I had my engagement party, wedding dinner, and honeymoon at the Four Seasons.We booked the junior suite, it came with a spectacular view of Damascus!The suite was spacious with a fantastic bathroom. A bedroom and small living room/office area.The bathroom had a marble bathtub and a high-pressure shower. Two sinks and a separate toilet.I was surprised to find L’Occitane products, LOccitane is a known French company of skin care.The staff are extremely helpful and nice. They made sure that our stay was a pleasant experience.We had Breakfast in the room from IL Don restaurant. The breakfast had stuffed tomato, omelette, sausages, French pastries, bread, cold meats and tea.I would recommend staying in the Four Seasons in Damascus.I had an amazing experience

This is absolutely the most luxurious hotel in Damascus.Excellent quality of service. Very professional and welcoming staff at all levels.It has the advantage of being at walking distance from either the Commrecial and Business Distrect of Damascus and the Old city and the Ommayyad Mosque.Pricy, but well deserved.

The very high end of any standard. Amazing services and decorations which makes me shy sometimes to come out from my room in lazy Sunday afternoon. Excellent gym which I normally go at 0530 hrs. Mist sauna and massage are great! Breakfast is also as expected… excellent. Highly recommend but of course it is rather pricey!

Although the room, location and staff were great. But the food was horrible either in the breakfast or in the lunch. The food prices are extremely high with low quality and small portion and delay in service.

This is a nice, elegant hotel. I always enjoy staying there during my transit to/from Beirut, Lebanon or Qamishli, Syria. The reception desk staff are very polite and helpful. In August, the reception desk personnel surprised me greeting me during my national day of Constitution. I have never experienced this kind of great focus on guests. The room are perfect and comfortable. I have only one problem with cleaning personnel honesty. I accidentally left a bracelet in the bathroom. It is not very expensive but meant a lot to me. Later I sent an email to the hotel and the response was late and also, was unacceptable. I do not believe that someone who find a stone bracelet considers it as garbage. I was told the cleaning personnel dumped it since it was assumed that it is a garbage. These kinds of actions are not acceptable in such a nice hotel, where the rest of the personnel are kind, polite and make us feel like home. The breakfast just superb. I do like the food servers’ way of serving. They remember you and asking if you want the same what you usually having for breakfast. This is the way how to treat the guests. Well done! I definitely suggest once visiting Damascus try this hotel and stay there during the time spending in Damascus Syria.The stars can be increased when my satisfaction reached, once the cleaning personnel take care of the lost and found items properly.

I have history from Syria 🇸🇾. I recommended this. I went deaf from loud bombs and gun shots I almost died from a bomb but that is a pure luxury hotel right there!

Great location, good staff and amazing food. It has easy access to all the attractions in town and within walking distance to a great selection of bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is OK.
