Off the Trans-Canada Highway, this casual hotel is 5 km from Magic Mountain SplashZone water park and 13 km from Greater Moncton International Airport.Straightforward rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities, plus work areas with desks; some have sofabeds. Suites add living rooms, microwaves and wet bars.Breakfast is available for a fee. Amenities include a steakhouse restaurant and a fitness centre. There's also event space and a business centre.
Very nice clean building. Was here for a conference for work and the staff was wonderful. They supplied food and coffee throughout the day that was amazing.Cant really say what the rooms are like but everything else was great
Staff was friendly upon check out. Making the reservation was a little painful. They couldnt get the mobile key to work on our phones, we love using those when we stay at places instead of keys. Rooms were clean. Newer and less run down looking as some of the other hotels in the area. No pool or free breakfast so a downfall of course if that interest you. We have two kids who love pools but they survived. Made the hotel more quiet. We just went to Tims for breakfast. The app is handy just like other hotels so that feature is great. Hopefully the key issue was just a temporary thing. We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant for supper but it looked nice and it was packed the whole evening. Very busy!
Had some issues with the room that the hotel knew about. We booked a king room and we got upgraded to a room that had a stand alone AC unit. The unit killed the power to the room around 11pm. Front desk was so kind about it and moved us to a larger suite. Would have been better if they didnt put us in a room with a known issue in the first place but the room switch was suitable.
In my opinion this hotel is pretty decent for the price I paid. The room I got was a decent size and bathroom was pretty large in my opinion, the vanity didnt have a lot of counter space but okay. Room was clean overall which is important to me. At the time of this review, no breakfast was included as the restaurant was under construction. I would stay at this hotel if I was looking for a place to stay for a night or two
Not a very pleasant stay. The AC noise was so loud on the first day, felt like there was some construction going on, but no, it was the AC. And the hot water was cloudy. It’s a pet friendly hotel which was great. Room was clean and spacious; and the service was good too. But I probably wouldn’t come back again…
The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. My son loved the "Pantry", as it has a great selection of treats and a broad range of other food products. We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is standard - clean, convenient, and family friendly.Last weekend we were passing through and were amazed by the staffs good nature while dealing with intoxicated hockey parents and their childrens incredible behavior (climbing on an SUV in the parking lot, high fives for being placed in a police cruiser... .)Keep up the great work Four Points - we will be back!
Although the hotel is nice and clean, they showed no appreciation for our teams business. We had a hockey team there with 11/12 year old boys, who were generally well behaved, and the hotel staff chased them from the hallway when they were sitting there on their phones and eating subway.Rather than suggest some solutions to the parents, they simply continued to oppose every instance where the kids where out and about around the hotel. The only attempt made by hotel staff to address their concerns was to send security to one of the parents rooms, where they rather angrily pointed fingers and made some false allegations.Had the hotel staff worked with the parent group on finding a resolution or, perhaps providing an unused meeting room for the kids to gather in, the stay could have gone smoother for all parties.I do not recommend this hotel for any groups of minor sporting teams.
I had days of meetings scheduled when suddenly the whole plan blew up. A manager, Madison, didnt bat an eye. She got to work and figured out how to accommodate immediately. She wouldnt accept my profuse apologies, telling me not to worry for a second and it was really no hassle (it was a huge hassle). I could not have been more impressed. I then stayed here as a guest given that experience, and again was impressed. Well run and very clean. Highly recommend this spot.
