Probably the worst food experience on my family holuday this year. Ordered a delivery. Website said 30 minutes. Finally arrived 1 hour and 20 mins later after 2 calls to the restaurant. Was told they only had 2 chefs and were really busy. Pizzas were luke warm. Cheese had congealed. Obviously the pizzas had sat in the restaurant until delivery driver was free. One slice from each pizza was eaten and the rest went in the bin. It was a complete joke. I hate to write a bad review but this was arguably the worst experience weve had. They didnt even have the decency to call us to let us know they were busy and givebus a chance to cancel. Avoid at all costs. Biggest waste of money.

Food is always lovely expect for on Monday night ordered a pizza which I found on my last slice was 3 long hairs embedded in the cheese. Staff need hair nets ! Other than that the food is very nice.

Eating here for 5 years now. Food is always fine. Menu is limited and I was DEVASTATED when they stopped doing cheesy fries but the food is affordable and always hot and on time. If I was to make one suggestion Id ask for the food to not be so well cooked as sometimes it tastes a bit dried out. Do not eat here if you are on a low salt diet lol. Oh and you get points for loyalty so money off now and then.

Lovely place for pizza . Its a good place to bring the kids you can sit down and share out the pizza , paper plates and plastic cups provided

My family eat inside there and it was the nicest pizza we ever tasted. The best in our opinions. Love Tralee town.

Great place for pizza and chicken dippers 😁 I always get either the Hawaiian or a margarita pizza 🍕 and it was always amazing 😋 They also do great cookies 🍪 Highly recommend everyone to visit some day ‼️

Not to be dramatic or anything but it was one of the most disgusting pizzas Ive had. I love pizza of all kinds. Paid €20 for this one. Had two bites and threw it out.

Acted hastily in writing this and giving a one star. FS company have contacted me and I had a good rant. Pizzas from this brand are fantastic, just reckon the staff were having a bad night. Give them a chance.This place is a joke and the manager was no help at all. Tried ordering online for delivery at 11.15pm and order would not go through. Rang straight away and told they werent taking phone orders so drove in at 11.35pm to be told the shop was closed, even though the sign on the door and online states its open til 12 midnight. Floors were being mopped while patrons were turned away or collecting earlier pizza. We went to another nearby Italian takeaway instead and they were great and their pizza are much better quality that FS. Ive never seen anything as ridiculous as Four Star Tralee, if they valued their jobs then rather than cleaning up at 11.30pm they should be taking orders up until closer to midnight, or else change your sign. Avoid!!!

Ordered online 2 hours prior to the actual delivery time, my pizza was apparently in preparation but it never came. I had to mention my student deal during the order so im guessing they didntt bother to deliver their overpriced pizzas for an actual logical price.Their website doesnt have a mobile version, their app mentionned in the faq is nowhere to be found.Overall pretty garbage service, move along if you have another choice :)

Got onions instead of olives....flies all over the shop and no apology for taking order wrong and staff was rude

It took over an hour to arrive and it was cold and chewy.I also asked for a thick base and they didn’t give it to me would not recommend

1 star service , sat for over half an hour with my wife a 2 hungry kids, my wife enquired about our order and this arrogant waitor said we were not waiting half an hour even though the time was printed on the receipt, lazy rude staff. We eat out every weekend but we will never eat there again.

Good but not best

Great deals, so even feeding the whole family ist possible for a good price. We had to wait pretty long. I would recommend to eat the food at home because I guess think there it is nicer 😉

Used garlic butter instead of tomato told me three days late they couldnt check my order and apoloised however got ridiculed by the head office twitter and blocked

Says they do gluten free pizzas but theyre not suitable for coeliacs and therefore not actually gluten free!!
