This place has taken a nose dive the last year or so. Freshii was our go to location 2-3 times a week, but now it’s totally unacceptable. Menu items aren’t in stock, broccoli is brown, falafels are sometimes half frozen. Tried going in today and they didn’t even have mushrooms.It’s frustrating as someone who ate mostly plant based, but now we avoid it totally.

This is by far the best fresh healthy restaurant in Medicine Hat the food is delicious the service is amazing and the restaurant is beautiful nice quiet street it is a pleasure to go everytime.

Popped in to grab a smoothie. They had no additions (protein powder, etcand it didnt taste the same as the same flavour Ive had at other locations. I think he forgot the pineapple.

Food was really good and i really enjoyed. I came with my friends and the boy working there was so polite and humble. The store was really neat and clean. The process of making food was very hygienic.

The medicine hat restaurant was dirty, the floors were disgusting and the tables needed to be washed. While we were waiting for our food i wanted to go ask for a refund as i felt gross sitting in the restaurant. When we arrived they were sitting on their phone when the place clearly needed to be cleaned. The food was not fresh and tasted very bland 10/10 do not recommend going! Save your money and go somewhere else

Severely gone down hill the last few months. I’ve been a loyal repeat customer since they opened with no complaints until recently. The last few times have been nothing but a disappointment. From ordering three meals and having the employee make them all wrong (very under trainedand vastly over charging and when asking to have it fixed (the meals not the paymenthe gave me the answer of “well I made it to what the sheet says”. Again a loyal customer I was well aware these were not right. To making an order on the app and them not being open when I go to pick up (at 2pm on a Fridayand a employee calling me 50 minutes after my order was placed saying it’s ready even though I had already ordered food at another establishment I said I would still go pick up. Once I get there all the employee said was “you should have called”. Then when getting home and reviewing the meals there is significantly less sauce then if I were to have ordered in, already fuming because I waited way too much time to get my food I called the store to simply ask why the appropriate amount of sauce wasnt given I was hung up on. Needless to say this was the last straw for me. Do better.

Amazing portion sizes and absolutely delicious. Not sure if the man that served us is an employee or manager. It was our first time at this freshii location and he was patient with us and friendly, 10/10 will be back!

Love the selection, food is always super fresh and great quality! Never had a dish that I didnt like. The Oaxaca bowl is my favorite.Restaurant is very clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out! I had the street corn chicken tacos

Came for a spot of lunch with a friend. Easy parking and access, clean inside with clearly seen prep area. Good menu, and took as long as youd expect something from scratch would take!Friendly service and accessible toilets, a really good find 😊

Freshi in medicine hat is absolutely delicious the chef I had talked to didnt get his name amazing guy. It was my first time and he suggested the best thing ever teriyaki bowl and freshi green genius drink absolutely amazing service and food 100 percent suggest

What a great place to eat healthy in medicine hat they have a great menu everything is fresh food always taste good here and everything is very clean and tidy one of the best healthy alternatives out there right now so happy to have this restaurant located here in medicine hat definitely check it out as much as you can bring the kids they have a kids menu that is stellar

I usually find Freshii is a no fail but this location was terrible. The restaurant was dirty, restroom was disgusting, and the employee prepared my food with his mask on his chin with no attempt to cover his nose or mouth at any point during the 10 mins I was there.

Chicken noodle soup was barely warm, my salad was ok. Sure would have been appreciated if the clerk would asked me what size I wanted rather just assuming. It might have helped if either the two workers would have smiled at least once. And for a choice of muffin pumpkin or pumpkin.That is my last time for that restaurant.

Our burritos were very good. Im not a fan of the Tip option for a fast food joint though.

Personal preference - Not a lot of options and fairly pricy. For healthy food though, it was decent.

Food was terrible wasnt fresh. Smoothie was premade. Not good and expensive.

Staff are very talented and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about their products. I noticed that the staff are well trained and are very proud of their products . Great suggestions when I do not know what I want.

I like the menu and the convenience but unfortunately the customer service Ive received so fas hasnt been that great. Ive also had a couple mistakes with my orders. One time I received the wrong salad bowl entirely, and recently I ordered a bowl with added protein (tofu for $2 extrawhich I did not receive, and didnt notice until I was already home. It was also quite bland and I always have to add extra hot sauce even though the dish is described as being spicy. I always feel like I"m taking a risk when I go there now, but Ive been continuing to give it a shot because its so convenient. I think after this last experience Im finally done.

i come here to buy my favorite smoothie after work and eat here with my favorite bowl during my break and they never let me down! always fresh, super awesome service and very friendly! one of my favorite places to come when eating healthy! love it!

I am thoroughly disappointed in this restaurant. My Cobb Salad was over priced, lacked corn, had no honey dijon dressing and the avocado tasted pretty strange to me. Wont be going back.

I had the Tortilla soup, it was very bland even though their menu says spicy tortilla chicken broth. I had to add sriracha to it just for flavour and I dont even care for sriracha! This was my first visit and Ive left feeling completely underwhelmed.

Stopped by to grab lunch, a bowl, salad and chicken quesadilla. After asking 3 times while they were preparing the food "is there chicken in that," I left the restaurant with my food in hand. There was no chicken in my salad or in my chicken quesadilla. WILL NOT be returning.

Food is good however the service is what brings them down.Have been there twice now and the first time we placed a large order but was missing an item we paid for, this time I paid extra for protein and they did not put it on.Double check your orders I guess
