One of the best hotels in Beirut🌟
The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner. also the downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the hotel offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. so this is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.
Amazing rooms and service
Great hotel, went there a few years back and loved it. Pricy though, but that’s what you’d expect from the 4 seasons. They had a couple weddings going on when I was there. Beautiful rooftop pool with bar.
One of the best ever hotel in Beirut, great staff, services, spa, restaurants, concierge servicesGreat view from the most modern rooms and close to zaytoneh Bay
One of our best picks when it comes to great service, great location and great rooms. One of the many criteria that distinguish this superb hotel, is their business services. Remembering the press conference at Four Seasons Hotel – Beirut, directed by Dr. Jamal Fayyad and attended by a host of major Lebanese media and journalists, where they received all the important details for the major event which they were going to cover for two nights in Erbil. Highly recommended hotel.
Well furnished, well ventilated and well serviced lounge that is possibly the best in Beirut .. lost the fifth star because of no view in a property that overlooks the Mediterranean! Imagine a cigar at sunset.. would have been nice if the Four Season offered that 😐
Excellent from check in to check out. Everyone was impressively professional and made me feel so welcomed! The staffs from, front office, concierge, housekeeping and restaurant were very courteous and impeccable. The room was very sizable and spacious, but it might need renovation. The whole stay was outstanding, gorgeous and comfortable. Thank you so much for everything and I would definitely be back in four seasons Beirut :)
we just love the rooftop bar but be warned, it has got super busy so you need to book in the eve. lovely staff
The place is a great for a stay in beirut . You can find the perfect hotel facilities. You should live the experience if you are looking to a place in Beirut .. enjoy
USD exchange rate of 1477 instead of 1500. Outstanding views from the floor 26 nice food with. 5 stars prices. Nice to explore
Four seasons is one of the best hotel with a lovely view ... where you can dine and have a chill on the roof. Amazing place to be.
Visited Level 26 for dinner and drinks. The place is all white and welcoming. A good tasty variety of food and drinks. The view from the bar to Zaytouna bay is exquisite. Good to visit as a couple or group. The prices are higher than average but expected when visiting the Four seasons
The staff was more than friendly and the place generally had positive vibes all over it. Room service and cleaning was on point. My only issues were with the TV as it had a very limited variety of channels, no movie options, and no netflix. Connecting the phones to the TV also was a huge hassle with a lot of issues so the TV was in general useless and problematic.
Went there to pick up an item which happened to be in lost and found. The (maybeefficient but not human procedure took 52 minutes. And I got a parking ticket. Flowers in the lobby are nice. Smart way to slash budgets :)
the amount of huge high standards this hotel offer is outstanding. everything the tiniest details in all departments are made to perfection. staff, building, location, service , and never ending list goes on is on top of the sky. it feels inside like u r in another planet of excellence . we r thankful for having such hotel around .
Service, food, and location was amazing. Reem, who was the concierge, was great and took very good care of us at check in and check out. Will definitely come back here in the future.
We had couple of wine glasses while nibbling a good platter of cheese served with fresh bread at the bar . The perfect match in such a winter weather in a nice place ... cheers . I been also their rooftop for my birthday celebration we had cocktails and appetizers they were good . Amazing view over beirut . Specially during sunset very romantic
Was there for an event, snacks and tea breaks were excellent, the launch was good, staff are super qualified, great amenities, clean bathrooms, nice views, this place is really nice...Four seasons hotels never let me down, always the best, raising the bar for any other hotel...
Went there for Iftar, you are greated with a smile from the moment you walk through their doors till you sit down in your chair. The ambiance is warm and elegant. There was an abundance of food to cater to every taste. The service was excellent. I would recommend this place.
so professional , and have a very high skilled staff
Just what youd expect from a Four Seasons: opulent, central, multi-lingual, expensive, and satisfying. There is a large construction project taking place across the street (March 2019), which reduces amenities in the immediate vicinity. However, in the near future that site may be be a positive contribution to the experience. A few blocks walk from a large shopping district and tourist area.
Overall we enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Check-in staff is amazing! We arrived there and my kids were exhausted from the flight. After checking-in the receptionist was so sweet with my three year old daughter, entertaining her while showing us to the waiting area. The room is great, location wonderful, and food delicious. My two complaints: the waiting time for food and the concierge desk confused my airport transportation twice. That said, I don’t have the heart to mark them down because the receptionist was awesome!
Excellent hotel of highest quality and standard in best location.
Top Location , top Service , top view, Perfect Restaurant with excellent possible wining & dining. Top 5 of Beirut, excellent roof top barAbsolutely recommended ******A place to be, we always return and enjoyed👍👌
No need for a rating. One of the best hotels in the world. Extraordinary service and beautiful place to stay. It’s not cheap but recommended for those who can afford it.
Staff staff & staff, they have the best hoteliers i have ever met, very fast respond for any enquirers they helped me for find a table in a very busy restaurant in the same day😍, if you order anything maximum respond time is 7 minutes, highly recommendedThank you for all the staff stating from the bellman, receptionist, housekeeping, phone operator, room service & the personal assistant.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very good location walking distance to the famous cafe and restaurant um shareef along with many other restaurants and the new Beirut souks, lobby is nice and cosy, very clean, water and nespresso coffee machine is complementary along with a small baqlawa sweet box. Welcoming staff, also walking distance to the famous marina area zaituna bay so thats very convenient. Loved the generous breakfast a mix of European and Mediterranean cuisine cant miss it.
Amazing views and world class service. The roof top bar is fantastic and has sick views. The rooms are amazing and the Nespresso machine is fantastic. At the 2nd floor bar order Lebanese based food...forget about the sliders and stuff like that.
Great service! Great staff! They are one of the best few and I have been some really good ones! The food is exeptionally delicious but so is every-where in Beirut. However here in Four Seasons you get it with extra style.I fell in love with the labneh here in Beirut where is its heart of course. They serve the best labneh in breakfast which was a joy for me.The hotels location is great as you can walk to The Souks and you must. Very close to the marina for a nice meal too.Its pool and spa are also 5 stars.
This review is based on the food and not the rooms. My company had the annual iftar there. The food is made by the hotel. Most of the it was good. Nothing astonishing. The downside was the dessert. Most of it was average and some were below average.
Top notch service all around, low season the roof pool was open only for one day but it is the highlight of the stay, in close proximity to all areas in Beirut just on top of zaytouna bay...no complains
My favorite place for a weekend breakfast outdoors on a terrace. The food is buffet style with a huge range of dairy products, fruits, bread and pastries. There’s also a menu with several breakfast foods that can be ordered on demand and included within the set buffet price (60,000 LBP at the time of review). This is by far my go to breakfast place in Beirut. Great food and superb service every time.
Did not stay at this hotel; but I frequently visit its restaurants. For someone visiting Lebanon, this is a great location. Right next to “Zeitouney Bay”, the latest famous boardwalk in Beirut, close to “Biel”, Beirut’s convention center, and a 10 minute walk to the new downtown and Beirut “souk” outdoor mall.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Beirut, you can spot his shining lights from far. Organized staff. The buffet was delicious and well managed to serve quickly a large amount of invitees.
I loved the four seasons hotel! The view, the decor in each corner inside that beautiful hotel, the conference room is breathtaking, toilets are so calling by its clean spaces and lights and mirors..the food when it comes to crunchy bready croissant and the cinamon rolls made with raisins i guess..i think i want to experience more that beautiful hotel especially where i didn t tried yet inside that place! "Thank you for each person and service inside there making our journey unforgettable!!!".

One of the best hotels of Beirut. Great view on the marina. Professional staff. Always up to their high standards.
Afternoon Tea is served daily in The Lobby Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel. When we arrived, we were welcomed and seated at a table, while the waiter prepared another one for us. It was transformed into an elegant setting ready to receive the tea and its delicacies. We were provided with a set menu of what was to be expected, and we chose our tea from the various options we had. The service was very good, and the waiters poured our tea for us into the teacup using a sieve. My English Breakfast tea was how it should be, and now it was time for the treats. First came the savory sandwiches and quiches, then came the dessert pastries. Both came with scones. I absolutely loved the scones. They were delicious and I still daydream about them, long after I have had them. As for the sandwiches, quiches, tarts, macarons…all the rest, I expected more from a fancy hotel. They were mediocre in my opinion, especially the macarons; they were borderline amateurish. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I resorted to my comforting hot chocolate with vanilla. A better experience at the Four Seasons Hotel would be the breakfast they serve.
One of the best hotels in Lebanon. Locations is super, walking distance from anywhere you need. Service level is going down a bit, but this is understandable due to the economic slowdown the country and the region overall is going through.
We need to have a better towels and bed sheets.Best hamburger in Beirut. Breakfast is an experience. They have a nice shisha Balcony. Not bad gym. The rooftop is a charm.Their highest and best thing going for them is the people working there. Best in Beirut.
Perfect location and great service. The city views are better than seaview. Rooms are spacious with very nice balconies. Good option for business or family.
Taking the coffee break to another level, i enjoyed sipping a tasty illy cappuccino and savoring the:- chocolate and nuts served aside- pain perdu with berries and vanilla ice cream: i was not super satisfied as the texture was not great, it tended to be a bit dry and not soaked enough- profiterole: outstanding presentation and taste: topped with chocolate sheets stamped with four seasons logo and drizzled with extra chocolate sauceThe service was top notch and i was really happy to meet Chef Mohamad!Would love to be back and try other items.
Just had an absolutely amazing brunch there! The buffet concept - going through the kitchen - is great. View and atmosphere are awesome. Staff is very pleasant. Recommended!
The roof top has an amazing view of the zeituna bay, downtown Beirut and the mountains, the rooms are clean and spacious. They are prompt to any requests and the staff are all friendly.
I dont know about the rooms of the hotel because I did not sleep there but I had a drink on their astonishing rooftop.Very romantic setting with a great view of the sunset and enjoyable drinks
I didnt stay at the hotel, but I tried their Lebanese restaurant Arabesque. The food is delicious, prices are a bit expensive and the portions are small. The hotel is luxurious, has an amazing rooftop pool and bar and the view there is breathtaking.
A very beautiful place the rooftop. But loud music and not fit to the customers style.disco beats while you came to enjoy the sunset.Nice service.
Outrageously priced rooms that I havent stayed in so I cant attest to the accomodations, however the roof top is one of the nicest in the country. Music is not my taste, but the view makes up for it. Ive heard the brunch here is really good, definitely hoping to try it soon.
