Food is ok good atmosphere the place is good to have a good time . The only bad 👎 things is they have a waitress that even if you not finish he brings you the bill he dosent ask if you ready to pay or if you want dessert and the forks and knifes and spoons look very dirty they need to changed them fast

Food was okay nothing Wao.But the brownie with ice cream was delicious.

Took my wife to dinner tonight & the food took forever & was cold. Told the waitress it was cold she took it back & brought me the same food just warmed up in a microwave which made it worse. The drinks were horrible. This is nothing like the United States Friday’s the service was bad. I do not recommend it this place.

Long waiting. The place is noisy. Waiter gave us the menu and never came back, we have to ask for a table change and a new waitress.

The restaurant was clean and the ambiente felt like a sports bar. US and Dominican games were on multiple screens with lots of visitors cheering their team on. The waitress did take a long time to get to us between visits and the food took about half hour which felt a bit too long. The food was good and I strongly recommend the mozzarella sticks. Overall I recommend the venue for some decent food and watching games.

Food was amazing as always and gave me a taste of home away from home. This earned 3 stars.This lost 2 stars. Prices are much more expensive in Santo Domingo then the chains in Canada… very surprising but clearly they only want to cater to tourists or people who can afford it. Meal for 2 adults and 1 child with appetizer was $130.00. Same meal in Canada would be $40 less. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The quality of the food and the service has gone done but the prices have gone up drastically.I went there for lunch and it cost me 70.00 US for two people..The just opened an Applebees up the street..I will be going there next time...

Just like a TGI Friday’s in the States. Great service, good food, nice atmosphere.

Decent burgers. Expensive. 28% tax plus tip made a couple burgers, fries and lemonade a $50 meal. Doubtful well go back.

The food was good. I loved the ambience and it was following covid restrictions.

This TGI Fridays is way better than the many TGI Fridays that I have visited in the states. They make the food exactly to my specifications. The drinks are not watered down and they are strong. The service is OUTSTANDING. The TGI Fridays in the states should take a cue from this one.

I have been here precovid, covid, and post covid. Probably 15 times. It is close to my hotel. The drinks are moderately priced. Unfortunately, the food is just not edible.I am usually hungry when I get there so I am willing to overlook a lot. And it is not a language problem either. It is the kitchen and the actual food. The best summary is that you are getting a reheated frozen dinner for many of the entrees and for locally sourced items like a burger, the quality and cooking is poor.If you are looking for a moderately priced, edible dinner, go elsewhere.

Love the variety of the menu. Ive had practically everything there is to offer and the food is actually good no matter what you get. Service is great too, theyre pretty attentive. The environment is nice and social, its mostly crowed though. Excellent place overall, would definitely recommend

The food is great! They just took too much time for server you. I think they have fewer employers than they actually need.

To the standards you would expect from a TGIGreat place to sit and watch the world go by while eating great food.

Their quality is changed after pandemic but still the good place for Dine in or take out.The hot sauce is not good.

I asked for bottle water and a cup of ice. After I was almost done with the water I noticed a white powdery substance at the bottom of the cup and all around the inside of the cup. When I asked my waiter he stated "it wasnt anything dangerous probably just some soap" no apology the supervisor/manager never spoke to me. They then didnt at least offer to remove the water from my bill. I was in a rush and decided I would address it on the website to corporate. I also contacted them on IG the stated they would investigate and be in touch. 2 days later Ive not heard back. Be very mindful of your drinks when visiting this location. I ended up sick to my stomach later in the evening into the morning.

Buffalo wings were quite old and hard, not to mention they werent wings LOLI usually love Fridays but they definitely need to work on their outdoor areaFeeling like the main course in a cena del 24 :(

Our waitress didnt care much and the Pepsi glass was 90% ice. The food was good and the place clean.

TV displays for sports....delicious drinks and typical American grill dishes. Delicious cocktail options. Friendly and attentive waiters and waitresses providing great service. Great location at Atropolis center next to all the shops

Great food, nice special, really love they are using paper straws, however I do not appreciate places that does not give you other options but soda on their promo like people is trying to live healthier at least we can have ice tea or water not just soda

Coming from the States, I dont usually go to a foreign country and go to a common restaurant that I can find in my backyard, but I wanted to see if the taste would be identical to the taste in the U.S. Same flavor, everything was great!

Great place, excellent quick attendance, the place has a great location due to acroplis tower nearby areas, since get there u get u get into a family , trendy and friendly atmosphere , lots of tasteful delicious dishes, soft drinks, hard drinks, desserts and so on, one of the places where quality vs prices is totally perfect, and by the way dont forget to make a quick while inside there and ull get a free hot brownie + vanilla icecream over the top for free ....

the burger was supposed to be medium and ended up being rare, it was too so sloppy Lee done that I got a stomach ache ate afterwards the french fries were also cold. I would stick to something else in that mall

In the late houers,around 10:30 pm,you have to wait more than 45 min for an salada and pasta,and then after all,you have to wait 15 min for the bill,after of corce you look another 10 min for waitress to ask for it.Not so pleasant

Best service in the city. Nicest and most diligent waiters I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. Food is top notch too, try the Jack Daniels burger!

Delicious food, and our waitress went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted. There was a little mix up when our table ordered a few different appetizers and they all came on the same plate, but it wasnt specified whose order it was so we expected more food to come out...then it didnt so we had to order another order and pay for the extra.

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon to have some drinks. The drinks were amazing! The lava flow was the best of all the drinks we ordered. The margaritas and rum punch was amazing as well. We had two bartenders and both we nice and fast when it came to making drinks. Next time in here I will be sure to visit again.

The drinks are soft at best. ordered margarita but got a lime juice.The food has improved i would hace given 4 stars but the bad service was way too slow (took 2 hours to get an appetizer and a hamburger)

Food is delicious, if you like spicy food and pasta you can have the "Chicken & Shrimp Diablo", it is worth the money. The waitresses are so friendly and gentle, however, you have to wait more than 30 minutes for the food, which is not viable if you only have 1 hour for lunch. I wouldnt recommend it for lunch if you have limited time to eat. The place is comfy and clean and so are the bathrooms.

Food was not good. Seems like the cooks in the kitchen weren’t trying very hard at all. Server and staff were friendly. Restaurant was nice. But dinner was bad. There are other restaurants in Acropolis center that are much better. Go to outback instead.

I went there on the 29th of July. Had a salad that was very good. Unfortunately i had asked for no onions but to my surprise there was a lot of onions that they hid under.They offered to change it but by the time they brought it back i had no more appetite and they still charged me for the plate.

The food is delicious and the waiters very friendly. I loved it! I recommend it.My friends and I enjoy the food, it was tasty.Yummy.💙

I love this place, the view is very nice, there is an excellent terrace, the food is really good and they have good drinks but need improvement in this area.
