparaba en nada por lo que había pagado, por ende, pelee y tuve varios inconvenientes con la persona a cargo. La persona encargada me dice que la habitación disponible en ese momento era de otra reserva que llegaba esa noche y por ende tenía que pagar el excedente (el cual era 3 veces mayor a lo que ya había pagadológicamente yo no iba a pagar porque ya había hecho una reserva con un mes de anterioridad. Claramente cualquier persona en mi situación y al ver que no le dan una solución lógica se enojaría y como yo, levante un poco el tono de voz, fue una situación que me indignó mucho.Nunca fui grosera con él, sin embargo, me contesta: "bueno, si se va a levantar el tono de voz, si llega haber escándalo, gritos... Toca llamar a la policía". Esta respuesta fue amenazante e incomoda a lo que le respondí: "no entiendo por qué llegar al nivel de llamar a la policía si no te estoy gritando ni siendo grosera, ni te he pegado, pero dale perfecto si quieres yo misma la llamo a ver que solución nos da pero no creo que la policía pueda arreglar eso". El señor me dice si puede porque si nosotros no queremos tener a alguien en nuestro hostal, ya sea porque le hagamos devolución de su dinero y siga acá peleando la policía la puede sacar ". Me esperaba cualquier otra respuesta, menos que su solución de cobarde por su error de sobrevenga sea llamar a la policía.En verdad lo único que pensaba era como... En verdad es la solución que friends to be puede darme?... Que falta de respeto con el huésped que ya estaba alojado y más a punta de mentiras... Lastima que este ubicado en un excelente sector pero por el simple hecho de ese error no lo recomiendo porque a quien le asegura que no le dirán lo mismo para meter en una habitación una reserva más grande

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGSHope that got your attention.Aside from the bedbugs, the place was okay. Good location, decent WiFi, not too much noise at night (we were in room 11 on the second floor).Unfortunately everything to do with the bed was just terrible. The double bed was just two singles pushed together, mattresses were more on the uncomfortable side than not and the pillows were so lumpy they felt like potato sacks.We found the bedbugs on our second night. The front desk employee did not seem at all shocked or concerned when inspected the room (almost as if this was a weekly occurrence). We packed our stuff and got out right away. Employee did seem to understand why we would want to be refunded for the night we were leaving since we had stayed past checkout time. Got 2/3 of the money owed.

CAUTION!Bed bugs!!! There is a huge contermination of bed bugs in this hotel, we changed the room and we got biten even worse, for your own safety stay out of this place

Hasta ahora en nuestro viaje es el hostal mas bonito que hemos visitado. El concepto y automatización es espectacular como ingeniero me quede muy agusto con este lugar ya que es muy eficiente y esta todo bien instalado. La cocina esta bien equipada y el desayuno solo lo completamos con 2 huevos por separado ya que comemos mucho. Saludos.

I loved this hostal it was very chill, the staff was wonderfull and has a unique vibe to it. The location is as good as it gets and the price was just the exact amount of what I recieved back.

BEDBUGS!! On my 2nd night sleeping there I woke up full of ichiness, I checked the bed and saw many bedbugs crawling around! My gf has her body completely full with red spots! After complaining, we were given a new room for the next night, but the sheets had already old blood spots, sign that we were not the first ones to have that problem, and sign also of little hygiene from the hostel, so we decided to leave. Weve sent an email to the owner explaining how bad it was our experience, and how much hassle we needed to go through (basically we had to wash all our backpacks and stuff at the laundry, which costed us a lot of money and timeand we asked for a refund at least for the 2 nights we spent there, which caused the problem. He/she replied in a very rude way, blaming our hygiene and basically saying that we brought those bugs to the hostel (although we never had problems before)...when we said that Google has more reviews on bedbugs for the hostel, the reply was again rude and more accusatory. This was really the worst hostel experience I had in 3 months in whole South America, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

BEDBUGS!!!We had bedbugs in our room, and in stead of giving us a refund for the inconvenience the very rude owner blamed us that we took it with us from salento!!!This is not possible though, the complaints started after we slept the first night in friends to be.Next to that: hygiene is very poor and also other people had complaints of bedbugs during their stay there.Furthermore: location is good and cleaning lady is very friendly but breakfast very very basic and employees don’t speak any english.

BEDBUGS!Just want to inform you about the horrible circumstances. We had no WIFI in the first room so we switched in another one there we found bedbugs all over.Two more of the people we met in other room also had bites and the stuff is not willing to help you. Nobody speaks english its so horrible.Please be careful its a really bad place with unfriendly stuff and a huge problem with bedbugs! I had bites all over my body.Im usually not the guy for bad reviews but thats to bad to not mention it.

КЛОПЫ!!!! so guys here is the story this hostel if full of bedbugs and the staff is not caring at all! no one speaks English, stuff is getting stolen here and they pretend to not understand what happened! We found this animals on the bed what is a sign for serious bedbugs problem! We spoke to the reception and they did literally NOTHING! We checked out immediately and they booked the rooms with new people without destroying the bugs with chemical substances!!! THIS IS CRAZY !!! DONT STAY HERE - DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! The price isnt worth your whole suitcase full of bugs and a horrible bitten body! Attached you can find a picture of the bitten skin and the animals! STAY AWAY !

ACHTUNG!!!Bettwanzen!!!Eigentlich ein schönes Hostel mit vielen Sanitäranlagen und gut gelegen, wären da nicht Bettwanzen, mehrere Diebstähle vermutlich von Mitarbeitern verübt und einige Kleidungsstücke die beim Waschen verschwinden.Das Personal spricht kein Englisch daher ist die Kommunikation schwierig, Geld bekommt man beim vorzeitigen auschecken nicht zurück und befallene Zimmer werden einfach wieder belegt.Und der Chef ist nie zu sprechen.Bleib weg von diesem Hostel !!!!!

Very clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay although the place is very quiet so its hard to meet people.

Beds are very comfortable, its a really clean place and wifi is very good also you get a towel no extra charge. Staff very knowledge and always helpful.

מקום חביב, נקי, שירותי כביסה, מטבח, עוזר לברר לגבי אטרקציות והצוות ממש נחמד ומשקיע שתהיה מוכן לטיול. יש חדרים גם פרטיים במחירים סבירים אבל אפשר לשמוע כל חדר מכל חדר בצורה ברורה שזה מפריע קצת

Es un lugar donde puedes sentirte en familia.Muy ameno. Deberían visitarlo sin duda alguna.Its a place where you feel in family.Very mild . You should visit it without any doubt!

Good facilities and WiFi, clean, friendly staff; but it is currently 03:45am, and the windows are shaking from the noise, and the walls and my bed are vibrating with it. There is a club next door: dont stay here.

Muy lindo el hostal pero faltan lugares comunes para fomentar el intercambio. Pros: tiene un buen desayuno, duchas con agua caliente y está en uno de los barrios más céntricos de Medellín. Contras: está al lado de una discoteca, por ende los fines de semana no se puede descansar si es lo que se busca.

Really nice Hostel ! Friendly Stuff , everything is quite new and really clean, good location and cool chillout terrace. We stayed 3 nights in the dorms and we enjoyed it. I can highly recomend that Hostel!
