Great service from Travis and AlexThe Host was also very welcoming.Reservations are needed this gets packed pretty quickly. Everytime time we have gone as a walk-in they never had availability .Delicious food the drinks were good although our second martini was not as good as the first .

My spouse and I love coming here. It reminds us of a place we would go to in Edgewater. Its a cute place and it feels so fancy, but you wont feel weird coming in with a pair of leggings on and a t shirt. The owner has come up to our table almost every time weve come and its a joy speaking to him. I feel welcomed here and its definitely amazing Italian food. I just wish there were more places like this in the area. I look forward to coming to Frankies and the top quality food they offer. The staff is always very sweet.

The best Italian food near me in Tinley Park, Frankfort, Orland Park, Oak Forest, south suburbs. The staff is exceptional. The service is the best in the area and prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is more upscale but with good pricing. Authentic Italian food tastes phenomenal. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was delicious from the appetizers to the main dish. I had one of the specials dover sole with mashed potatoesFirst time here , hard to find a good Italian restaurant but this is it. great atmosphere and Great owner that pitches in the work when busy.fantastic and fun food is great people are great wine was reasonable priced also.Thanks and will be going back to Frankies!!They also have a great party room for more people with all upfront costs / no surprises.Great place.Wish i had taken photos the presentation was great

Wine pours were fair. Sangria was light on the alcohol. Lemoncello was dilute. Tasty but diluted. The lemon sorbeto was solid. Too frozen to enjoy. It tasted good but was very hard to eat.The star was taken for these and for the styrofoam take home containers. Its a great place to eat and the service was good but the chef forgot our desserts, Carmel gelato and the rock hard sorbeto. I will go back again.

Every plate was delicious- we had to try each other’s because it looked so good. Excellent service- excited to return!

Fantastic everytime I go! Last night we had the baked clams appetizer, and the sauce was amazing. I had the lobster ravioli, and the sauce is to die for! My partner got the Mahi special, and it was the best Mahi Ive ever tasted. We got the flourless chocolate cake for dessert, which was fudgey and so decadent. Its so nice to see how much Frankie cares, he visits each table and is so knowledgeable about the food hes serving and getting in fresh!

Went for a shower for future daughter in law, food was good and staff was great.

Food and service was very good had a birthday here for my son in law and everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks and appetizers. A little pricey but I would recommend it here if you enjoy Italian food.

The food was amazing. We had the bruschetta and then pasta with the bolognese. They make everything from scratch. The staff was really friendly as well. I will definitely go back.

Catered for our wedding and not only did they save a total food disaster we had, but the food was out of this world. Now we get to relive our wedding enthusiastically through Frankie’s every time we dine there

Theyre very understaffed so service was rather poor. Food was decent, but sadly, I wont be back. Such a shame.

We used to live right near Frankie’s and went there a couple times a month. Food is always prepared with top ingredients and consistently delicious. Wait staff is always on point - attentive and accommodating. When we visit IL now we always make it a point to go to Frankie’s for dinner at least once. We were there last night and the food was fabulous! We try to bring friends along to get the Frankie’s experience and they never disappoint. Frankie and Angela do a fantastic job and it is a happy place to celebrate an occasion or just hang out for an evening! See you on our next trip!!

First timer, just love this place. It’s such a relaxing atmosphere. My friend and her husband are regulars there. The waiter was friendly and super courteous. I was very impressed. The food was amazing. I had the penne with shrimp, spectacular! And let’s not forget the wine. Pinot Grigio of great quality and taste. I would most definitely recommend Frankie’s! Good job !

Ordered a chocolate martini and the lobster ravioli and it was delicious! Karen was an amazing server and was so attentive. Couldnt recommend more.

Lovely restaurant the menu was extensive and very reasonably priced the tickly for the amount of food that is served runs like a well-oiled machine lots of variety and highly recommended

The restaurant was nice and clean came on a Friday night so I had to make reservations in advance. I had the banana cake for dessert, delicious. I had eggplant but it was served lukewarm. I requested a drink called an "easy living" which is non-alcoholic and includes grenadine I didnt find that the bartenders really knew what that was and they didnt have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks that they could serve so I wouldnt recommend it for a person who does not consume alcohol. The bartenders need to learn how to make some type of drinks for the non-alcoholic drinkers.

EXCELLENT ....SERVICE and FOOD Exceeded my expectations

Went to Frankies for the first time yesterday for my birthday. When you walk in, you are greeted like family. The service was excellent. Our server Travis was very attentive and friendly. The food was honestly the best authentic Italian food Ive had. The owner Frankie even stopped at our table to ask how everything was and bought my son Gelato. Needless to say, I found our new Italian restaurant.

Great food, and nice atmosphere! Took the kids and they enjoyed the food as well. Staff was very friendly. Overall a great experience!

I come here for my birthday every December, It’s tradition. The gnocchi is unbelievable, but you have to get it with vodka sauce. Thank me later.

The calamari were a bit chewy. The Ravioli con Spinaci e Ricotta was delicious. The portions are large. The Ravioli were tender, and the sauce was creamy and delicious. Very flavorful

We started with the chaniti and four roses old fashioned. Both were delicious. The pasta was incredible we got the seafood linguine and the ricotta stuffed gnocchi. So flavorful. We finished limonchello which I would also recommend! Overall a great experience.

My wife and I met some friends here on Wednesday night with some friends. It was our first experience here and it was great! Our server, Trevor was excellent! He made great suggestions. We had sausage and peppers and filet ravioli for appetizer. Both delicious. I had the Salmon which was so good and my wife had the Black truffle pasta. My buddy had the chicken parm which was huge and his wife had the gnocchi with vodka sauce. That vodka sauce was the best I ever had. We definitely will be back.

Had 5:45 reservations and our table was ready when we walked in. It was a Saturday night and the place was very busy. Our server was very attentive and got our drink order right away. Food was exactly what we ordered and was piping hot. Definitely did not disappoint! This is one of our go tos for Italian and will continue to be! Awesome food and staff! Oh and try their Lemoncello. Youll thank me later.

My family and I love going to Frankie’s. Besides the food being absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful and always decorated for the seasons. Frankie and Angelina are so welcoming. We feel like family when we go there.

Delicious food! Our waitress, Kim, was very friendly and very attentive. We never once had to look for her because we needed something; she checked on us just the right amount of times.And, the owner, Frankie, came around personally to every table to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. He even asked my friend if she wanted more coffee. How many owners do you know that care so much about their customers?!This was our first time there and we WILL be going back!

Very noisy when we went, although there were two parties there. It was obvious they were in desperate need of help because the service was very disorganized. Our waiter was wonderful but I think he had too many tables. The food is always great but the menu is extremely limited. Desserts were fabulous. Unfortunately, the pandemic has hurt all businesses and it is difficult, at best, to find help.

Very nice ambiance, and good service. We made a reservation via Google and were seated promptly on arrival. At first they hadnt assigned us a server but once they realized the mistake they apologized and offered a dessert on the house, which we accepted as via a delicious tiramisu! The entree sizes were generous and the food was tasty, though not amazing.

This place was AH-MAZING! The food, atmosphere and service was absolutely incredible. It was so nice to see the owner out, socializing with guest and helping his staff. 100% recommend and we will for sure be back!

Went on a date to Frankies and had a really good time. I really like the setting with the dark environment with the candle lit, love songs playing in the background. I ordered the pollo parmigiana and it was really good! The chicken was massive! It came with a side of spaghetti. I loved our waitress Karen. She was so polite and respectful. I will be back in the future!

This place is one of the best Italian restaurants in Tinley Park. My family and I have been visiting here for a few years now, and I’ve been pleased with the service.My recent visit was great. The food selection was nice. I enjoyed their Octopus appetizer. It’s a must-try if you’re into fish. My main entree was a delicious pasta dish. I was impressed with all of the food we had.Also, the owners are very friendly, business-oriented type of people. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service.Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I definitely will come back again.

Went here for my husbands birthday with family service was impeccable and food was amazing per usual! They always make you feel like family when you come here and the food is always so good! We all had such a great time! Frankie is always running around making sure every table is taken care of and everyone has what they need definitely recommend coming here it is by far best italian food in suburbs!!! We have been going to Frankie’s for years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Aside from the food being consistently fresh and delicious, the environment of this restaurant is really what sets it apart from others. The owner of this restaurant truly cares about his customers’ experience and works hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. We love this place!

We had an excellent dinner at Frankies. We were a party of 11 ladies celebrating 2 birthdays. The service and food was wonderful. We look forward to returning again for a long time.

We got a catered meal from here for a small family gathering. It was our first time trying Frankies and we were intrigued by their good reviews. The food was delicious...everyone loved it. We cant wait to try more from their menu.

Good ambiance and the food was good. They have recently remodeled. Presentation needs some work and every team someone opened the door there was a cold draft.

Beautiful location for a bridal shower. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet. Great drink selection. Try the white sangria!
