Freshii in Peterborough

Terrible! Just terrible! This is the worst freshii locations so far and there were no other options either in Peterborough.The portion sizes are kid size. The extra toppings when you ask them, theyll put half a scoop even if you pay for a full scoop. Dont even get me started on the sauces. They purposefully serve less sauce so that youd have to get extra with the regular amount of toppings and base.The staff is very unhelpful and petty.Dont really care about you or your order. The person flashing a $20 buck tip gets a world class service but for an average Joe on a student budget, its "the-exits-that-way" sir. Whose working them? Cruella de Ville? Whats wrong with the fake eagerness for a better experience? If you cant be authentically service minded, why even work here ? They look underpaid, overworked, and exhausted.Has the Employment Standards Ontario marched in lately?

Great fresh food.

It seems freshii is a great place as long as you’re going to pick up your meal. Tried to order from skip at 7 in the evening and after selecting dishes for 15 minutes was informed that they are closed to delivery. Was told to download the app which I did and it doesn’t work. I really wish they would just tell me they don’t want my business instead of making me jump through a thousand hoops that still leave me with no food. WORST RESTAURANT IN PETERBOROUGH hands down. Staff is nice enough but useless. Freshii needs to just limit themselves to walk-ins and stop wasting everyone’s time!

WAY over priced for very little. $10.99 for a bowl of rice with 4 vegetables in it. At least add chicken. All i got was a teaspoon of beans, 3 half cut tomatoes, a teaspoon of corn and 1/4 of an avacado. The avacado was no bigger than my thumb i kid you not. I can barely taste the sauce which is not even visible. Thats it for $10.99. get the hell out of here!. I had to come home and add my own chicken, my own, carrots, my own cucumber. I can see through your games. I wont be going back there any time soon. There are other places in town that do bowls for less and give you more. Youve lost a customer for life.

I love Freshii but come on you guys got my order wrong and I ordered through the Uber Eats app for pickup with instructions added. I paid for extra sauce and barely got any. I said no black beans in my bowl and there are black beans ….Please read through your orders, they were added in there for a reason and the extra cost should be noted for extra adds.

The staff is so friendly and great with offering suggestions if you aren’t sure what you want. I’ve ordered through the Freshii app for pickup several times and I’m never waiting when I get to the store. The portions are a great size and always fresh. I love having a healthy option for lunch that is fast and affordable!

Employees are so friendly and patient! Both times I’ve eaten here, food has been fresh, tasty and filling!

First time eating at Freshii on Aylmer in Peterborough.I ordered the Fiesta salad customized to my taste and was pleasantly surprised with the freshness and tastiness of the salad; it came in a cardboard bowl with plastic cover and plastic utensils in a branded, white, paper bag.Though the salad was quite good, I wasnt impressed with the small-ish amount of salad you get for the hefty price.The staff were polite, but not friendly. Service was quick. Being Covid timeframe, I was very happy to see everyone wearing masks, servers wearing gloves and the place set up to keep everyone socially distanced.The building Freshii is located in is newer and attractive. There is a large ouside deck for the Freshii shop which was clean, bright, and neat inside but on the small side. Seating inside was somewhat uncomfortable for me (metal and wood). Also, due to its small size and layout, it didnt seem very accessible for wheelchairs. Plus, parking nearby was difficult to find (I didnt see a designated parking area).Overall, I think its worth returning there again (but not too often due to the price points and difficulty finding parking).

I just want to say I’ve been going here since I moved to peterborough they are outstanding, now I’ve noticed them all over the city but I have to say this location in particular is my favourite they always swapped out my salsa Fresca for mushrooms and seems fresher and more quantity than the one I went to in Whitby.The owners must really care as I’ve never had a bad order here… get the Oaxaca bowl people you will not regret it. Great for if you got the Rona or hungover or just don’t feel like cooking it’s great for all occasions.

They charge lot of money and food is not worth it. I tried steak wrap and it was vey small and all they put in there is broccoli and rice. So raw steak that it was hard to chew and had to throw the wrap. Wastage of money.

Tried for 20 minutes to order through freshii app and skipthedishes (told to download app then later told app was down), unsuccessfully, was told could not order delivery over phone. So ordered and picked up, to find we paid $22 for two side soups. Employees were not very helpful on phone, didn’t mention new size of soup. Same order in october was 32 oz, now $2 less (wooofor 16oz side soup. Still hungry 😞

What happened to this place? You used to get a full bowl, now they are only half full but the same price?! I paid extra for avocado and got maybe 1 tablespoons worth and it wasnt even fresh. The lime wedge was old and dry the cilantro was barely visible...dont eat here if you want something fresh or filling! Disappointing!!

Large portions of real food, always pleased with the food here.

A little expensive $$ but its a good healthy choice.Im adding to this because Ive came here many times and now Ive moved but came back today months later from last visit. I usually order the peanut sauce Buddah Satay but this time the sauce was definitely different less nutty and more vinegar. Please tell me you guys havent changed the ingredients for the sauce and this was a mistake. Kinda tasted like a cross between the teriyaki and the peanut sauce. Anyhow I didnt like it, Ill give it one more try and possibly be my last :(

I go here often because I have a condition which limits the kinds of foods Im allowed to eat. What I love about Freshii is that there are options for what you can put in your meal. I always get the Spicy lemongrass noodle soup with the spice on the side (otherwise too hot and it burns my tongue!). The staff is super friendly, service quick, and its lovely to sit on a stool by the window looking out at Hunter and Aylmer Streets.

Freshii is the best restaurant in Peterborough IMO. Fresh, healthy, and always delicious. I love the bowls. My favourite is the Oaxaca bowl and my mums fav is the Buddha Satay. My family is vegetarian so sometimes veggie options can be difficult to find but not here where the protein topping is extra. We always order tofu with our dishes. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

I enjoy getting takeout from Freshii. One of my favorite things to order is the Thai noodles with a teriyaki sauce and various vegetables. I believe its called the Mediterranean bowl but I cant recall at this time. I think its reasonably priced for what you get out. I have noticed lately, the portion sizes seem to be a little smaller however the girl making the salad told me that its because Im getting the noodles mixed in a bag which makes it look less shes probably correct. I havent tried to many other things from here however those that I go with enjoy The wraps and quinoa salads.

Delicious food, good service. Its all relatively healthy, too, and has good nutrition information which is really helpful if youre trying to eat healthier.

So glad I found this place. We moved from AB where there was a Freshii everywhere to here where I didnt think there was one. It was yummy! So happy, will definitely be regular there!

I wish there were as many of these restaurants as McDonald’s. The food is delicious. Many choices for all vegetarian, vegan and carnivores. Healthy eating that actually tastes really good. This restaurant chain is proactive with their to go bowls and bags unlike some other fast food chains that use non recyclable products.The staff at the Peterborough location are always friendly and helpful.Also get some energy bites, great snacks.

Love Freshii but wish they would go back to fresh pressed organic juices. The food is wonderful.

Protein balls are amazing. Price is high for what you get. Chicken was rubbery.

There was a guy working there who was just the coolest motherf*cker and I just wanted to be his friend so bad. I think his name was "Mitch". Even if you hate the food (which is hard to do, since its so damn good), just stop by for a chat with the coolest cat in p town.

Thank goodness for Freshii. I always come here when I work late and need a healthy and clean dinner. Not much for healthy choices around here. Obsessed with the Metaboost salad, and the Fiesta salad. The place is clean, the food is amazing, and I know I can stick to my meal plan by coming here. So delicious and nutritious. Love, love, love.

Awful. Wet and Wrong. I was so excited to go. I got 2 wraps to go. I stressed no cheese, and cut in half. I had to ask three times for them to be cut. They were then cut in half through the paper. Opened at the park 10 mins away.There was cheese on both. The wraps and no dressing but were dripping wet with water. Ate a bite and tossed the rest, felt very ill,and the person I bought the second for needed to buy a cheese free lunch. ... I was so excited to try this place but will never go back It was AWFUL If I had to say a couple nice things , the girl at the cash was smiling which was pleasant and the decor was nice.

Nothing tastes processed, everything is fresh. Plenty of options, wraps, bowls, salads, etc. Great lunch spot.

The best place to go and eat but theres more ...The healthy food choice and green lifestyle makes freshii unique but the freshii in Peterborough not only offer the perfect green and healthy but an amazing experience for customers. They staff is very cheerful no matter how busy it gets and the lovely manager that runs the store has a unique and effective style of management. Do visit for an amazing experience and Go Green!
