Friends of Riverside Park in Beaver Dam

A Wonderful park on the Beautiful Rock River, with a splash pad, tennis courts, pavilions,kids play areas... and fishing plus a food stand. 🏞

Took my grandson to the Water park their. Had fun. He met some new friends. Did notice the park itself had garbage on the ground. Not well maintained.

If you want a very challenging hike along the Rock River, walk the Devils Staircase. A part of the Iceage Trail.

Fun for the whole family. Seasonal sports, recreation, disc golf, etc... Great place!

I grew up going here they have made many improvements for the kids. Splash pad and zip line or picnics or maybe launch your boat or just sit on the bank fishing

Beautiful park running along side of the Rock river. Lots of trees, family activities like the splash pad tennis and pickle ball?courts, shuffle board, the Ice Age trail, and so much more...

Water is freezing cold BUT on an extremely hot day it feels great!!!

Lunch by the river and enjoying the nice breeze on another very warm summer day! Recently moved to Janesville Wi.., and Riverside Park is only about four blocks away from home! A "very nice" park.., second time there today and I really enjoy it!! Recommend highly!

Splash pad is great for kids on hot days

Nice park that has tons of different spaces to enjoy. We took a walk & enjoyed the different animals that were around. Great place to bring the kids for playground & splash pad fun. Im already making plans to come back with friends & spend the day here fishing & picnicking.

Just a nice place to chill have a picnic fish...a splash pad for the kids and little zip line. Also has a pier for fishing and an ice cream shop!

I took my grandbabies for a walk their nice park with playground but the cars really need to slow down there were 2 cars who sped around a car that was doing the speed limit SLOW DOWN PEOPLE!!

First time I had been in Riverside Park in probably 20 years and it was pretty cold yet. It was a nice place for a walk and didnt seem as run down as I remembered it.

Riverside has turned into one of the nicest parks in Janesville.

Food is great, good prices and a nice senior menu. Staff is always friendly.

They do fantastic things for the park, keep up the good work.

This is a very nice park with places to picnic and have large family get togethers. There is a place in the summer to buy snacks and drinks. A water fountain play area, boat landings, and shelter buildings. The Devils Staircase segment of the Ice Age Trail also starts in this park.

Unfortunately the gate was closed due to high water and much of the park was essentially flooded but it still remains my favorite place in Janesville.

Best park in Janesville. Playgrounds, splash park, places for snacks, sports and beautiful views of the river. I wish they would have kept the wading pool, but still amazing.

Awesome park, clean, nice picnic tables with umbrella shades, kids zip line.

My son had a lot of fun here but he did slip and fall many times. We left with scrapes on our arms, legs and toes! Just wish it had a padded surface, not cement

Beautiful park. Splash pad is a great place for the little ones. Concession stand open Friday- Sunday with great ice cream.

This park is very beautiful. It has lots of things for kids. My son and his friends loved the hiking and jumping off the pier into the Rock River. There are playgrounds, sports fields, pavilions, etc. There is something for everyone!
