Fresh To Order, East Cobb in Marietta

I like the restaurant I discovered it about 3 years ago and I came back ever since

I normally go at night on Monday to go, on Tuesday and Thursday nights dining in. One specific day I ordered in this was a Thursday night and everyone in the front was goofy around throwing food around. Even a cook was involved and this cook never wears his hat which is a violation within the company while everyone is. So, I am watching them and my food was taking long to get to me. Mind you everytime I order my samlon plate there is never no corn. Which if they was not goofy around they would notice what was missing. And I watch people come back in because things were missing. I did come a day where there was a beautiful lady with curly hair very nice all my food was perfect and she put that corn on my salmon. Also notice the store is much cleaner, she was there cleaning the walls, the bathrooms, and the drinking station. She was all over the place. She must be a manger. Finally someone running the store right. When I go the next time I will ask her when she is there because she always gets it right and she is a new look for the store. Good luck with that night shift crew.

It’s beeen the very best experience for food service of my life .Vanessa has been a wonderful worker and if she’s not here I’m not going,that’s how good her customer service is. Feels right at home. Food is amazing here always my go to spot, keep up the good work team.

So lets start I am from Johnscreek I usually dine in at the johnscreek location for only 1 year only because of Vanessa she is fabulous person customer service and I tired almost everything in the menu because of this women. And brought her many customers because of it. I been out of town for business for awhile to find out she no longer work at the johnscreek location. Recieved okay customer service but the food was burned. Got a call from a friend of mine that she is in east cobb. Took some time to see her the other day and she is still beautiful running that store and the employees rave about how awesome she is. And one person which I loved called her Selena. She is Darling and the food is much better. But you know what i realized when you have great people around serves great service period. Please keep her there and will inform the rest of the many people that has been asking for her where she is at. Thank you Vanessa. You are just a blessing. Fresh to order you are lucky to have her.

Weve been here a few times and always had a good experience. The paninis and salads are top notch. Food is fresh and they use high quality ingredients. Service is good and prices are decent.

Very good food and almost no wait time. The staff is friendly, and the place is pretty clean.

Order was supposed to be ready at 8:30. Received a text telling me it was ready at 8:30. Great. Arrived at restaurant at 8:35. Order isn’t ready. There is literally 4 other customers in the restaurant. Great job. Either fix your website or get new employees that actually work.

The food is great IF you eat there. If you ever order take out or delivery from a courier, THEY WILL ALWAYS screw it up. I truly love the food and want to eat it often. No lie, every single time I order to go or have it delivered the food will be wrong or missing items.

Food excellent, service was excellent. Most anything on the menu is great!

This restaurant location is not very friendly which is why I have not been here before. But it is absolutely worth the effort of finding it. The salad, soup, and Paninis are very delicious, healthy and nutritious. The total cost for a full meal including tip is around $15. Strongly recommend you to try it.

Great service, wonderful food! Austin was very helpful. Rating would be much better, but theres no AC. In this heat, it makes it really hard to enjoy the great service and food. Probably wont be returning until this is fixed.

I think this chain is struggling but I am unable to understand why. The food is fast, fabulous and a great selection. The almond chicken skewers are fantastic and I also love the mushroom soup. Ive never ordered anything I didnt love. Go eat at one of their locations before we lose them.

House Kettle Chips arent house made anything, just a bag of chips. Salmon was way overcooked. Sad delivery.

Ive lost my local F2O but this sure hit the spot! Maybe need to special trip out here just for this location. So glad to have reliable good food.

First time here and asked what the gentleman recommended and he did not disappoint. The grilled salmon with the orange sauce and greens was DELISH. Definitely coming back.

This used to be one of favorite places to grab a quick good meal, but the past few visits have been steadily going down hill. The grilled vegetable panini used to be stacked with veggies and had a good balsamic dressing, but today’s order was less than stellar. The salmon hush puppies used to be great, but they’re steadily being over cooked every time. The tomato basil soup was the best thing , and is always consistent. The quality is way less than the price, and that sucks.

Love their mushroom soup, but todays was a little watered down. This place is showing wear and felt like it needed a good steam clean. Id rate it higher if I was doing take out and more richness in that soup (cream?)

I amended my review after someone reached out to me, as I had a single bad experience out of multiple visits over the past couple years, and they rectified the situation. I have never had a company go out of their way to make things right as quickly as Fresh to Order, so in my mind, they have guaranteed you will have a good experience.The food tastes very fresh and is quite good. The food is a more on the healthy side so you don’t have to feel as bad for going out to eat as well. It’s very convenient to come here after you do your shopping at Trader Joe’s across the road.

We have been eating at Fresh to Order since they opened. Even during Covid we continued to order for pick up. We always order the salmon paninis, with avocado and bacon. The last few times our order has been missing the avocado or the bacon. So, today I went in to place my order and passed on our past experiences. We were in shock when we opened our panni at home and there was no avocado. Sadly, we will not be ordering from them again. I feel like we did everything we could to remedy the issue

Really solid dishes. Had the chicken panini, shrimp, and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted excellent, and I was really surprised by the shrimp. Perfectly done. We will be coming back! Great service as well.

Took a little longer than expected to prepare a to go order for five. Food was good,great salads, but as promised all appeared freshly 😋 prepared!!!

Had an excellent lunch for my initial visit here. Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. Covered outdoor seating available. We tried the Almond Chicken Skewers and Club Salad.

As a regular customer (that lives 2 hrs awayto this chain, I have always been exceptionally pleased with the food. My salmon with curry sauce and salad were both excellent, however the rice seemed like it had sat in the steamer toooo long. I will say it was 700pm on a Sunday when we visited. And this was the first time after over a dozen trips to different Fresh2Orders that we had a bad portion of food. I will continue to patronize that brand but will probably try a different location.

Really disappointed in my delivery. I used to order from here all the time when I lived nearby-now I moved to Dallas TX and was visiting for a few days and sooo excited to order from here again! I ordered a few of my faves—the almond chicken skewers and a side of the chicken tortilla soup—-when my food was delivered, there were no tortilla strips for the soup, and there was literally no chicken in the soup! Just carrots and onions. There was no sauce with the chicken skewers and the brownie was drenched in cinnamon and undercooked. With tip and delivery my food order was $45 and pretty much inedible. I was so sad because I really did love this place!!

Spinach salad with the raspberry vinaigrette is incredible. I top it with the salmon. It is absolutely delicious!!

This place is super cute! Great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food! I had the almond chicken skewers plate, and it was so fresh and delicious! Highly recommended! Give this place a try!

Really great menu selection, everything was fresh and tasty. My family enjoyed the bison burger, fried chicken tenders, and select salads. Loved that every dish was seasoned well and delicious.

Update...FIVE STARS!!So fresh, great counter service and the quality of the food was amazing. This was my first visit to F2O and I cant wait to go back again and try something else . I got the half salad and chose the soup. You have a couple other options other than soup. I ordered the Southwest and added grilled salmon. The soup I chose was Wild Mushroom and so delicious and Im not a huge fan of mushrooms but wanted to try it. The salad was so large for half portion that I thought they had made a mistake. So, for ladies or anyone not extremely hungry, the half portion is the way to go!

I have to say, every time I visit this restaurant, I leave feeling pretty food. The food is tasty. The portions seen to have gotten smaller since the pandemic, but the value is still there. Maybe its my imagination. Their menu variety is a stand out. As for food quality, everything is fresh and prepared to order. One stand out is the hospitable attitude of the crew. After several years of patronizing Fresh to Order, I still like it and would recommend it for those looking for a new option.

This is a fantastic, healthy, and delicious place for lunch or dinner. The portions and prices are great too. The have different flavors of fresh brewed tea. Their Almond Chicken Skewers are my favorite!

Picked up food last night. I had the crispy tenderloins of chicken which is a fancy way of saying under fried chicken tenders. They were mediocre and the bbq sauce was not good. Mac and cheese was ok. My mom had a salmon panini, she said it was mediocre. My dad had the Asian salad with chicken and he said it was mediocre. I wouldn’t go here again.

It was not crowded, so we felt very safe. The food was delicious. My friends and I had the tomato bisque, chicken tortilla soup, and mushroom soup. Excellent! Another friend had the salmon salad and was very pleased with her choice. Well definitely go back.

Food was fresh as always. Love love the tomato bisque! Could be my imagination, but I think theyve reduced the serving quantities of the half-salad (not the soupsince many previous visits.

15.00 for this little bitty plate.You didnt do away with the small plate you just changed name to full plate but kept same amount of food from small plate.Its small portions dont let the pictures fool you.And its missing my rice 😏😏😏😏

Could not be more disappointed. We ordered through Door Dash and when the food arrived and the sides were missing and my husband’s 17 dollar meal plus a small salad was microscopic. The lentil soup was not a soup but a thick mess of lentils. I had visions of fresh and healthy food and it was more of the same stuff you get any any restaurant and really expensive. No fresh food at all. This will be our only time soliciting this restaurant.

Ive loved this chain for almost 10 years. The food is good, and consistent. Never had a bad food day no matter which one I go to in the Atlanta area. The EC location was clean, and well maintained, and the staff was kind and friendly. Try the star anise lemonade!

Great vegan option. We were so happy to see they had a seperate vegan menu, and this is our favorite QSR place. The blackbean burger has grown and is exceptional, my kid loves the lentil soup and grilled tofu and they just added more vegan soups and have an amazing grilled veggie side and lots of salads. We have probably been there 20x, so the loyalty app gives us money off food. Highly recommend as a top option in East Cobb.

The bottom of the bowls they set on your plate are nasty dirty. When I showed an employee she replied, "its food safe rubber". (Great! Just what I ordered bishh.U can see rubber rubbing off on my plate and the table. Also paid for grilled chicken on my salad and didnt get it and my mom ordered mushroom soup and they brought out something with peas in it! Get it together guys!!!!!

First time eating Fresh to Order. Had the Grilled Salmon w/Coconut Curry Sauce, Roasted Corn, & Garlic Mashed Potatoes. It was delicious!!! Amber talked to us while dining to make sure everything was good. Great Food, Great & Friendly Staff! Will be returning. Love service with a smile 😁😁😁

This place is AWESOME! I moved to the area less than days ago and literally eat here 2x a week. Thanks to Pete and his awesome staff ( and I mean everyone is super kindI have my new second home. He taught me how to download the app and I can order quickly and pick up quality meals for my family without the wait. Always FRESH, FAST, FRIENDLY! Kiddos to this team and location!

Fresh to Order in Marietta is a fantastic location! We love coming as a family for a healthy Saturday treat. From a southwest salad to a house sandwich with a half salad, we can find something for everybody in our little family.Management is excellent, we had one very minor issue with out alcoholic drinks coming far after the meal. After bring this small issue up to management when they came to ask how the meal was *side note, they ALWAYS ask how your meal was, which is fantastic*, they brought us two $10 off vouchers for our future meals and offered us all desert (which we kindly declined).Thanks to the F2O team for great experiences EVERY TIME!

Good selection of fairly healthy food, but the menu doesnt include all of the ingredients in the items, making it difficult if someone has food allergies.

Here’s the deal about Fresh to Order. This place is consistently good. I typically have the Southwestern Salad with Chicken, but I also enjoy their Paninis. Looking forward to exploring more of the entrees and appetizers. Service is quick, and their new app for placing to-go orders is very user-friendly. Glad this place is in my neighborhood.

Every time we visit, we have a sensational meal. My wife LOVES the tuna salad. I enjoyed the Salmon Panini on ciabata although it is a lighter portion. Kids Caesar could hv been my meal!

Came to this restaurant for the 1st time to have dinner on a Monday night. What an amazing place! The food was good, but what impressed me the most was the management. It was about 8 oclock when I came in and the little girl with the Bantu knots was so polite and professional, she made us feel welcome. My family and I will eat here more often definitely. Keep up the good work!!

Trendy style, and delicious burger.Visited for the first time today. Bison burger is excellent, garlic mashed potatoes are like moms and the flavored.. "clears throat" not " flavored" but real tea with fruits selection is an amazing treat.The atmosphere is trendy but not off putting , while the long skinny plates keep the trend, not my first choice for a juicy burger with 2 sauces .Thanks for a great meal! Will be back
