Freshii in Moncton

Food is good but the service is seriously lacking. Ive been here several times this year and have mostly been happy with the food. The ingredients really are good and fresh. I know staffing has been hard but last month I waited while two staff members started to make a wrap, then throw out perfectly good ingredients and then started again. It ended up tasting okay but it was wrapped terribly and fell apart right away. It was hard to watch them struggle while I stood there waiting. Id think that they would have received the proper training on how to finish rolling a wrap. I ate there tonight and said hi to the staff member when I walked in and he ignored me and pointed to a tablet placed on the counter. I looked and there was a man on video on the tablet and the guy in the store told me to order through him. Its difficult to hear him as the music is loud in the restaurant and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I had to order and pay through the man on the tablet while the staff member just stood there waiting. I do no get this change. It seems detached, impersonal, awkward, and unprofessional. I spoke to the owner in the spring and he said he always wants to hear constructive criticism so hopefully he is checking these reviews. I dont think Ill be coming back if this is the new standard of customer service. Why are we outsourcing an order entry system when there is a perfectly capable employee literally standing right in front of the customer? I usually leave a generous tip but was just so thrown off by this awkward interaction that I skipped tipping tonight. If I could separate my rating Id give the food a 5 and customer service a 2.

The best customer service in Canada! Everything was delicious! The buddha bowl with tofu is definitely a way to go!I also got a freshii green which was wonderful! I highly recommend this place and i’ll definitely come back to try the energy bites

I was in Moncton for a few days and I arrived at Freshii just before closing. The service was excellent the 2 gentleman made me feel welcomed and tried to accommodate my daughter’s picky taste.I am sorry I did not get a chanceto get their name but they made my evening and put a smile on my daughters face.Thank you guys !!!

Quinoa Mediterranean Bowl is my favorite, it has so much flavor! Its nice to have access to delicious healthy food on the go.

Terrible .. first time ! Chicken was like rubber., not enough sauce, bacon was tasteless etc

Plenty of healthy vegan options available. Plus lots of fresh juice and smoothies, with vegan protein available. Had great service as well.

The food is awesome!! Tried a bowl and some sides today as well as a smoothie and both were fantastic and super fresh.We ordered from here and there was a mixup with the delivery from Skip.... And they brought the items out to us! So awesome.

Went in for lunch and got their soup and pocket meal and the food and service where amazing. I wasnt sure which soup to get and asked the manager his favorite. He suggested the vegetarian Chilli (seasonal soupand it was amazing. I added chicken for protein and was not disappointed. I strongly recommend if you like healthy fresh food served quickly with a smile. It was a little busy when I went in, but they had me served in no time.

I went to a Freshii in Ontario last week and it was incredible! So I ordered the same thing at the Moncton Freshii today and… gross. There is barely any quinoa at the bottom of the dish, and the little bit I do have is cold. The chicken is cold and has a weird texture, which is insulting since it costs extra, and I have the tiniest amount of avocado in my bowl. I ended up going to get something else for lunch because this dish is just an overpriced salad with some not-so-great chicken.

I didnt know this chain existed before stopping here. I dont know if this chain does it better than other places but I loved the bowl I had. A weird mishmash of stuff but for a salad anything thats more than plain regular ingredients is an improvement.My new I-want-to-feel-nice-afterward place to eat.

This is such an awesome location I really love the food here I cant complain at all whatsoever when I pass through this area Ive stopped in here and the vegetables are very fresh the prices are really good the staff are very friendly and helpful such a great location and such a great establishment thank you so much guys I cant wait to see you again in the near future keep up the good work we really appreciate it and I highly recommend anybody looking for a great restaurant to Texas play so you will not be disappointed

Not very friendly staff at this location. The two girls working this evening looked extremely miserable and seemed like they were doing me and my colleague a favor when we ordered food that we paid for. Ladies, customer service doesnt take much effort. A smile and politeness goes a long way.

Food is delicious, I would recommend freshii to anyone who has allergies or is on a strict diet. Also the atmosphere is super calm.

I went here for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The gentleman at the counter let me sample a few of the ingredients first before I choose my salad. It was a little pricey but your paying for quality food.

We just moved to Moncton and wanted to try this place since we got there. Today we finally got the chance and I am sorry to say I will never go again. Service was awful, very unwelcoming cashier who made me feel like I was disturbing her and she seemed really annoyed to take my order. I got two smoothies that were not bad, even though a bit pricey for the size. I would have loved to try other things on the menu, but it is not worth being treated this way. Ill pass. Theres plenty other places on Main street that seems a lot more welcoming.

Decent healthy food, but the portions are on the smaller side and the prices fairly high.

Just came back with half a bowl. Id stopped going because the started reducing portions over the last year. Gave them a second chance, even said something before leaving. Regret not asking for a refund...still hungry

Very healthy choices and for me tastes great! I was feeling ill from travelling for work a lot lately and I had their Meta boost and was surprised that I felt better the next day. Any time I need get my body back in shape I know where to go when in Moncton.

You should eat there, the food makes you feel energized and full. Its very affordable too. Deserves more visits, I wouldnt like to see a sad owner of a business that is good for the people. Stop eating junk! Idd go there all the time if it was closer and was somewhere with parking.

Great healthy place downtown Moncton! The food is super tasty. Lots of different options. Theres salads, wraps, soups etc. and you can customize everything that goes inside. The prices are fair and theres lot of place to site inside. There is also a lot of options for vegetarians.

The smoothies and burritos are amazing!! I find its a bit expensive but its worth it!

Very disappointed. I paid 11$ for a bowl which was half empty. Been to many other Freshii’s around Canada and i have never been shorted so much product.

I ordered online from their app. This makes it much easier to select a custom bowl. It was ready by the time I arrived. It sucked that I had to pay for parking for a 5min stop.

A healthy fast-food option. Been there 2 times already and the service is always super nice. Its fun to have that many options of salads and bowls with lots of vegetables. Its a bit pricey though.

Really lives up to its name. Food is always fresh and delicious. Great, healthy choice. Location is a pain, since you need to find paid parking in downtown Moncton. Which is no easy task. Try the wraps!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I can get nutricious food for an amazing price! The food sold here is outstandingly delicious, and I always eat it with a smile! Im truly a Freshii fan, and take every opportunity I can to eat here! I first discovered this place in an airport in Winnipeg and I fell in love. I admire how much thought they put into making their food just as healthy as it is delicious! The one and only flaw is the parking. At the Moncton location, it is situated downtown and there is no free parking. However, I will still rate this a 5/5, because their food and prices are far beyond excellent.

Amazing staff, amazing, fresh food - I see lots of complaints on here about lack of taste, but those are probably from people used to eating MSG, fillers, additives and things that MAKE THINGS TASTE good, but are NOT GOOD. If people realized they could ask for more sauce, etc....it would be rectified as the staff are TOP NOTCH

Katelyn (I hope I spelled it the right way, apologies if I didntwas so amazing ! She anticipated our needs without asking, and was very, very professional, friendly, and informative service. I didnt grab the boys name who made our delicious food, but he helped bring our food to our table when he noticed us struggling with our child. Awesome experience, thanks Freshii!

Tasty and healthy options in downtown Moncton. Great concept for a fast service eatery. Hope to see more locations around the province.

Had freshii for the first time today, was really excited to try it..had the budha satay with chicken. It was ok... Just alot more bland than i had anticipated. It says spicy peanut sauce..seemed it had hardly no sauce and what was on there was far from spicy as im super sensitive to spice..just had no flavor..like plain noodles with raw veggies. Only good thing is portion size but taste is not worth the price at all.

I absolutely love Freshii, the food is great, the servings are huge, the pricing is definately reasonable compare to what you pay for junk food. I go there once a week, no fail! 5/5

I cant get enough of Freshiis! The Buddha Satay is my favorite: very flavorful, and with added chicken, its extremely filling! The spicy peanut sauce is the perfect heat for everyone to enjoy. The pesto bowl and teriyaki twist are also top choices of mine. The soups are wonderful; the broth is delicious! I enjoy the fact that I can build my own. The portions are very large (bonus!). I havent tried the wraps, salads or burritos, but have heard only good things from those who have. Their smoothies are out of this world - they taste like milkshakes, but are healthy! They also offer juice cleanses. Definitely my go-to for healthy, delicious eating. A must try!

Very cool atmosphere, the service was fast and friendly, but the food was very bland. I ordered the Buddha Satay bowl and the spicy peanut sauce tasted watered down, and there wasnt enough. Barely any flavour. Sriracha sauce was a must just to get some taste in it. The order came to about $30 for two meal bowls and 2 drinks. I could have made something equal to or better than Freshiis food at home. I do want to try the Energii bites though, so maybe I will go back some time for those.

I go here a lot, the food is extremely tasty and I feel great after eating it. I enjoy most things on the menu, but my favourites are the bowls - Pesto and Oaxaca bowls (with chicken especiallyare amazing. Service is fast and the price is very reasonable for the quality/quantity of food you get.

Nice place to stop by, ample selection of natural/organic/healthy/yummy food. Clean installations too. Musics a little bit on the loud side, but nothing that it becomes annoying.

Great service, affordable, fresh & delicious food and the servings are large. This is definitely one of my favourite places to get lunch! I highly recommend the Buddhas Satay rice noodle bowl.

I ordered a fiesta wrap because I like feta cheese. The amount of cheese they put on the wrap was INSULTING, it would not have been the equivalent of a quarter slice of cheese. I will not go back.
