Fresh Out the Box in Richland

The food here is fabulous, total love at first bite. Hubby had the Bánh mì with pork, and said the baguette was probably the best hed ever had (which says a lot because we love bread and have tried many varieties in our lifetime). I had the burrito with tofu and spicy green sauce and it was such a wonderful unexpected flavor combo. This is fusion done right, and Ill definitely be eating here regularly. Service was also friendly, the restaurant was clean, prices were reasonable, & the food was out in a reasonable amount of time.

My mom had me try this place, and wow!! I was a little unsure when I saw they use coleslaw in their tacos, but it was delicious! I would share a photo, but I admit I inhaled them. No sauce needed, perfectly seasoned and the coleslaw isnt overly creamy. Simple meals, Ill definitely go back!

Astounding service, GREAT communication, The love is very evident here and they share it willingly. Not only do they love what they do, they always make the experience easy, honest and most of all delicious. Words dont do their food and attitudes justice when its all said and done. Holy smokes. Incredible food at amazing prices. Got the Bahn mi with spicy pork and its so good. Was $8, which is a great price for lunch. 10x better flavor than fast food.Not pictured was the Philly sandwich. Had great charred flavor! You could tell it was all freshly made, nothing reheated.Cannot recommend enough to try!

In the time of rising prices this place manages to stay cheap, and fast with consistent quality food

Well all I can say is I would definitely drive here again for the awesome food. Was down in Oregon driving back to Seattle and was looking for something new. Really wish you had a restaurant in Seattle. Excellent service very delicious food!!!!!

I love the Pineapple Pork Tacos with Pineapple Salsa. I order it every time, but I need to try some of their other foods. Great customer service, always get my order quickly, the price is good, and plenty of parking. Quant indoor seating available. One picnic table outside.

I kept hearing about Fresh Out the Box. Their food is amazing and unique. Youve gotta try it. I kinda pigged out when I went and ordered way more than I could eat. But everything is delicious and affordable! 10/10 will dine again.

Staff was very friendly and quick, and the place has a nice neat feel to it. Prices are really good, you can spend less than $10 here just for yourself. If you cant decide you can never go wrong with the nachos 😜 plus, Nori fries are 10/10

The menu selections are all so incredibly delicious. Their ingredients are indeed super fresh and their flavors are truly a melding of all things scrumptious. The customer service here has always been spot on and the food delivered out in a timely fashion.

OMG. Best asian fusion food on the planet, right in my own backyard. Jenny and Jimmy are among the best humans I know and the nori bowls are to die for. Vegetarian options are great and the prices are super good.

I HATE slaw, but can and will only eat the slaw they make.The crazy tots are also amazing. (Always get the tots, always!)Okay, you just have to try them yourself!If you ever arent sure what to order, ask a staff member. They are knowledgeable in helping you!

We ordered a couple of burritos (Pineapple Pork and Spicy Porkand a couple of spring rolls. As usual, the food was delicious! The quantity is probably a little too much for a truly healthy meal, but not enough to save half for later - so enjoy the guilty pleasure of eating the whole thing in one sitting.I havent tried every item on their menu yet, but Ive been very happy with all the things Ive tried so far.As were still in COVID-19 times, there is no dining in, but theyre quick to prep for takeout, and the food is foil-wrapped to stay warm for the trip home. Masks and social distancing are required (and appreciatedwhen in the restaurant.

Hoped for more, wasn’t bad though. The Nori fries were very good. The spicy pork fusion burrito I ordered had more fat on it than I would’ve hoped and was rather boring (3 or 4 ingredients). The sauces are either too sweet or too hot.

I got the spicy pork tacos and the pineapple pork tacos based off of Yelp recommendations. Both were great, but the spicy pork were my favorite. If you REALLY cant handle any spice dont get them, but I didnt think they were that spicy. They left a kick but my tongue wasnt burning which is right where I like it. I also tried the nori fries which came out piping hot and perfectly crispy. However I was slightly disappointed that the predominant flavor was salt instead of nori even though you could see the nori flakes. That being said, they were still delicious and I happily ate them all regardless. I give this place five stars because, the service was kind, the food was delicious and came out fast, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely visit again! One thing worth mentioning is that they only allow outside seating (currently for covidand the on-site spots are limited to about four people.

This is a unique restaurant that is a game changer when it comes to fusion. For starters the prices are extremely reasonable. The nori fries were cooked to perfection with being crisp on the outside but moist on the inside. I got the burrito with pineapple pork as the protein and it didnt disappoint.They give you a beeper so you can wait outside for your order. They have 2 picnic tables outside to sit at.

Great fusion food! Vegan options available. Havent had one bad meal here and would recommend trying everything (Not all at once of course!), Definitely try the sauces!

The food was great. Filling, for a reasonable price. I was happy. I missed the pineapple sauce that was only on the condiments bar. Now I have to ask for itty bitty cups at the counter. But none the less, Im happy. I always enjoy coming here. Poor cashier/lady though... It seems like she was the only one running around taking orders, serving then busing table.

Just ordered here for the first time and it was amazing! Super fresh ingredients, and they accommodated my vegetarian requests. Bhan Mi sandwich is amazeballs!! Will definitely eat here again!

Fresh Out The Box is an absolute treat!!! Delicious!!! Asian Mex just works and they are doing it right, let me tell ya! I absolutely love the spicy Korean pork burrito! Cant get enough, and it is a perfectly sized burrito for a perfectly size price and I try getting over there as much as possible and trust me, yall should too!!!

First time at the restaurant ! I got the fusion tacos with teriyaki chicken and coleslaw with Asian flair. They were delicious. Looking forward to back and trying other menu items .

Good little place. I had the spicy pork burrito. Tremendous. Great sweet taste. Nice fusion twist in the foods here. Also pretty quick service. My food was hot and ready within fifteen minutes. Also they have fast WiFi available here.

We love supporting food trucks especially when they expand into brick and mortar. This place is a wonderful fusion experience!! Cant wait to go again, there are a ton of delicious options on the menu so we have to come back many many times to try it all!!

Wow, after driving past this place so many times I decided to stop in today and I’m not disappointed. The menu is concise, the building is nice and clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. Even in to-go boxes, it was plated beautifully. And the flavors were fantastic; one bite and I was in love. The prices are so cheap for what you get, and the quality and freshness were top notch. This is definitely a place I plan to come back to regularly.

Really fresh, it was healthy feeling and filling I really enjoyed the food and It felt like a home cooked meal. The fusion burrito is all Ive had so far and cant wait to go back. I really like the feeling of the restaurant bit I feel it could use a few things on the walls so its not as empty

This place is absolutely amazing. I love the Korean Bulgogi Beef in the Fresh Philly. Sooo good! The nori fries, the homemade eggs rolls, the sauce, everything tastes so good. Another bonus, the price for there food is very reasonable for the quality of food.

Their food is amazing! I got chicken with pineapple & white rice! The quantity of food that you get is a very good deal ($). The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because the place doesn’t have A/C —when I went in it was a bit uncomfortable to eat hot food in a very warm place while it was 100 degrees outside. I will definitely return by take it to go.

This place is my go-to. I havent had anything here that I didnt love. The prices are low, the portions are good, and the food is very very tasty. The owners and employees are all very friendly and helpful. So glad we have this place!

The food was absolutely delicious! Im from out of state visiting my sister and it was her first time too. The spicy pork tacos were amazing!! We also had the tostados and cucumber salad which were yummy as well. I know where Im headed to eat every time I visit my sister in Kennewick!

This is where presentation meets perfection. They take just the right seasoning to give your favorite street food an Asian twist. I had the fresh out filly the street tacos and noting fries and egg rolls I was more thain amazed at the flavor profiles and they are generous on the amount for the price point. Wish I could give 10 stars

Fresh Out The Box is a unique dining experience. Dont go expecting Asian food or Mexican/Whatever or youll be surprised, these are Asian like flavors but unique dishes unlike anything youve ever tried. They have great quality ingredients and fun exciting flavors. Go give it a try!

I absolutely love this place. The stop is always friendly and helpful. The food is always on point taste good everything on the menu Ive tried has been delicious. I highly recommend this place. The only negative side is the seating area is kind of small so if youre a large group just be prepared. Pricing for the food is very reasonable. Check this place out you wont be disappointed!

The fusion tastes are great, the presentation is great, and the price is great! So surprised to find something really new in the Tri-Cities. We had tacos and bulgogi nachos: with a drink thats about $16. There were so many other interesting things to try, well have to go back.

So I have been hearing a lot about this place. I tried the gyro with chicken and tater tots on the side. Food was warm and fresh, but I was not really blown away. The gyro itself was okay, but the tater tots were crispy and good!Place was clean and service was quick enough for lunch and to hang out and chat with friends.Im willing to go back and try the burrito which seems to be everyones favorite!

Great street-food style Asian diner. Their dishes have a great mix of flavor.Their tacos and burritos have coleslaw as of October 2017. Not a flavor I enjoy in my tacos. Their other dishes are great. Crazy tots are a fatty comfort food, but delicious.
