Like always. . . Old Querétaro is magic ...
Arrived at dusk and a good amount of people arrived. Families in the plaza. Dinners filled the sidewalk cafes. Keyboardist played relaxing and fun music. Rain came down and people left or took shelter inside the cafes. Was fun to get to know your cafe neighbor and practice Spanish while they practiced English. Barrio Santo classic Burger and French fries were amazing yum with ham instead of bacon. Better!
Nice and happening place to people watch. Lots of makeshift stalls towards the evenings. I like to buy roasted corn and sit by the stairs and people watch till kingdom come!

Not much to see but this area is a nice place to walk and relax.
Lovely plaza with a variety of restaurants, bakery, a tiny little fruit & veg shop. At night there is live music after 8pm, great mix of locals, visitors, young old. Across from templo de la Cruz and the small, beautiful museum of contemporary art. Great for people watching.
IT is a good place for your family
Not all the restaurants are selling beer or wine
Its an extension of the Plaza del Cruz. A nice and family and pet-friendly area, very centric, surrounded by the restaurants and shops. Easy to access other old town areas. In period from 25th of June begines the Jazz Festival of Queretaro.
Quiet and very nice place perfect to relax on coffee shop terrace

Its a nice plaza, with various places to sit and drink a beer or a coffee, quiet comftable place.
Great place for a walk and get some coffee at any of the cafes in the plaza. There is live music and mini restaurants offer very delicious food as well.
Lots of restaurants and shopping especially for Mexican clothing. Especially like the upstairs restaurant "1 Correghidora" just across the street overlooking Jardin Zinea and the plaza. Beautiful view. Queretaro is gorgeous with so many special places to go.
Beautiful plaza with restaurants and Cafes, often there are public concerts or events. Historic site where Maximiliano was captured.
You can stay all evening talking with friends ...
Good historic place to visit

A great place to get traditional Mexican street food and see a true Franciscan monastery. It gets noisy sometimes.
Picturesque plaza within historic area in downtown Queretaro
Theres always something going on there in the summer. Great place for people watching.
We could get a nice view of the church in the north and there are also some good restaurants, coffee bars. Nice place for getting a coffee and resting for a while.
Outdoors and full of coffee shop. I dont like that it gets super crowded and its hard to find a parking spot
There are a number of cafes and bars in front. We usually have a few drinks when we visit this place. It is nice and relaxed.
This is a very important and historic place located in the core of Querétaro. The church located at this place is a very important turístico place. Recommended!

Nice touristic plaza, quality restaurants in that area. Go to the Vieja Varsovia, nice food and bread!
Its not as crowded as the other plazas downtown. Its actually a good place to regroup and take a break after all the walking. Its also just a block away from a view point looking over la Calzada de los Arcos.
Lovely place to be. Lots of things to see and several choices to find food.
A nice place to relax and take in a breath from all the walking.
Basic food...It seems a bit touristy and I dont understand the guy singing on the PA system at such high volume during lunch.
