Fourplay Cuisine in Taipei

Very unprofessional!!! It used to be quite nice several years ago, but quite disappointing this time. My friend just made a reservation on the phone 10 mins before arrival, and they couldn’t even find the reservation upon our arrival. How weird!! Understand that no drink menu is provided here now, but the waiter who served our table showed either no experience or no skills on taking the drink orders. No introduction and no idea about their own signature drinks. That’s quite unacceptable and rather unprofessional!!! Pity!!!

Cocktails in the 300-400 ntd price point that are nothing special. Not worth it. There are better (and cheaperplaces in Taipei.

臺北最好喝的調酒。環境不錯。可以吃飯可以喝酒。約會最棒的地方。Update: I went back there in November 2021 and the quality terribly went down. Its nothing more than a cheap bar with bad music, lighting, and undrinkable cocktail. We were very shocked. But the worst thing that made me realize I never want to go there again is that I faced gender discrimination from the manager. He didnt treat me like a customer and took my options seriously because I were a woman. Unbelievably disappointed. What a shame.

Good vibes, good drinks! +1 for their White Russian! A bit strong, but if you like White Russian and strong alcohol taste then you will love it. Price a bit expensive tho

Food was soso as well as cocktail, the service was terrible. The one with long hair talked in a snippy way and didnt introduce flavor of cocktail in the right way.... It should be normal bartender or waiter will share what they are going to serve after customers description, I was surprised they served just a Negroni and didnt tell me when recommended! How come I need to go to a non-menu cocktail bar to have a cup of Negroni. Dont get me wrong, Im a big fan of Negroni, but come-on, as a creative cocktail bar, you should serve something creative and crazy, otherwise you should just give me beverage menu directly!!

FOURPLAY 2.0 TAKEAWAY MEALThe dinner set for takeaway is only 599$ for one dish, an appetizer and one choice of cocktail (2 servings). Tastes amazing, and I loved the cocktails for takeaway some even included the garnish you could put next to your drink. Can’t wait to go back to the bar when it’s opened again ❤️‍🔥

The cocktail pass really special and cute, go try their special shots set, worth to try, really!! but unfortunately place really crowded and people are so loud, i feel like i need to scream when talking with friends.

Good place for girls due to their fancy, light, creative cocktails! The food and drinks are both good.The Drug Set is the most famous one, while my favorite one is the Tea Series, especially mixing with oolong tea. Both of them will definitely amaze you! The staff is friendly and happy to introduce all the things.One thing to remind - a big chance you will spend unexpectedly-crazy money there. First, they dont have the menu, so you wont know how much is it until paying (its too late). Second, you will keep ordering more and more fancy cocktails when you are tipsy or even drunk. So, try to control yourself (and your friendsas possible, or... just have fun haha (worth it actually)Deduct a star since I’m the one who wasn’t in control.

This is a really nice place where you want to hangout with friends. There is no menu of drinks or meals, they reveal the meal on the wall and customize the drinks what you like. Bartender is observing each table over the night to take care your needs. Only one star I cannot give them why only three hours to stay at Friday night! It kinda ruins the joy we have had!

Favorite cocktail bar in Taipei. A fun place to bring visitors. No cocktail menu which always leads to a fun surprise. The staff are very friendly and entertaining. A little on the expensive side, but you pay for what you get-- great drink presentation, tasty cocktails, a great experience and a fun stop on your night out.

Nice interior. Came here to try their no-menu cocktails. You tell the staff what flavours, liquor base, colour or even mood you prefer and they will tailor-make your special cocktail. The presentation of the drinks was all very impressive and surprising. However, our group wasn’t so completely enjoying the taste of the drinks. Reasonably priced. Worth a visit.

Famous for signature shots called ‘Drugs Shots.’ It includes more than 6 kinds of different shot which is looked like drugs. One of them will provide with a balloon full of nitrous oxide. People need to drink the shot and take a deep breath with that laughing gas. The process will be super funny. Another famous shots set is ‘travel around the world.’ The shots set is inspired by several cities around the world, including Taipei 101.If you don’t want to take pictures only but would rather try good alcohol, try to order their whisky or ask bartender. No cocktail menu here.It’s a bar having creative cocktails, cozy environment and relaxing atmosphere. Recommend for friends and couples.

Favorite cocktail bar so far in Taipei. They sling an amazing cocktail with absinthe and pine garnish. Not an easy feat. Food was very good for a bar setting. Some traditional Taiwanese and some continental (europe food as well. No cocktail menu but the drinks they make are a bit more thoughtful than other "choose your own adventure" cocktail bars in Taipei.

Amazing bar, especially if youre into absinthe! Many kinds, innovative and flashy drinks, and one upscale place that really earns its price! If youre traveling to Taipei from abroad, this is a place worth visiting. Cocktails can also be made to order with incredible results, which is highly recommended if youre interested in something else than absinthe!

What a happy place to be. Waiters or waitresses would ask you what you like taste wise then recommend a drink for you. Every drink is presented in a fancy way, so it is entertaining to have a drink here. The atmosphere is so vibrant it makes you feeling happy just being here.

Visited this interesting Cuisine with friends for a drink. I was sitting at the bar seat, bartenders are nice and polite. They dont provide drink list but they customize your personalized drink based on your preference. Suitable for experienced drinker who wanna find some interesting drinks.

Probably one of my fav bars in Taipei! Super Instagram worthy!!! It’s usually packed so make sure you call and reserve a table ahead of time. It’s a great spot to impress your friends. The staff are amazing and they will make sure you’re enjoying your time there.

Who needs a cocktail menu? There is no cocktail menu at this bar. They cater the drink to your taste. One of the best cocktails bar in Taipei. They also have a good food selection. I especially like their fries.

No written drink menu which can make for a fun night. You can put in specific requests, or let the bartender pick. Good selection of drinks, food is excellent. They have a menu for their food written in chalk on the wall.The drinks were good, and the service and food were excellent. Some of the drinks were very sweet.We ordered a sampler tray of drinks. Which they had us drink five of first and then wait for the last three. The last three drinks had a special performance that was entertaining!

Good vibe and cosy environment. The drinks are alright but expensive. Tried the hot wings, find it average. But their signature fries is worth trying.

An evening at Fourplay is a world class experience, all for the price of drinks. Everyone there puts such care and effort into the creation of every concoction they make. A great deal of the enjoyment of the evening was watching them make drinks for others. And it was not just the fancy preparation and artistic end result, the drinks tasted fantastic. Five different varieties were tried throughout the evening and each was delicious. And the great thing is no matter how crowded the bar became, they never rushed. One learns to have patience for great work. Add in the fact that everyone who worked there was quite personable no matter how busy they were, and this was definitely a 5 star experience.They also had some real good food, but Fourplay is all about the drink experience.

Fourplay is the best best bar in all the town. The bartender Allen is an international award winning bar tender! Come here and be transported to new worlds thru alcohol! Come!

Food is yum, portion bit small. Cocktails are nice but why theres no drink menu?

Made a reservation the week before for Saturday night at 10 pm. Showed up promptly and our group was asked to wait for 10 minutes. No problem. 10 minutes later we were told our reservation was bumped and we werent getting in that night. What?Ive actually been coming here for a few years now. The food is okay and the cocktails are nice, never had issues with service before, but I guess on busy nights it gets crazy. Its understandable, but how do you bump a group like that when we reserved several days prior. Further, we were given no consolation or chance for recourse, simply a no. We planned our night around coming here and being a guest at this restaurant/bar and because of poor management our entire plan was thrown off. We were able to walk down the street and find another place to chill at, but the entire situation left a sour taste in my mouth and the unapologetic response to our problem was also extremely unprofessional. Maybe Ill come back if its not a peak time, but given how many good bars and restaurants are in Taipei now, especially cocktail bars, Ill probably just skip this place in the future.
