Absolutely delicious. Pizzas very so tasty and hot. Chicken well prepared and not dry so were fries. We all enjoyed a lot. Also the delivery was fairy swift. Will defo recommend

How unfortunate that I have to remove a 5 star rating I posted 3 yrs ago. To a 1 star.Management has obviously changed and its evident as im ordering after 2yrsThe worst thing you can do is repeatedly lie to a customer even when they are being patient and polite.After the first hour or so, i called to ask and was told they have left and will be 20mins (i am 9 mins away).1hr 40mins in, i called back and im told they have left now, 30mins later, still nothing.Had to sort food out at home.Then the phone is not answered.Food shows up 2hr 15minsThe audacity to not even apologise.Absolutely ridiculous.Goodluck running business like this.

No clear reply from the staff in regards to refund and rude behaviour . I used to buy regularly from this shop, now onwards I would never buy from this shop.

I cant tell you how bad this chicken taste its Absolutely disgusting it tastes like it been cooked or recooked in dirty fat and this is the second time I ordered tast the same never again

I did originally state not happy with service, went back in there after few years and seemed improved.Cooked us fresh chicken although it was quite late at night.

without even delivery the food its marked that food delivered. even when I called restaurant he said he will not deliver the food as driver sent earlier and I didnt pick his call. truth is I didnt receive any call from driver earlier I was waiting outside no driver came. driver must went on wrong location. and when I called restaurant I ask for refund he said he will not going to refund my money either not sending my food again. very unprofessional behaviors and rude staff. He dont even know how to deal with customer. I will never order again and will make sure none of my friend and colleague order from this takeaway. I lost 12.38pound. waste of time. worse customer service and worse food takeaway ever. I will not recommend any one.

Yummy pizza!! A must try!

We ordered from here before and it was really nice. Thought we would order it again today but it was so much hard work. We was on the phone to this guy for 3 mins trying to tell him our address and he couldnt understand. We finally got onto the order and as we was telling him what we wanted he was still asking us for our address. Dont put someone on the phone who cant understand letter by letter. Never ordering from here again that guy ruined it for us. Quicker to cook it by the time he figures out our address

Very oily pizza, made me go toilet all night. Wings taste good but Im guessing the pizzas are not fresh. Taste nice but not good for belly or soul.

Literally has no information on the menu, I want to know whats in my wrap. Why cant you tell me that ? why is that so difficult?

Ordered for the first time today this will definitely be my last. Food arrived on time but unfortunately was served old chips and old chicken which tasted rubbery !!

Peri peri chicken covered in sauce to hide the bad odour of off meat!! We end up with food poisoning!!!You fancy peri chicken I would recommend peri peri world !!!

SHOP EMPTY? Avoid....I was feeling Peri chicken... the till guy said the wait was 15mins and then tried to flog some fried chicken to me ...not just a meal for one....but a family bucket....like Im some garbage can. Ended up getting a combo meal.... chicken is so dry....it was like it fasted up till the day it got slaughtered. Chips refried at least 3 times over. Coleslaw...I was afraid how long thats been in the fridge for.

Absolutely delicious! First time ordering as was recommended by a family member, such polite people working there (I ordered by phoneso helpful and patient, I was notified about a preferred order wasn’t ready and was asked if I wanted to wait 20mins for the order or something else, to which I just went with something else (chicken pieceI was surprised to of received and extra piece as only 1 came with the meal, but I’m not complaining. Everything was so tasty especially the chips! My only complaint was the chicken was a bit dry but I’m assuming as it’s close to closing time not a lot of chicken would be cooked so possibly chicken left under a heater? But other than that I would 100% recommend as Freddy’s is now my go to chicken shop😍

I ordered from here as it suggested a quicker delivery time and had okayish reviews. The driver was polite and the food came on time and still very hot.At first glance, the lasagne didnt look like any lasagne I have eaten before but it tasted okay.The corn on the cob was a very good size and too hot to eat at first but that was great timing as I have lasagne and chips to get through first.The peri peri chips were perfect, just enough seasoning and crispy thin chips.I will order again.

Absolutely disgusted by the awful and poor customer service, the man who served is absolutely rude and vile, does not know how to speak to customers. He served my 10 year old daughter and spoke to her in a way where she felt intimated and upset. Such a horrible manz The food itself was oily and over cooked will never go back in there.

Read the reviews on just eat and thought I’d give this place a spot as they were overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, the end product was poor and at best mediocre.The masala fries were normal fries with a bit of peri salt on them which obviously is a poor attempt at masala fries. The peri peri was terrible with a watery mess of a sauce which retained no flavour. The only passable item was the peri burger.Not a place I would order from again

Love this place. Service 5/5, Food quality 5/5, taste 5/5.I love their pizzas. Real quality. My order of 3 XL pizza with wing bucket goes down perfectly and family love it too. Defo recommend this place. Also try their Rib rack...yummy

Bought 6wings and chips after i ate 3wings i vomited all of them out the food felt like it was made more then one day ago dident feel fresh very disappointed especialy when they have a logo inside the shop “the best place to eat in town “ more like the worse place very slow customer service workers working like they dont care another customer after me had to wait more than 7min to make an order As the workers always on the phone or messing around to push time by doing things they do not need to do also very dissapointed as before it was called dixy chicken which was closed down for staff spiting in the food and being recorder on a phone by a customer and posted onsocial media due to the change to another name freddys by diffrent owners they promised better wuality food the prices at freddys are ridicilous 3pound for 6wings and chips quality of 1/5 would suggest eat at moon pizza just 1 minute from the store.

When they get it right they are ok, but when they get it wrong, My Oh My even after 2 hours and 2 deliveries they still cant resolve the problem, Delivery driver is an absolute joke too, calling him an illiterate would be an understatement. Each to their own. If this was the last fast food place in Dagenham Id still refrain from ordering.

Went Saturday at 11:11 it was closed and it says works till 3am plus if you deliver food is oily and bad
